So, it seems that it has been Mofftiss intention from the start to give Sherlock Holmes a long lost sister. I haven’t seen TFP so I don’t know if she’s crazy or evil or was locked up somewhere and if something happened to her that made her that way… but, who cares?

Yes, I agree with all this. S4 has gone so far off the rails. Several of the fan theories like EMP, which were invented to explain why the show APPEARED to be going off the rails (but surely it wasn’t really, it was all a Plan!), are so much better than what S4 actually entailed. I haven’t seen TFP yet, but based on what they did in T6T and TLD, I would not be at all surprised if TFP is the disaster is seems to be in the “Russian” and “BFI” versions, which I am guessing is the only version. 

Afterward tomorrow, we’ll have to distill all the theories we had and why they would have been so much better than what we actually got.
