I went to the Campbell Conference Awards Banquet last Friday night. Enjoyed myself.

Stormwatch

Well Stormwatch has demanded more words than I originally planned. Was aiming for about half as many as it stands now.

I can see the finish line from here. Aza'kor is screaming for my attention, as well as a few other projects that are starting to line up.

Stormwatch is a standalone SF story in a new universe I was forced to create. It just wouldn't leave me alone until it found light.

Star Trek

Did I mention I saw Star Trek? I enjoyed it. If you are a fan of the characters in Star Trek, you will enjoy the movie. The character interaction was fantastic. That is always what made the original Star Trek.

The story borrows from some previously released films, but was enjoyable. Non stop from the word go. Not a slow spot in the film.

Can be a bit predictable, but overall worth the view.
