Sommer at Perfect Pear Creations made my vision for this cover come to life. It's better than I could have even imagined. Thank you Sommer, my twinsie. You are stuck with me for life! lol I promise you guys will LOVE seeing this beaut sitting on your bookshelf. TRUST ME. 

I'll be setting up my store online through shopify to get out signed copies to people if you feel so inclined. I thank all of you who purchased the old paperbacks. I wish I could just send you all out a replacement but I just can't. I have to buy them myself... :( And I completely understand that you most likely won't buy the new hardback/paperback version so that's why I made sure when it is ready on Amazon, B&N and iTunes, or wherever you purchased the ebook from it WILL update to the new cover and new content. YES, there is new content inside so you may want to crack it open and flip through chapter one. You CAN'T miss it. It's pretty rad, (Thanks to Kassi Cooper of Kassi’s Kandids Formatting) and her awesome skills.

With that being said. Thank you guys all so much for all of your support and patience. Finding Nathan will be back out shortly, revamped, re-edited and re-covered for your viewing and reading pleasure. I have learned a lot over the last two years about this biz...it isn't easy, it isn't fair and a lot of times you feel like it isn't worth it...but being able to do this now and make my own decisions makes all the bullshit I went through worth it after all. It's just like anything else new in life...a learning process.
Before I go two more things...
Heidi McLaughlin. I would have been crying in that corner still had you not been so kind and helpful. I am so happy I met you. You are not only a true friend but a good to the core amazing woman with a hell of a talent for writing. Thank you for everything and introducing me to the most awesomest of peeps...Emily, Toski, Jessica, Georgette, and Tami. Hell, everyone you've introduced me to is awesome...THANK YOU. 
And to my fellow unicorns. Finally my whining can stop. hahahahaha

Who loves makeovers? I do!!

That's correct. Finding Jordie is in the shop getting a fresh new look and will be back up for purchase soon. It'll be available for Kindle, B&N, KOBO, iTunes and All Romance ebooks. You'll even have the option of Hardbacks this time. 
I have to apologize to you all. I pulled Finding Nathan as well. Some of you may remember back in February I had about a week nobody heard from me. Well, that's because I wrote Finding Nathan in four days and only had two to edit it. My editor did a MAGNIFICENT job under the circumstances. Naturally things will be missed. Especially when you only have two days to edit 70,000 words. LOL Finding Nathan was never given its final edit before publication, due to an oversight. So, I'll be pulling that as well and cleaning it up before that one goes into the shop for it's makeover. But here's where it gets good! Right now I am 1/2 way done wit Rachel. I did have to stop to take care of FJ&FN, plus work on my piece for a Winter Anthology I'll be participating in. Some really great authors are involved so you won't want to miss that! :P

I thank all of you for being so patient with me through all my bumps and falls throughout this process. Its been a crazy ride that has taught me a lot about the business. I've also made some wonderful lifelong friends along the way. A ride I'm so glad I got to take. I promise it'll be worth it.

My review of Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover

This book was something extra special. Not because of the beautiful blue cover with the raised up bubbles. Not because it has a song written and recorded by Griffin Peterson specifically for it. Which is absolutely awesomesausage and helped but its what was inside that got me. And I bet it'll get you too. What
was
inside.


I'm not the spoiler type so I'll keep it simple in true UGLY LOVE form. 

Tate: New girl in San Fran moving in with her overprotective brother.
Corbin: Tate's older brother. Pilot.
Cap: Awesome old guy who runs the elevator/ Love guru.
Asshole married guy
Miles: Brooding & incredibly broken. 
Can Miles overcome his past for the sake of his future?

Before I get to my BookBashiness I've got a little announcement to make. As you already know I said I'd be taking some time before Id be publishing Rachel.  There's a good reason. There comes a point when you have to just step away from everything and reevaluate the situation. Without boring you with details and semantics that is what I'll be doing. The whole series is on hold. Most of you don't know this but I wrote Finding Nathan under a tremendous amount of pressure and in very little time. I mean VERY little time. There are a lot of things I'm not happy with and I need to pull them (again) in order to make things right. Finding Jordie and Finding Nathan will still be available to purchase online and from me until September 20th, then they'll be gone again for a short time.
I will be writing a new series in the meantime while I get  my ducks in a row with FJ, FN & FR. New covers and all. 
A word of advice. ALWAYS listen to people who have been down the path you're about to take. They know, they've been there. If I had I wouldn't be going through this. Its a long, expensive process.  Between a bad review, rude, shady people and watching everyone around you thrive while you sit and ask yourself "Where the fuck did I go wrong?" it starts to eat at you. HARD. Because no matter how many 5 star reviews you have...it hurts to see  something you put every bit of your hard work, money and heart into sit there at 600k because nobody has hit the buy button in weeks. When you sell 13 copies in three months and see that you're still in the hole...it breaks you. It breaks you hard. So. I need to back off. I never got into this for money...just to give people something they'd love to lose themselves in. A year and two books later I know when to back off. And right now I have to. I'll still blog of course! Its like my diary, lol, nobody but my friend Jessica reads it, most of the time...and that's okay. I'm okay with all of it. I'm just not okay with the choices I've made or allowed to be made for me. You guys deserve better. 
On a lighter note, I'll be heading out in the AM to attend BookBash14 in Orlando, FL. First road trip in the new car!  Woo hoo. Can't wait. I'll be handing out cool swag. I have these micro fiber cloths made for cleaning glasses, phones, tablets, and electronic stuffs. They're nice. I like em'. Also some cards and magnets. I spent a ton of money on that swag...I have to give it to someone. LOL

Alright, time to pack! I'm a crasty one.
