BALLOON-LIKE UAP/UFO Observed & Recorded Over Prophetsville, Illinois (VIDEO/PHOTO)
A UAP/UFO was observed and recorded above Prophetstown, Illinois on Weds. September 13, 2023. Described as a white or translucent balloon, police were originally unsure of its purpose.
PROPHETSTOWN, Ill. — Update:
After our story aired in the 10 p.m. newscast Wednesday, an astute viewer called in with some clues. Using an app called FlightRadar24, we were able to confirm that the mysterious object was a 'stratospheric balloon' owned by Aerostar out of South Dakota.
The balloons are high-altitude balloons meant to fill the gap between commercial airspace and outer space. They are usually made of thin plastic, and filled with helium that stretches into an upside-down teardrop shape.
The particular balloon spotted over Whiteside County was HBAL660.
When News 8 reached out to Aerostar, they could not provide specific details about that balloon's flight campaign but confirmed the balloon was manufactured, owned, and operated by Aerostar.
Aerostar's culture and communications manager Anastasia Quanbeck provided the following statement:
As the world leader in stratospheric technology, Aerostar launches and safely operates up to 200 flights every year. Based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Aerostar flies balloon systems all over the US and to locations around the world. Our balloons are equipped with transponders and we coordinate closely with the FAA and local authorities so that surrounding air traffic can follow our location.
The HBAL660 balloon is part of the company's Thunderhead Balloon Systems. Quanbeck says that the program serves purposes such as "extending communications across wide distances, environmental monitoring, earth observation, and scientific research."
A high-altitude balloon was seen floating over Whiteside County on Wednesday, Sept. 13, stumping the residents below.

A strange sight came across Prophetstown's skies on the afternoon of Sept. 13. Several community members reported seeing an unusual craft in the air, gathering at Todd's Tire and Auto to try and make sense of it.
"I was off duty sitting at home and I got a phone call from a man we call 'Rocky Ballard,'" Prophetstown police chief Bruce Franks said. "He works at Todd's Tire and Auto, and he says 'Hey, I see what looks like a balloon and it hasn't moved in the past 20 minutes.'"
Witnesses described the object as a white or translucent balloon, possibly with some red lighting and a box structure underneath. "Rocky says it's right up there, and he points to it and sure enough, there it was — and it didn't move forever," Franks said.
Police said the craft was visible by the naked eye for a moment but eventually moved further away, having to use optical scopes to examine it. The image below is a view of the scope, followed by a close-up of the unusual object.
Officer Boyd Van Dellen was called in to assist. "Looked like kind of a clear plastic balloon, and what it was doing, we have no idea," he said.
When News 8's Jonathan Fong asked if he believed aliens were behind the sight, the officer responded "No, and it's not China," with a chuckle.
Police did take some safety measures. "We then notified the Quad Cities airport to notify the towers, at least let aircraft know," Van Dellen said. "It looked high enough that it was possibly in airspace."
But what could it be? The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities said they did not deploy any weather balloons that day. "They thought it may be a research balloon of some sort," Van Dellen said.
At least the sighting sparked the imagination and curiosity of the town. "I'm at a flag football game now watching my grandson, and I mentioned it here to a couple of people, and they're like 'Oh yeah! We saw it,'" Franks said. "Everyone around town has seen it — a lot of people."
The Pentagon said it's still investigating over 800 cases of mysterious sightings by U.S. military groups, with some reports dating back several decades.

Local Loch Ness Resident Captures HUGE 'WHITE WAKE' PHOTO
2023 has seen a lot of activity in and around Loch Ness, with the largest Nessie hunt in 50 years being conducted by hundreds of volunteers just a few weeks ago.
27 August 2023 - at 11.26am on the 27th of August, Siobhan Janaway, who lives locally, reported "There was something causing turmoil in the water off Foyers Point then it coalesced into a single object moving at speed just under the surface causing at least a 20m white wake" She confirmed that there were no boats near the location. She took this photo (below) of what she saw.

She initially suspected that the wake was being caused by a boat, but upon surveying the scene she realized that there were no boats present and that the cause of the disturbance, whatever it was, seemed to be under the surface of the water.
31 August 2023 - Fiona Wade, visiting the area, reported seeing something similar to that which was reported by Alastair Gray (see above). She said "It was almost identical to that seen on Saturday and probably in a very similar location, I might add that I was not aware of this sighting on Saturday until returning home this evening. It initially looked like a periscope but then two curved areas followed, it was moving and about halfway out in the Loch looking roughly over to mid-way between Foyers and Whitebridge. I have seen deer crossing before but this was like nothing I have seen before and I can only describe it as Nessie as I can't think of any logical thing it could have been. It was large enough to catch my eye and it appeared to leave a slight wake behind it". The sighting took place at 10.45 a.m, the water was flat and calm and there was no nearby boat activity. It lasted about 30-40 seconds.

'I Was Abducted & Assaulted By The PLEIADIANS'
A Salisbury, New Brunswick woman describes her Pleiadian abduction, assault, & 5-hour lost time after she encounters two triangular-shaped UAPs while walking her dog.
I received the following account:
"It was around 10:20 p.m. on June 7, 2021, and I was getting ready for bed, so I had to take my dog for a walk. I took her to the end of the street which is usually where we turn around and go back home, but it started to rain. Both of us love the rain so I decided to keep going. We walked about 10 more minutes down to Highland Park, and just sat at a picnic table for a while, just enjoying the rain. That was when I started feeling this weird sort of fear as if there was some predator watching me from the woods. Eventually, the fear grew too strong and I got up and speed-walked away.
From there we went down to the lagoon (a retired sewage pond that had been recently drained) and I decided to walk all the way around it. But the fear still went on and got stronger. I could have sworn something was stalking me. So I just bolted. I ran as fast as I could for as long as I could. When I stopped to catch my breath I looked around to check for predators and saw nothing, until I looked up.
Hovering above, there were two triangular-shaped (for lack of a better term) flying machines. They were a dark, sort of hazy gray with a faintly glowing red dome on the bottom and three bright white lights coming off of each corner. The two of them circled each other in what appeared to be very well-organized. I stood still and stared at them for approximately 3 minutes (I found watching them very calming) until one of them stopped and suddenly I was engulfed in a white light. I could not see anything and I was frightened out of my wits, but then I suddenly calmed instantly (I wasn't even out of breath anymore and the light went away and by that time both of them were gone).
I thought nothing of it at first and just speed-walked home. But when I got home it was 3:17 am (5 hours after I left). From my perspective, I thought I had been gone for maybe 45 minutes.
The next day while at work I kept getting memory flashes of being on a platform in an all-white room surrounded by tall nude blond people. I also had memory flashes of being released from the platform and trying to mingle with the tall nude blond people who I suspect to have been Nordic aliens, or what are referred to as Pleiadians. and they all looked like they were scared of me. One of their hands glowed blue and slapped me in the face. For now, that's all I remember but every second day or so I get another memory flash.
People talk about lost time scenarios and possible abductions. I am fairly convinced that is what happened to me. I just don't know why they would assault me. Slapping my face was not necessary. In fact, I had a red mark and a slight bruise on my left cheek for several days.
There's something else I don't understand. What happened to my dog during my abduction? Did she accompany me, or was she placed into a state of limbo during the event?
Nothing else has occurred since the incident. But I never want to experience anything like that again. I live in Salisbury, New Brunswick, Canada."

California Hunter's BIGFOOT ENCOUNTERS in Stanislaus National Forest
A San Jose, CA outdoorsman and his two companions are hunting in the Stanislaus National Forest. During two separate trips, he believes that he had encounters with Bigfoot.
"I live in San Jose, California. I'm nobody special, just a regular guy who loves to hunt and camp in the outdoors. I'm 50 years old and I'm a mechanic who works for a school district in Sunnyvale, California in the Silicon Valley. I've spent a lot of time outdoors with my brother deer hunting in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. I'd like to tell you my story of the two encounters with what I believe was a Bigfoot.
In 2017, we went on a D6 hunting trip in the Stanislaus National Forest in California in Kennedy Meadows. My brother Jason and good friend Rodney went along. It was a pack trip. I was super excited because this would be my first hunting trip on horseback. It was a five-day trip where we rode horseback below the lake near Levitt Meadows. The hunt was amazing. I was able to take a black bear and was super excited on the second night of the trip. However, on the third night, we experienced high wind and rain that woke me up at three o'clock in the morning. Everything went silent and this weird feeling came over me, but I can't explain what it felt like.
As I laid my sleeping bag, I could hear footsteps around my tent. I was sleeping with my .357 handgun and my brother and my friend also had handguns. I screamed out to my brother Jason to stop messing around and he yelled back, saying he was not doing anything, that he was in his tent. I have to say my mind started playing tricks on me because after a while I could feel a presence near me and could hear footsteps crunching the ground near my tent. I lay in my tent trying to talk myself into opening up the flap as fast as I could to see what was behind me. The Four Season tent had two zippers and I knew it would take a little bit of time to get out of it.
I slowly positioned myself to get out of the tent as fast as I could with my handgun in one hand and turned my headlamp on to see what was out there. I ripped out of the tent as fast as I could and caught a glimpse of a huge dark black shadow that scared the crap out of me. I started firing up my handgun in the location where I saw the shadow, not to kill it but to scare whatever it was because I wanted it to leave me alone. I was not sure what it was. I don't think it was a black bear because it stood pretty tall.
I woke up my buddy Rodney and Jason and they said that I must have been dreaming because the gunshot didn't wake them up. I don't know what I saw but I believe it was a Bigfoot.
The next morning when the sun came up I went to check the area where I saw the huge shadow. In this location I had hung the black bear meat, I'd say about 10 feet high and a pretty sturdy line. To my amazement, the meat bag was ripped off of the tree and on the ground. My brother and friend said it was probably a black bear that reached up there to grab it, but I don't believe that. There's no way it could have reached that high.
Here's another encounter during a D5 hunting trip in 2020. It's kind of near the same location, near Kennedy Meadows, but in Eagle Meadows near Relief Reservoir. There have been many wildfires and a lot of the forest land was closed down except for this location for the hunting season opener. A lot of the hunters thought that area was closed down due to the wildfires so my brother and I had the place to ourselves.
We headed up on our four-wheel drive quads and I found a beautiful rock overlook and proceeded to hunt. I have to say, after my last encounter, I was a little bit wary of possible experiences to be had with Bigfoot. The area that I was in was filled with open-range cattle. I was watching them feed through the canyon. I was lying on a rock when that strange feeling came over me again like it did on the last hunting trip in 2017.
It was around 5 a.m. and I started hearing the timberline cracking as if the trees were falling down. I positioned my scope in the location where I could hear the trees cracking but never saw a thing. I was too afraid to go into the tree line. I have to say this noise continued throughout the whole day I'm not sure what it was but it scared me. My brother Jason thought it was the cattle moving through the tree line. I have to say it was pretty loud to be cattle knocking down branches off the trees. I don't know what it was. The feeling I got in my gut was not to go in the timberline. I just find it kind of strange I have these gut feelings of danger.

UPRIGHT CANINE Reported in Frederick County, Maryland Near Camp David
A Frederick County, Maryland man is driving south on RT 15 between Emmitsburg and Thurmont when he observes and encounters a 6-7 foot tall upright canine standing on the shoulder.
I recently received the following account:
"Hi, Lon. I was driving home from work on a misty night in October of 2019. I had just crossed the border from Pennsylvania into Maryland on Route 15 South. I was between Emmitsburg and Thurmont and listening to music on the radio, trying to stay awake and alert.
As I approached Little Owens Creek I saw something move in the corner of my eye. I slowed down and looked to my right toward the creek and trees. What I saw next took my breath away. I slammed on the brakes. There was a large creature standing on two legs by the side of the road, clear as day. It looked like a hybrid of a wolf and a man with dark fur and a long snout, pointed ears, and bright yellow eyes. It had muscular arms, legs, and long claws on its hands. I couldn't see the feet. It was 6-7 feet tall and it had a long tail that was wagging slowly. The upright creature stared at me as I skidded to a halt. It then let out a loud and terrifying howl that reverberated throughout my car and body. The sound was more stark than any horror film howl! it created a surge of fear and panic in me!
The beast took a step toward me and then another. The expression on its face was that of anger. I didn't know what to do. I was practically paralyzed by fear and I could only watch as the creature moved a few steps closer.
At that moment, bright lights from a vehicle behind flashed behind me, and then the sound of a horn blared. The driver slowly drove by me on the left. The creature also noticed the light and the horn. It turned its head to look at the other vehicle. I quickly stepped on the accelerator and I sped forward. I didn't stop for anything until I got home in Frederick.
When I walked in the house my wife could see that I was upset. I told her what I witnessed. She begged me not to tell anyone. I didn't have my cell in the car, by the way. But I doubt that I would have called the police.
It's been almost 4 years since my encounter. I have continuously looked for references to a similar creature. I found your Pennsylvania Dogman / Upright Canine Map online and then read a few of the reports. I then noticed that there have been several sightings over the years in Frederick County, Maryland.
I wish to remain anonymous." K
NOTE: There have been at least 7 historical sightings of a cryptid canine or Dwayyo in Frederick County, Maryland since the 1960s. Was Son's DOPPELGANGER An Actual Harbinger?
A woman describes an incident when she swears that she observed a doppelganger of one of her twin sons. Years later, the son suffered from leukemia. She believes that the incident was a harbinger.
I received the following account:
“In the summer of 2011, my 12-year-old twin sons were having a friend sleep over. We live in a 3-story house and all 3 of the boys were in the "basement" area playing. I was on the second floor sitting on my couch reading a book. It was early evening around dusk. All was peaceful other than the ruckus the boys were making downstairs. I was sitting there half-reading my book when the boys all came running loudly up the stairs. The stairwell door was on a sliding mechanism and when they got to the top, instead of sliding it, they sort of pushed on it and it came off the track. (With it off the track, it could swing back and forth). I told them I would fix the door later. Anyway, they left the door off the track and all 3 went running up to their third-floor bedroom to play.
I was still on the couch when only a few seconds after all 3 had just gone upstairs, I saw my son come around the corner, lift his arm, push the now swinging stairwell door open, and move down the steps. He never lifted his head to look at me. His head was down the entire time, and he never said why he was going back down there. My first thought was that he looked a bit odd and moved kind of strangely. Then I thought, "Why didn't he say anything?' Then I figured he left something down there. This all took a matter of maybe 2-3 seconds when suddenly, I heard his voice laughing and talking loudly UPSTAIRS! I freaked out!
I jumped off the couch ran over to the stairwell looked down and called his name but he didn't answer. (I swear to God this is a real story and every hair on my body was standing up and I had chills. I have them now just writing about it.) So, I ran upstairs and saw him sitting on the floor with his brother and their friend playing. Even though I knew it was completely impossible for him to be downstairs and upstairs at the same time, I asked him if he had somehow just gone into the basement. He of course said no.
I swept the basement looking for a "person." I checked doors and windows and closets even though I knew that whatever that "thing" was, it looked exactly like my 12-year-old son. It was as solid as a real person and was wearing exactly the same clothes my son had on. It was the same size as him and was able to push a solid door open and everything, only it moved a bit WEIRD and never looked at me or spoke to me.
Nothing else happened that night and I never could explain it or understand it, until three years later, almost to the very day that the incident happened, my son was diagnosed with leukemia. He's undergone years of terrible cancer and chemotherapy and has battled it like a warrior. He is 19 now and his treatment has now ended. He is doing great and is in remission. Praise be to the Lord!
I've heard that doppelgängers portend bad luck or illness but I never thought that when I saw that "thing" that looked at my son it meant something bad would happen to him, but the day he was diagnosed I realized why I saw what I saw. I don't know for sure if it was some sort of warning or not because it scared the hell out of me and it felt very sinister. I pray I never ever see it again." E

BABY BIGFOOT Encounters in South Dakota & Arkansas (PHOTO)
A South Dakota man recalls an incident that he heard. A lumber contractor who found a baby Bigfoot. I also include a photo of a supposed baby Bigfoot that was sent to me by an Arkansas witness.
I received the following account:
“I met a guy at a stock show and we were talking about hunting and he's a predator caller. And he called one up in the Black Hills, South Dakota and he and another guy and his friend won't go hunting with him anymore. He showed me a picture of the footprint, his foot next to it and it was like three times the length of his foot. It was like 10 or 11 size foot. It was in the brush screaming and yelling at them and breaking stuff. He kind of wanted me to go hunting with him but, you know, I've never seen one and I don't know if I want to be lucky enough or unlucky to run into it.
Here's the other spooky story. Now, this isn't a first-hand report to me but the friend that told me said the man that told him, and he knew the man that told him this story. He said he had no reason to lie to me, and it was in the limestone area which is on the western side of the Black Hills and he had a lumber contract out there. Instead of going out around, he decided to walk across a meadow and go on the back side of it. And the man claimed, this is what my friend Ronald told me, the man walked up on a baby Bigfoot in a grass nest out there in a meadow. It had humanoid features. All by itself only it was, like, twice the size of the human baby or something like that. He walked up on it in this nest, in the grass, in this meadow and he turned around and walked back out and he didn't go back until the next day. When he went back, the nest was empty, and off they went.” B

Here is the story behind it:"Hello Lon, my name is Louisa Clingan and my cam captured this photo back in October 2009. Thank you for posting it on your website. I am including it in this e-mail attachment. The cam was set in that location to try and catch what was killing the barn cats, and chickens and stealing the eggs.
I don't know if you know the background, but the photo was not taken seriously. Also, I really think that people think that these animals are born 9 feet tall, LOL. This is a small juvenile. From what we figured using the reeds, fence line, and bottom of the power box for height comparisons, we believe it is no taller than 18" from the top of the head to the ground in the sitting position. Hypothetically, it would be roughly 36" or 3' in the upright position. The visual that me and son had on this same property back in 2006 was no more than 3 1/2' to 4'."

BLACK, 1-METER TALL BEING Reported By Romanian Military Officer
My Romanian associate researcher Christinne Radu forwarded the following information:
The incident in this article appeared in the Romanian press at the beginning of the 1990s, and the witness of the incident was a career military officer. Here is his testimony:
* The road to the objective was parallel to a dike near the Mureș River, and on the opposite side lay a smooth plain. About 1.5 km from the last houses, the road ended suddenly at a bend in the embankment. When I reached the end of the road I climbed the embankment; on the edge of it, about 7 meters away, I noticed about 5 dogs arranged in a semicircle about 1 meter in front of a completely strange being. That caught my attention. It was at least 1 meter tall with a very elongated head without protrusions or holes. The torso was extremely long compared to the limbs of no more than 25 cm, roughly equal to each other in both length and diameter. On the upper limbs, I could not notice any protrusions or growths. I also did not notice that that being betrays elements that would have identified its gender - male or female. The body was completely covered with something impossible to define, absolutely black in color, something non-existent in nature. The color itself was very shocking, the likes of which I have never seen before and impossible to forget.
* At my appearance, the dogs, without barking, started running towards the town, and the strange being moved away towards the river. The creature's running was amazing: a combination of steps and kangaroo jumps. During this time I heard no noise, except the crust of ice above the snow sometimes giving way under the weight of that being. The tracks left were not human footsteps but a much-flattened circle. The river being at a low water flow at that time, and its bed 2.5 meters deep, made me unable to follow that strange being. Fascinated and amazed, but also a little scared, it took me 1-2 minutes to pull myself together and follow the trail of the strange apparition.
* For 2 hours I searched in the grove on the bank of the bed, without being able to track her down. Certainly, however, he did not enter the water, because the nearly 10-meter-wide beach showed no traces, and the snow here was unfrozen, the sand was smooth. I then discovered that the place where that strange being had been had a very strong, pungent smell of chlorine, but after two hours, of returning, the smell of chlorine had changed to a strong smell of ozone. Here I found the footprints clearly imprinted.
* I was obsessed with the encounter for a long time, and especially the condition in which it took place, that is, by the clearness of the weather and the surrounding wilderness, no observer could be the victim of an illusion. I make it clear to you that I do not believe in ghosts, devils, alien men, angels, or other beings of the same kind."

'BLONDE BIGFOOT' Recently Observed at Rice Lake, Illinois
An Illinois couple was recently driving near Rice Lake, Illinois when a light-colored upright creature, probably a Bigfoot, crossed the highway in front of them.
I received the following account today:
"Dear, Sir. On Saturday, September 9, 2023, my wife and I were driving north on US 24 at Rice Lake, Illinois. It was about 7:45 p.m. and dusk was setting in.
Without a warning, a large, maybe 7-foot-tall, light-colored hairy upright creature crossed in front of us (right to left) at a distance of 150 feet or so. The creature literally crossed the highway in 2-3 seconds. Both of us got a very good look at it.
There was a pickup truck in the other lane at the time and this creature crossed directly in front of it. There is no way that they missed seeing it. In fact, when I passed the pickup after the crossing the man gained speed and didn't look in our direction.
We both believe that we witnessed a Bigfoot. I have lived in Illinois all my life and never believed in the sightings. But now I am somewhat confused by what we saw. I asked a few acquaintances about our sighting, but they didn't want to speculate. One friend suggested I contact you after searching Google.
The creature was massive in the body and the hair was light in color, kind of a dirty blonde hue. I want to remain anonymous, but thought that it was important to report our sighting. Thank you. W"
In January 2017, a retired southwest Missouri man was driving on U.S. 24 along the shore of Rice Lake, Illinois at around 2:20 a.m. on the morning of Jan. 10 to visit a close friend who was hospitalized in Peoria. At that time, he observed a 'white Bigfoot'. Here is the original report that was made at the time:
“I always try to drive at night as much as possible,” he explained in an email he sent less than an hour after his experience occurred. “There is much less traffic and my plans were to get a motel room in Peoria, grab some sleep, and visit my sick friend in the morning. I was driving through an area with a fairly narrow strip of pretty thick woods on both sides and a large body of water called Rice Lake quite close on the other side of the trees to my right. There was almost no other traffic and I had slowed down a little in fear of a deer running out in front of me. Well, something did run out in front of me, but it was definitely not a deer.
“It was obviously a Bigfoot. I knew that as soon as I saw it, but it didn’t look like what I expected one to look like if I ever had the chance to see one. It was well over 6 feet tall, maybe even topping 7 feet, and was covered all over with fairly long hair — maybe four to six inches. But the most striking thing about it was that its hair was white. Actually, it wasn’t snow white, but instead had kind of a slight cream-colored tint to it. I have never heard of a white Bigfoot before.
“It was not actually running, but its steps were so long that it was covering quite a bit of ground with each one. It never did turn its head to face me completely, just kind of glanced in my direction as if to make sure I wasn’t too close, but from what I could tell it had thinner hair on its face and looked pretty well like a human. Because of his color, I tried to get a look at the eye color, since an albino of any species usually has pink eyes; these were definitely dark in color, probably brown."

Huge 'Living' FLYING MANTA RAYS Reported Philadelphia International Airport

A Bucks County, Pennsylvania witness reports seeing 6 'flying manta ray' UAPs near Philadelphia International Airport. What do you believe these objects are?
I received the following account:
"I saw 6 'flying manta rays' in a line with equal spacing. Judging the distance in relation to airliners coming to land at PHL (Philadelphia International), their width was twice the length of an airliner! The coloration was silver/blue with a glow to it. Their form of locomotion was quite strange. They had an erratic undulation from side to side. Almost like they were tacking through a wild 'river' current. I was amazed they were able to propel themselves forward in this fashion, let alone stay aloft! Their speed was comparable to a small plane.
I watched them continue to travel east toward New Jersey for five minutes until they became too small to watch. They appeared to be real creatures. The only thing that bothered me was that strange color and glow. I wondered if their skin was excited by the sun. I had the feeling if you were directly under them, they could be translucent.
I always thought there should be creatures living in the skies, but we know nothing about them. Being translucent makes sense, as one of the reasons creatures are not seen more often.
I waited several months to report this sighting. I wanted independent confirmation from the FAA and other government agencies, but none was forthcoming.
My location was central Bucks County, Pa. on the border with Montgomery County. JC
NOTE: This phenomenon is definitely authentic. I've been documenting these sightings for several years. It is rare for multiple anomalies to be observed at one time. The overall description of movement and physical characteristics is very similar to other reports. However, this report of their immense size is not common. I believe that these may be a type of bio-craft. In other words, a living being that is incorporated as a mode of transportation. What are your thoughts? Lon
