He Earned $22,000 in 27 Minutes

A recent post on Reddit…
In short, he found a “free vector website” for sale on Flippa.
Negotiated the price down to $11K from $12K and bought the site
Immediately sent this email out to the marketing depts of 3 big stock photo sites…
Hey I run this stock image website and we’re getting 350K pageviews per month. I’m looking for an exclusive partner to work with for our ad traffic and I really like the quality of your stock images.
I’m sending this out to 3 companies that I think would be the best partner and I’m asking for what I think is a great deal for you as an advertising partner.
I’m asking a fixed price of $3K per month with a minimum duration of 6 months.
He got one reply right away offering $33K for 12 months as exclusive sponsor
That was back in 2013, but today he’s still making $15K/year from an exclusive sponsor with very little upkeep.
Worth checking Flippa (affiliate link) and other marketplaces every now and then, see if you can find golden opportunities like this
$8000 Per Month Scraping Data For Recruiters

From an interview with Cas van Oort
Jobleads is a tool that I build to replace a service I offered to companies; I used to setup job scraping bots for companies and decided to change that to a software model.
We currently scrape and enrich job data for: recruitment agencies, jobboards, marketing agencies and software companies.
We then pair these job data with contact data for the hiring manager so you have a daily updating leads list…
The business currently makes $8000 MRR.
Cas’ target audience = recruiters.
What other audiences would pay for scraped and enriched data?
For e-commerce store owners: scrape product listings, pricing, and reviews from competitor sites.
For marketing agencies: scrape local business directories and pair them with social/contact data
For construction firms: scrape government and institutional procurement boards for new tenders.
$1000+ in AI Passive Income Selling Voice Clone

Recently posted on Reddit…
I earned just over $1,000 in 5 months by selling my AI voice on the ElevenLabs Voice Library.
Other people use your AI voice clone in projects like audiobooks, videos, and more.
You get paid passively for every 1,000 characters generated using your voice.
Requires a Creator plan ($22 at 50% off the first month, which can be downgraded to $5 after the clone is uploaded) and 30–180 mins of good-quality audio.
Not a “get rich quick,” but with a decent mic and some time, it’s a legit AI side hustle.
More info in the post, and here’s the link to ElevenLabs.

This Simple Kids Book on Amazon Earns $7670 Per Month

The book Connect the Dots for Kids Ages 6-8: 100 Dot to Dot Puzzles
Laura shows on YouTube that this book is earning about $7670 revenue / $2390 profit each month…
Now imagine if they had five books like this. Maybe not all of them are going to sell this well but even if he makes $1,000 a month x five books… that’s a pretty good side income
She goes on to show how you can easily create this kind of book using Canva AI
The hard part is the marketing.
Laura recommends
Run a $5 Amazon ad to get your book in front of early buyers. You can also run a competition or something similar within your group of friends…
join parenting or teacher Facebook groups and share a free printable version of one page to build organic traffic. You can also give them a discount if they’re willing to get the entire book — just to boost your early sales as much as possible…
upload some sample pages to Pinterest and let them spread naturally, or even run Pinterest ads. Once your book starts selling, just repeat the process.

They Cashed in on This Trend and Earned $2.8 Million

The Growth Signal reports
Consumer interest in ‘third spaces’ spiked in early 2023—a response to lockdowns and social isolation.
This wasn’t a temporary reaction. Instead, a fundamental shift in how people seek connection.
What are third spaces?
They aren’t your home (first space) or work (second space) but a (third space) where people gather, socialize, and build community. Classic examples include:
– Parks
– Libraries
– Museums
– Coffee Shops
An increasingly popular kind of third space in Ireland: men’s sheds

Zain Azhar posts on Reddit…
He attaches a screenshot showing he earned $1316 from UserTesting.com…
This is in my opinion the best website for participating in user research. The sign up process is extremely easy and they ask some basic information about yourself to start receiving surveys…
Each of these surveys range from $4-$90. The $4 and $10 surveys are simple and take 10 minutes to complete and ask you to record your audio only. The $30-$90 surveys require you to set up a time with the company to walk through a product demo and questions. These surveys take 30-90 minutes to complete so the hourly rate is still pretty high.
The only caveat with this is that you will not qualify for all of these surveys… you will qualify for around 1 out of every 6 surveys but since you can apply extremely quickly, you don’t waste much time on surveys you do not qualify for.
