Earn $100+ Per Hour With This No Code Tool

Elise ReichardtElise ReichardtSoftr Certified Expert $125 average hourly rate

Softr.io is a popular no-code tool for building software (examples).

You can get expert certified, like Elise Reichardt from Paris 🇫🇷 who has an hourly rate of $100-150.

Judging from her website and LinkedIn, Elise only started learning no-code in 2021, and has since completed 100+ projects for 50+ clients.

Meanwhile, Daniella Zarro in Brazil 🇧🇷 only got Softr pro certified 9 months ago. A year earlier she started working as a no code developer for a company that charges $200-400 per hour for Softr projects.

To follow in their footsteps 👇

First, learn Softr. They have a free plan, plus free courses, and lots more free tutorials like this one on YouTube…

Second, get certified by completing “at least two high-quality client projects” and passing a certification exam 😎

Starting from scratch, you could realistically get certified within a couple of months if you go hard.

💬 Daniella says

The Softr Expert Program has been a game-changer for me. It connected me with leads that turned into long-term, steady clients, significantly boosting my income and improving my quality of life.

$2.4M Per Year Picking Up Dog Poop

Will MillikenWill MillikenFounder of Swoop Scoop $2.4 Million annual revenue

👀 A recent video on YouTube…

$2.4M/Year Business You Could Start Tomorrow! ($174 Startup)…

The business is SwoopScoop.com, a dog waste removal service 💩 based in the PNW.

Will Milliken started the business in late 2020.

💡 He got the idea…

…after watching YouTube videos that circled around the concept. With over 65 million households owning dogs in the U.S., he saw it as a profitable opportunity to enter into a business with little competition and high growth potential.

He first targeted larger cities, such as Seattle. He sets up yearly contracts with each dog owner to remove the waste in their yard—with some contracts ranging from $20-30K annually.

Now the business is earning $200,000 per month with a 30% profit margin 🤑

Startup costs were only $174, and within three months they had 350 customers.

If this works so well in Seattle, it will surely work well elsewhere.

$16K in 3 Weeks Affiliate Marketing on TikTok (AI Assisted)

Joshua ElderJoshua ElderAffiliate Marketer $16,060 revenue in 3 weeks

A recent video by Joshua Elder…

SIMPLE AI Makes Money On Clickbank | $15,000 In 1 Week! (FREE TRAFFIC)…

He shows at the start that he earned $16,060 in a 3-week period with this approach 👇

Find hot new products to promote via JVNotifyPro or ClickBankBecome an affiliate for those productsUse the sales page copy + ChatGPT to generate short video scriptsRecord simple talking head promo videosUpload to TikTokEarn commissions from viewers who buy via your affiliate link

Example TikTok from Joshua with 26k views.

😕 Two caveats…

First, Joshua already had 300K+ followers on TikTok, so his videos were more likely to get views.

Second, many of the products you’ll find on JVNotifyPro and ClickBank are quite shady.

For example, the product that earned Joshua $16K, is not something I’d feel good about promoting 😒

Still, you could use the same strategy to promote products you’d be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Post regular videos, build an audience, earn commissions 💰

SageofSapienSageofSapienReply Guy $4368 revenue in 1 month

💬 @SageofSapien tweeted back in Jan and Feb

X paid me $3,381.67 over the past month…

X paid me $4,368.64 in January💰

He’s a “reply guy” on X, replying to popular tweets – usually from big accounts or trending topics – with catchy comments so the reply gets high engagement 📈

Examples (first one NSFW)…

the cat the entire video – 1M viewsThis man is not interested – 402K views

Monetization via the X Creator Revenue Sharing Program, which pays creators a cut of ad revenue from impressions on their posts 🤑

Sage tweeted in January…

I work 50+ hours a week doing sales for a plumbing distribution company while doing HVAC work on weekends.

ALL of my free time is spent replying or posting on X if i’m not with friends or weights.

I sleep ~4 or 5 hours a night because i want more for my life and family.

Someone broke down Sage’s strategy a few weeks back, noting that he posts 2000 replies a day 😱

She’s Earning $10K/Month From 16K Followers on LinkedIn

Valerie ChapmanValerie ChapmanLinkedIn Influencer $10,000 monthly revenue

👀 Fortune has a story about Valerie Chapman, a 25-year-old LinkedIn content creator…

After she was let go [from her corporate job] in October 2023, LinkedIn influencing became her new hustle. She now has over 16,000 followers on the platform

Tagline from Valerie’s LinkedIn

I help women leverage AI to build powerful personal brands

Fortune says she’s earning about $10,000 per month 🤑

No native monetization on LinkedIn so Valerie is earning via…

brand partnerships, primarily with tech companies

This looks like a brand partnership she did a few months back.

📝 Valerie posted recently…

While everyone’s fighting for attention on TikTok and Instagram, LinkedIn remains an untapped goldmine. Why?

1⃣ Your audience is decision makers, CEOs, and founders
2⃣ You can charge premium rates for brand partnerships
3⃣ The algorithm rewards thoughtful, value driven content
4⃣ There’s FAR less content creators than on other platforms

If you’re looking to build and monetize an audience, LinkedIn might be the best place to do it.

He Made $29,059 in February and Worked Exactly 4 Hours

Liz and Lukas HermannLiz and Lukas HermannFounders of StageTimer.io $29,000 monthly revenue

📝 Lukas Hermann writes

I made $29,059 in February and worked exactly 4 hours…

This is the power of a SaaS product. Once the flywheel is spinning, it just keeps going.

His product is StageTimer.io, a remote-controlled countdown timer used by video producers and event organizers.

Lukas got the idea for the app while at a friend’s recording studio. His friend was running in and out of the studio to start/stop a timer on his laptop ⏱

Lukas figured he could build a timer that was remote controlled.

He validated the idea on Reddit in Nov 2020 and Jun 2021.

Then launched a paid version of the app in June 2022 and was earning $8000/month within a year 🚀

Lukas’ wife Liz also works on the business, doing customer support.

Her words from a 2023 interview 👇

Lukas and I often play a game where we challenge each other to observe how things around us could be done better. We try to look for inefficiencies and problems in everyday activities, and then come up with solutions and ideas for how to fix them.

This game has given us a lot of great ideas for potential businesses.

Play that game regularly yourself, see what ideas you come up with.

The Music ManThe Music ManWebsite $389,156 average monthly revenue

💬 Publisher in a Box tweets about…

The single Facebook page that’s earning an average of $389,156 every MONTH

That page = The Music Man 🎶

launched in March 2020 and since then has grown to 3.3 million followers…

They’re primarily making money by driving website traffic from their Facebook page

For example, they’ll post a teaser like this on the page, then link to the full story on their website via the first comment.

Monetization via the display ads all over the website 💰

In the end, they’re not doing anything particularly special. What they are doing is all of the basics extremely well.

They go on to list out those basics 👈

Publisher in a Box has another tweet laying out “the perfect schedule to follow when you’re starting a new Facebook Page”

$600 Per Week Passive Income From AI Voice Cloning

FinalMoment1930FinalMoment1930Redditor $600 average weekly revenue

💬 Someone commented on Reddit recently

I created AI voice clones of my voice that generates $500-$700 (before tax) per week…

I do it on a website called ElevenLabs. Basically record at least 30 mins of your voice and it’ll clone it. You earn when people use your voice to generate voiceovers with speech to text.

Full disclosure , you need to be subscribed in order to earn. $11 on the first month and you can downgrade to $5 after. The best way to earn alot is to get a high quality badge for your voice. It boosts the visibility in their voice library and people are willing to pay more for your voice…

I have 10 voices! Most of them only earn $20-$50 a week but two of them earn $100-$200 since they have the high quality badge.

More info and sign up to try this at ElevenLabs 👇

He Earns $800K Per Year From 1 Licensed Idea

Stephen KeyStephen KeyProduct Licensor $800,000+ annual revenue

Stephen Key on YouTube 👇

Yes, you can license ideas even though you don’t live in United States… companies all around the world – especially here in the United States – are looking for new ideas [that] they can bring to market.

If they license those ideas or rent those ideas from you, they’re going to pay you a royalty on each and every one they sell.

In another video, Stephen shares how much he’s earned licensing some of his ideas…

Disney Ballpens – $10KPlush Puppets – $10KMichael Jordan Wall Ball – $100KSpinformation – $200K quarterly

Lots more info on Stephen’s channel about product licensing 👍

Including interviews with successful product licensors, like this one…

He Earns Passive Income From His Ideas With NO Prototypes…

🎙 From a related podcast interview with Sef Chang

Sef discovered licensing products after graduating college.

He submitted many product ideas to a novelty company. The company was interested in a licensing deal for a miniature keychain back scratcher.

The back scratcher sold 180,000 units and kicked off his career as a product developer.

$293K in Six Months with Legal Leads on Facebook Ads

vvineyardvvineyardLead Gen Specialist $293,000 revenue in 6 months

📝 A post on Reddit…

How I Made $293k in Six Months with Legal Leads on Facebook Ads

Same guy posted the same thing here with more info in the comments 💬

He’s running Facebook ads for legal services, then selling the leads to an aggregator, who in turn sells the leads to lawyers.

Started with a $10K budget, ended up spending $132K to earn $293K = $161K profit in six months 🤑

Keys to success…

The big shift was going Spanish instead of English. English market’s crowded—everyone’s doing it. Spanish had less competition, cheaper ads, better conversion rates…

What worked? Manual bidding and AI UGC ads

How he found the aggregators 👇

I have a lot of connections in the space. I chalk that up to investing in networking and attending conferences and masterminds… Best bet is to go to conferences and make connections in person. Online is getting more and more murky to do deals.

Asked why he’d post this info online and invite competition…

Most people read posts like this and take no action. The amount of effort they would need to input is significant…. sure they could compete but they won’t
