yo, so here’s my current before picture. I took SIX MONTHS OFF strength training (because stuff) and now I’m going back to the gym. Lean muscle mass is somewhere around 31%-32% according to my weirdo tiny body mass scale, which is significantly down from six months ago, obvs, when I was deadlifting like a badass.
anyway, just a reminder to myself to check back once I’m doing real pull ups again instead of this swinging bullshit. C’MON, T-REX ARMS. I BELIEVE IN YOU.
