Looks like he only launched it in mid-2023, after quitting his job at Meta.

Pete Codes wrote about Nick’s success in his newsletter

I’d say doing a productized service like design, ghostwriting or any other kind of marketing is one of the easier ways into entrepreneurship.

Another tweet from Nick…

Used His Own Apps To Get to $2K/Month in 6 Months

Alex DerocqAlex DerocqFounder of CheckMySEO $2000 monthly recurring revenue

Alex Derocq is the founder of CheckMySEO, which has grown to $2K MRR and 1500+ users since starting last October 😎

He told me via DM…

Social media has been a huge driver. Twitter and Reddit brought in a lot of traffic early on. But SEO has been just as important.

My own tool has been a big asset, consistently pulling in organic traffic.

I also leveraged PostWatch, another tool I built, to track and engage with people actively searching for terms like “SEO audit” or “Semrush.” That helped me reach the right audience at the perfect time.

If there’s one key to growth, it’s consistency. Posting regularly, engaging with people, and most importantly, asking for feedback non-stop. Even if it annoys some, it’s the best way to refine and improve.

Here’s the idea: use CheckMySEO and/or PostWatch to boost revenue for client projects 🚀

Very inexpensive to start.

You could even do a free trial for a couple of clients to build trust and get referrals.

$8000 Profit in 3 Months from 1 Domain Flip

Luc BiggsLuc BiggsDomain Flipper $8000 estimated profit

💬 Luc Biggs tweets

Went on a little “agentic” shopping spree earlier this year, registering around 283 “agentic” .COMs – most of them for $4,95 at Spaceship.

The first one just sold [for $9,995]

He includes a screenshot as proof 👍

The domain is agenticcomp dot com.

283 x $4.95 = $1,400.85

So with just one of Luc’s 283 small bets paying off, he’s already profited around $8000 🤑

(Minus any fees.)

You can also try this without spending a dime…

Bought a Domain for $0, Sold it 4 Months Later for $1937

He Made $1024 Last Month With AI Anime Influencer

Eric LightEric LightAnime Creator $1024 monthly revenue

Remember the guy who earned $1100 in 5 days with a naughty AI-generated influencer? 🫣

That influencer looked real.

Eric Light is doing the same thing, but anime…

I Made $1,024 Last Month With AI Anime Influencer

He explains 👇

Instagram is overcrowded with AI models trying to pass as human, competing for the same eyeballs and facing growing skepticism.

Meanwhile, Tumblr’s passionate anime community actively embraces fictional characters, seeks deeper connections with creators, and most importantly — is willing to financially support the content they love.

He goes on to detail how to create your anime character 👀

Then…

Post “teasing” pics on your social medias. Pics that leave the audience wanting for more… Leave the uncensored content for Fanvue or Patreon

💰 Eric’s results…

Within three months, I was generating over $1,000 monthly through commissions & Fanvue supporters, and digital products.

$1000/Week Curating Content From a Popular Website

Kale DavisKale DavisFounder of Hacker Newsletter $1000+ estimated weekly revenue

Hacker News is like Reddit but more tech-focused, millions of daily visitors 📈

Hacker Newsletter is…

a weekly newsletter of the best articles on startups, technology, programming, and more. All links are curated by hand from Hacker News.

It’s a side project run by one guy and unaffiliated with HN.

🚀 Kale Davis started the newsletter way back in 2010 and wrote in 2017

Hacker Newsletter makes a few thousand a month from sponsors. It could easily make more if I were more of a salesperson, but I’m happy with it as is.

Asked what he charges sponsors…

$850 to $1000 an issue.

Back then he had almost 50k subscribers. Now he has 60k+ 😎

The newsletter still sometimes has a main sponsor. They also do classified ads for $150 a pop.

I counted 4 in a recent edition + a main sponsor = estimated $1600 revenue 💰

Thinking this could be done for popular subreddits.

Also, someone commented

I’d really like something like this in podcast form.

Reminds me of 👉 $20,000/Month Reading Reddit Posts Aloud

$30K/Month in 1 Year Selling AI Voice Solutions

Jannis MooreJannis MooreAutomation Expert $30,000 monthly revenue

💬 Jannis Moore in a recent video…

In less than a year we’ve scaled to making over 30k a month selling voice AI solutions…

I’m going to share with you what this opportunity is all about how I would start again if I were starting from scratch…

this market is wide open, the competition is almost non-existent, and to be honest we’ve got more leads coming in that we can handle over over the next few months and that’s precisely why I want to help you take advantage of this opportunity

He goes on to explain the voice AI agency model 🔥

You basically help businesses automate repetitive phone interactions, replacing human customer service reps with AI solutions via Vapi or Retell AI.

Jannis covers in the video how to pick a niche and package and sell your offer 👍

$50K Per Month Classic Passive Income Source

Anthony KolodziejAnthony KolodziejFounder of H&H Vending $50,000 monthly revenue

📝 From Side Hustle Nation

Anthony Kolodziej from H&H Vending scaled his vending operation from zero to over $50k per month in just 16 months.

Anthony has spent $400K buying machines, including…

a $9K machine [that earns] $750-800 in profit every month; he broke even in 10-12 months. After that? It’s all profit…

Most of these machines were $0 down, 60-month financing, $175/month payment.

Meanwhile, Codie Sanchez documents her vending machine adventures in a recent video 👈

Her upfront costs were about $6K and she earned $695 profit in 2 weeks.

Extrapolating…

I can earn $16,680 bucks per year profit with these three machines… so I need about 16 of these to make $100K a year and that would have me working 32 hours a month.

Apparently the average vending machine makes $75 to $300 per month, and machine location is the crucial factor for boosting sales 🎯

Keep an eye out for prime vending machine locations in your area, could be a great side hustle if you can get a machine in there.

Bought This Side Project For $5K, Grew it to $350K/Year

Antoine MinouxAntoine MinouxFormer co-owner of ImprovMX $350,000 annual revenue

ImprovMX is a freemium email forwarding service ⏩

Until recently, Antoine Minoux was one of the owners.

He announced on LinkedIn

I’m excited to announce that ImprovMX has been acquired! 🎉

It’s crazy to think that what started as an unmonetized side project we bought for $5,000 seven years ago turned into a business serving 200,000+ users… and hitting $350k+ ARR with 3000+ paying customers.

📝 Antoine writes elsewhere how they acquired the project…

As happy users of ImprovMX ourselves, we saw untapped potential. We made an offer to Alexander Tereshkin to buy the service and reimagine it from the ground up

Sounds like they contacted Alexander directly and negotiated that $5K purchase.

Great example of buying and building an existing project with some traction, rather than starting from scratch 😎

Keep an eye out for opportunities like this on sites like…

New Faceless YouTube Channel Earning $70K/Month

Elderly WisdomElderly WisdomYouTube Channel $70,000 estimated monthly revenue

💬 Adam DelDuca tweets

This faceless YouTube channel is making $70K a month

The crazy part? It’s only 1 month old

The channel 👉 Elderly Wisdom

We bring you essential tips and advice for seniors to lead a fulfilling and happy life.

First video posted Feb 27, already 230K+ subscribers 🚀

Simple video format, just a voiceover – possibly AI-generated – and nice stock footage.

Clearly lots of older people on YouTube love this kind of content. They probably have it on in the background constantly.

In his tweet, Adam goes on to list 20 other YT niches “that can make you $10,000/mo in 2025,” but they seem pretty random 👀

I think the biggest opportunity here is to copy the Elderly Wisdom format for other niches, such as…

Neurodivergent Wisdom (for ADHD, autism, anxiety)Spiritual WisdomParent WisdomTravel WisdomHistory Wisdom

Or do the exact same niche but for another language 👍
