I Got To Have Quesadilla Mobilla Again

I got to have Quesadilla Mobilla again recently. This was very good news.

My wife and I first found them back in 2012. We had taken a short hiking trip to Moab and they were in town that part of the year. They are based there all the time now, and are the best food in town. Yes, a quesadilla truck is the best food in Moab. We’ve checked.

I mean, we were driving from the Grand Canyon to Denver in one day. We made time to stop off in Moab for dinner just to have their food again. I think that says something.

Please remember, it’s not fall yet. Somehow, perhaps because fall begins in September, many people (including myself often times) equate September with fall. However, the Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere isn’t until September 22 this year. It’s only the 5th so far. We’ve still got a ways to go. It’s still summer.

Please don’t rush time any more than it’s already rushing already. Thank you.

Of Course I Pretended I Was In A Psych Episode When We Had That Pineapple

Yes, I did happen to pretend I was in a Psych episode when we bought that pineapple recently. That had nothing to do with the whole baby pineapple/regular pineapple debate, but it happened. I went to grab the pineapple when my wife and I were going to eat it, and suddenly felt like I was in a Psych episode because of their running pineapple gag schtick. Thank you for asking.
