Turn This SEO Framework Into a Productized Service

SaaS SEO will only require 5 types of content that you can complete in < 100 days in 2025.
I call it the “F.A.C.T.S.” framework… a survival guide for SEO content that actually drive LEADS and REVENUE for SaaS companies.
He goes on to break down the 5 parts 
Strikes me that you could offer this as a productized service, actually go and create these pages for SaaS companies.
How would you find SaaS companies willing to pay for this? 
Google startups that have recently received funding and you’ll find several lists.
You might need to start with a smaller startup at a discounted rate, prove you can deliver results and build a nice cast study, leverage that to land bigger clients

In 2022, i started by acquiring two microsaas projects actions.so and chartmat.com which I sold in 2023 and early 2024 respectively.
Both of them were sold for 5 figures…
Actions.so wasn’t monetized when he acquired it, got it to $500 MRR pretty quick, sold within 6 months for 3x the original purchase price
Chartmat was making $300 when acquired, Deepak got it to $30K ARR before selling for “almost 2x” what he paid.
If we assume Deepak bought each product for $5000, he likely earned approx $45,000 via revenue + the eventual sales = $35K profit 
A nice ROI for a couple of side projects.
(Deepak works full time as PM for a large bank.)
This part is key…
It took me 1-2 months of research and patience before i found what products i want to buy. I was mainly looking to aquire as i didn’t wanted to spend time building MVP and quickly test the market.
Unclear where Deepak sourced his projects, but he sold them both via Acquire.com, so you could try looking for similar opportunities there yourself

2 Business Ideas From Photo AI Software

I tried it out and made this video…
Photo AI $99 Review – is it worth signing up for the yearly plan?… I share 2 business ideas at the end of the video.
First is to use Photo AI to become a YouTube thumbnail designer.
This guy from Bangladesh is likely earning $1000 per day making YouTube thumbnails for clients on Fiverr
Instead of offering a similar service on Fiverr, probably better to directly pitch popular YouTubers with crappy thumbnails (example), send them samples of your work.
Second idea: Photo AI doesn’t excel with YouTube thumbnails, and I suspect there’s a market for a niche version that does a great job with that one feature.
Photo AI apparently earns $120,000 per month
I reckon a niche version could pull in around 20% of that = $24,000 per month.

Thousands of dollars? 
Probably not.
PhiloQuest Discussions appears to be sold out with 11 sales at $120 a pop = $1320.
So not a huge ROI for Mahmoud given that he’ll have to prep for and host 12 group calls.
Then again, he is getting paid to chat about books and movies… something I suspect he’d happily do for free

Also, Mahmoud has a fairly small audience (6.7k followers on X), so it’s impressive he can earn even $1320/year doing this.
Could earn more over time as his audience grows and he offers more group calls
Build up a respectable following on social, and you could try similar yourself.

It’s basically a directory website listing Black Friday deals in different categories, monetized with affiliate links.
Obviously not a year-round thing but I could see this being a nice seasonal earner for Peter every year without much effort 
This was his first year, domain was registered back in September.
Looks like Mick mainly spread the word via X (20k followers) and a Product Hunt launch
His site tries to cover all categories.
You could try doing similar but for a specific category or niche that you’re familiar with, or perhaps a local Black Friday deals site for a big city.
