UFOs 'STALK' EYEWITNESS, Return Months Later in Kenosha, Wisconsin

A Wisconsin man is driving along Highway 50 when he noticed a saucer-shaped craft following him. Later, he finds himself outside of the car and facing a smaller saucer-shaped craft.

I received the following account:

"During the winter of 1998/1999, I was driving out of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin on Highway 50 (if I recall, that is the name of the main road out of town towards Kenosha) when I noticed a saucer-shaped craft, with bright lights underneath. I didn't think much of it at first, although I did continue looking at it because it didn't resemble a plane in shape and the lights looked different.

I began to really pay attention when I turned off Highway 50 onto the side road that led to my subdivision (I can't recall the county road but it leads to the Tuscany-like subdivision I was living in at the time). The craft was originally headed parallel to the highway traveling in the direction towards Kenosha and away from Lake Geneva as I was. But when I turned 90 degrees onto the side road, the craft changed direction 90 degrees as well. I took note because aircraft don't turn 90 degrees like that. The aircraft seemed to follow me changing in direction and to be descending to lower altitudes and getting closer. I remember slowing down to basically a crawl in my vehicle to watch the craft.

As crazy as this may sound, the next thing I remember is coming to standing outside my car, behind the rear bumper. The driver's side door was open, and no recollection of getting out of the car. The larger craft I had seen before is gone and there is a much smaller saucer-shaped craft hovering maybe 20 feet at most over the road and maybe 20 feet away horizontally. It was completely silent, with white and yellowish lights.

I freaked out, jumped in my car, and took off as fast as I could. Looking back in my rear and side view mirrors, the smaller craft was gone, but the larger saucer-shaped craft I had previously viewed was back up in the sky and was again traveling parallel to my car. I made another 90 turn into my subdivision on the side road and the craft did so as well. I made another 90-degree turn off the first road in my subdivision onto the second one (the one on which I lived - Sienna Circle) and again the craft changed direction with me.

I ran inside as fast as I could. Upon entering the house, I looked out every window I could in each direction and saw neither craft. I proceeded to write down the entire event and (eventually) fell asleep.

The next morning my girlfriend stopped by before school as she typically did and as soon as I woke up I excitedly started to tell her of the previous night's event. She told me to calm down and that I had been dreaming, reminding me I had just woken up. I told her I wasn't dreaming, to look on my dresser where I had written it all down.

That was that until maybe 6 months later I was in Kenosha at a friend's house. He was late returning and I began to worry about him and was looking out his back door towards the main road anxiously awaiting his return. That is when I noticed a smaller saucer-shaped craft (exactly like the one I saw before) hovering maybe 20 feet off the ground, not making a sound, and slowly flying towards the house. It flew across the backyard straight towards me. I called the other woman who was there to come look and she too saw it in amazement. We watched it for a few minutes as it slowly approached the house, flew barely over the rooftop, and proceeded across the street. When it was above the house across the street, it changed direction 90 degrees and slowly hovered over all the houses on the opposite side of the street until it was out of sight.

I kept this mostly to myself for all these years because (a) I have no proof and (b) most people don't believe me or don't care. After seeing report after report and pic after pic of similar craft, I figured I'd go ahead and report mine too for whatever it's worth." N

Intriguing MEN IN BLACK Dressed in Different Styles, But in Full-Black Attire!

A Louisiana reader comments on a bizarre sighting that he had while sitting in the parking lot of a local convenience store. He witnessed several 'MIBs,' each dressed differently but in full-black attire.

I recently received the following account:

"Back in 2001, this would be about five weeks before 9-11, I was working on my old B-2000 truck doing a rebuild. Now, at that time I lived on the edge of Bayou Bodko, which is in Bozier Parish, Louisiana. It was kind of out in the country because we had horses and I like to fish and just a real nice place to be back at that time, real nice people.

As I recall I had just finished setting the rings and I was tired and a little hungry, so I went down to the local store, which was like a quarter mile down the road. It was like out of crossroads and a little store. It was the kind of little store that had those big jars on the counter, you know what I mean and they had like eggs and pig knuckles and hot links in them and they had that pink juice. It had just enough scum on the top. So you knew the pickling was still working. You know what I mean. Anyway, quite a few times living out there right on the edge of the bayou, you'd see characters come in with six or eight big old catfish and walk away with a pound of souse and some other foodstuffs. So a really nice kind of place. It was a great place to go on the first day of hunting season. I haven't hunted for years but you know I still like to hang around.

So anyway, I'm sitting there and I ran down to the store to get myself a corn dog and a Yoo-Hoo. And I'm sitting out in my truck or my car because I was working on my truck and all of a sudden, this car pulls up and it's a black Crown Victoria, and I mean, it's one of the full beauties, you know, it had the police bumpers on the front but absolutely otherwise just as black as could be. So I'm sitting there thinking, oh man, you know that's different. So, all of this is during the time it takes you to eat a corn dog and a You-Hoo.

So anyway, the first guy gets out, the driver. I swear to God, this is the traditional 'Man in Black,' average height, white guy, the hat, the shirt, Tommy Lee Jones, right down to the bottom. You know what I mean, and I thought, hmm, my wife and I both, we've always been lifelong UFO followers, since the very late '60s.

Anyway, then all the doors open up. Now, out of the passenger side door comes another guy and this guy's all in black. You know what I mean, black coat, black shirt, black tie, of course the black hat. He had kind of more like Ray Bans on, and right down to the black socks and black shoes. This guy was in black, but otherwise, if you'd have told me the two were brothers, I'd have believed you. You know what I mean. So anyway, then the two in the back get out.

Now the guy in the seat behind the driver. He was dressed, and I have to say, in what you'd call probably the cargo shorts of the day, but they weren't. Nobody wore that kind of stuff back then. But they were like nice jeans shorts, but black, and I said jeans, but I'm not a hundred percent certain it was jeans. But you get my idea, a nice polo shirt, black, black socks, and black shoes, just like German tourists, and of course, sunglasses.

And then here, what I thought was the weirdest thing of all, the guy behind the passenger gets out and he is wearing a full, like top-of-the-line tennis outfit, I mean, like something that back then you would have had to pay good money for. Again, all black. A young, kind of muscular-looking guy. But again, if you just told me all of them were brothers, I had no trouble believing that. But yeah, they wore tighter pants back then, and then black socks, black nice tennis shoes, but all in black. There's not a single lick of color on any of them. And he's wearing a visor, like a tennis visor, but they had like a different kind back then.

You know, this is like, I say, around 2001, and they all go into the store and, honest to God, I didn't know what to say. So I finished my corn dog and I was finishing the last of my Yoo-Hoo, and decided to head on home. I really had no special interest in going in there or seeing how that finished out, but, man, when I got home, the first thing I said to my wife was. You are not gonna believe what I just saw, so anyway, that happened." MG

NOTE: The experiencer stated in his email that I'm a retired USAF Master Sergeant (Cold War and Desert Storm). I also retired from Boeing, and since 2005 I have been a traveling contractor. I am an FAA-licensed Airframe and Powerplant Technician and Inspector, and my last gig was as Director of Quality at a national aviation firm. If you have flown in the last 20 years, you may have trusted me many times without even knowing it.

My wife and I are big fans and regular listeners of my interviews and YouTube shows.

When: Late July, or early August 2001.

Where: Haughton, Louisiana

Outside of a convenience store at a crossroad. Four MIB types arrive and enter. Black Crown Victoria full police rig with dark windows. Each is dressed in completely different variations of the MIB theme.

It's an interesting and intriguing account. I don't believe I have read or heard anything similar. Lon

CREEPY TROLL Encountered on Lake Carasaljo, New Jersey Trail

While jogging on a park trail a couple encountered a creepy humanoid-looking figure that stopped them both in their tracks. They both keep referring to this thing as 'troll-like.'

I received the following account:

"This is an encounter my girlfriend and her friend had a few years ago, not mine personally. I've heard her tell this story a few times before, but after recently hearing them together describe what they saw, I thought that you'd find it interesting. Maybe someone has seen something similar.

This encounter happened in Lakewood, New Jersey a few years back. It was mid-day sometime in September. My girlfriend and her friend used to jog together regularly at local parks. The park they were at this particular day is called Lake Carasaljo, which butts up to a housing development. The trail they were on loops around the lake and 3/4s of the trail is basically just a normal paved sidewalk that follows a road, but eventually turns to dirt and through a small wooded area on the far side of the lake, the other 1/4 of the trail. Mind you, this place is far from being remote, it is New Jersey after all.

While jogging through the wooded part of the trail they came upon a creepy humanoid-looking figure on the edge of the trail that stopped them both in their tracks. They both keep referring to this thing as 'troll-like.' It was short, maybe 4 feet tall at most. It was dressed in a long black-hooded cloak hunched over sitting on a wooden chest. Yes, a wooded chest! Exactly the kind you'd imagine a troll to be sitting on. They said they could not see any face at all because its head was directed at the ground and the hood was too long. But what they did notice was the cloak was short enough to see part of its legs was wearing what looked like regular flesh-colored stockings and had very small clubbed feet. Its legs had large protruding boils or tumor-like lumps on the exposed area. It was wearing blue gloves too.

Terrified, they eventually made their way past this thing coming only a few feet from it, hoping it wouldn't jump out at them. They got the hell out of there faster than they've ever run before. It didn't say anything or try to cause them any harm. It just sat there hunched over. They thought at first that maybe it was just a mannequin or something someone put there as a joke but they noticed hand movement right before they passed it. Needless to say they have never gone back to this lake ever again. Every time my girlfriend talks about this encounter I can hear the fear in her trembling voice and was obviously somewhat traumatized by the encounter. Even though I geek out about these types of stories all the time, she has absolutely zero interest in any of these types of things. She will roll her eyes or shake her head and tell me I'm crazy when I tell her about a cool story of Bigfoot or aliens or whatever that I read about, trying to pique some interest in her on these types of subjects. However, she continues to want nothing of it.

I'm a very open-minded person when it comes to this stuff. I can't say I believe in anything cause I've never had a convincing encounter aside from hearing a few strange sounds in the woods I couldn't explain. I always ask myself, is it possible creatures/aliens/Bigfoot exist? The answer is usually, yes. But then again, someone just playing a prank to mess with people is extremely more logical sometimes, especially in a place like New Jersey." KF

Witness Reports Increased UNEXPLAINED ACTIVITY on Somerset County, PA Property

A witness contacted me about increased unexplained activity around their Somerset County, Pennsylvania property in 2023 and continuing into 2024. This has been a noticeable trend.

I recently received the following account:

"Hi, Lon. I live in Somerset County, Pennsylvania on the mountain ridge, and was curious if there have been any reports of any type of activity here this past year. We live in a very rural area, and I’ve been in this home 20 years and this past year it just seems some strange things have been happening.

My teen daughter’s bedroom window faces the road. Across the road is a wooded area and farmland. Lots of abandoned mines in this area and I’m sure the area across the road has been mined. My daughter who is 17 has been complaining since probably summer 2023 of strange noises coming from the woods. One night she woke me, and I heard them as well. The best explanation I could come up with was feral hogs even though we never saw what was making these noises and causing the trees to move. The noises were feral and terrifying. We have visits from coyotes, bobcats, fishers, bears, and all kinds of native wildlife and we hear those types of sounds all the time, this was different. The trees were shaking.

My daughter goes out very early for the bus when it’s dark and has also claimed to see a deer that disappeared, reappeared, or shape-shifted. To the point where she is afraid to wait for the bus. I saw a mountain lion on my property this past summer. I’ve decided that was just a normal mountain lion despite the Game Commission's insistence they don’t live here.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but things seem strange here lately something is just different. There is a creepy feeling I get when I’m outside at times like I’m being watched that I’ve never had before. I’ve also noticed much more air traffic overhead to the point that I installed an app on my phone to see what was flying over. I’ve seen more strange helicopters flying over where it used to be occasionally, and I usually brush it off as having something to do with the Flight 93 Memorial.

On Thursday night (January 18, 2023) around 6:50 PM, a helicopter went over so low to the point that it shook my house. I was busy so it took a couple minutes of this continuing before I checked the app and noticed it was a Blackhawk helicopter out of Latrobe. It was across the road over the area where my daughter had been complaining of the noises coming from the woods. I hovered over the area for a good 10 minutes in one spot. Then disappeared from the radar altogether. I tried to see it from my upstairs window but couldn’t see much.

My husband who initially thought I was paranoid also began to think it was strange. We saw lights in the woods over that way but not much more. Could not see the helicopter in the air. The weather has been generally crappy here with high winds and blowing snow this week. I’m not sure if they landed or turned off the radar but I’m guessing they may have landed because I could no longer hear the helicopter sounds.

I’ve believed in the paranormal for a long time because I once saw a ghost in the 90s when I lived in Baltimore. I’ve never really thought much about cryptids or things that could be dangerous. Just wondering if you’ve heard anyone else reporting odd things in this area. It’s not the Chestnut Ridge, I think the next ridge over that may run through Bedford and Somerset counties. Just curious if anyone else has said anything this way." R

NOTE: I redacted the location and other personal / identifying information from the email. I talked to the witness last night to clarify some of the details. I believe that she has been experiencing Bigfoot and, possibly, cryptid canine activity. The sightings of mountain lions have drastically increased in the past few years (regardless of the denials by the PA Game Commission, even though several of the rangers freely admit that they exist in the state). As well, the black bear is moving east beyond the mountains and deeper into the Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Our local investigators have also commented on the increased number of black & unmarked helicopters seen and reported on the Upper Chestnut Ridge, as well as in the Laurel Mountain & Laurel Highlands areas.

METAL-CLAD, APE-LIKE ENTITY Fires Dart at Witness Near Madison, Wisconsin

A group of friends are hanging out at an old industrial location near Madison, Wisconsin. One of the boys sees an ape-like being dressed in a metal suit, who then shoots and hits the boy with a dart!

I received the following weird account:

"This isn't my story but one a friend told me not long ago that I found fascinating, mostly because of the genuine emotion in his telling of it. The fear in his voice and on his face was visceral and contagious as he told the story even though it happened years ago when he was a kid.

Anyway, about 15 years back a friend of mine and his group of friends were out having their run of our little rust-belt town not far from Madison, Wisconsin, doing all the things kids do before they discover all the other things that take you out of that childhood sense of adventure. In particular, they were out in this part of town we call the 'Flats,' originally zoned industrial but after the big plant closed nature reclaimed the place for the most part, so it was fields and woods once you got past the big dilapidated factory that sits by the tracks.

For obvious reasons, the parents around here tell their kids to keep out of the area because it could be dangerous. But the thing that strikes me as odd about this part of town is that there have consistently been rumors that there is industrial waste of some kind buried out there that's toxic, allegedly radioactive, and/or related to the Manhattan Project. It's become local folk wisdom that there's something out there you don't want to get into since my dad was a kid in the 50s.

My friend and his posse were playing manhunt, which I'm told is basically hide and seek, and so he was going through the woods looking for his friends who were hiding pretty successfully from him. He reaches a break in the trees and steps out into a small meadow, and that's when he sees it.

Across the field, about twenty yards away, something was squatting in the tree line, clad in all silver and a bulbous helmet, looking almost like some astronaut from a D-grade sci-fi flick. It saw him in the same instant he saw it, and leaped up in surprise, but there was something off and almost simian about the stance it took when it leaped up. Almost like a chimp in a spacesuit, but taller and closer to a human.

Just as quick it raised its arm like it was going to point and somehow fired a tiny metal dart at my friend, which hit him in the hand as he turned to run. He ripped the thing out of his hand while running and screaming for his friends.

As he told me this with a shaky voice he showed me the small scar on his hand. I'm a skeptical person, and it's a cheesy story, but this is a guy who is not capable of faking the trembling voice and faraway look of someone who is remembering something that terrified them.

I insisted we go look around that place after hearing this, but we found nothing strange except a weird-looking warehouse-type building closer to the freeway than the woods that was relatively new, and empty wilderness. To this day I have no clue what he saw, but I believe he did see something.

If anyone knows of any similar encounters, I'm more than interested." S

BLACK-EYED KID: Was He Responsible For a Suicide...or Worse?

Two cousins were fishing underneath a railroad trestle in rural Indiana when they encountered a black-eyed kid with sharpened teeth. They later find out that an apparent death occurred after they had left.

I received the following account:

“One time, a few years ago, my cousin and I were out fishing underneath a railroad trestle here in rural southern Indiana. And we were coming off of fishing. It was about 10 at night. We came up to the top of the trestle and a young kid was standing up there wearing a dark-colored hoodie. And he had motioned for us to come to him. We walked over towards him and he said, 'Can you walk me across the trestle?' About that time, he had looked up and he had black eyes and his teeth were like almost came up to a point, which took us both back. And, right then, we said, 'No!' and we both got out of there. But when we were there, there was a guy across the trestle fishing.

Now, we got about halfway home which was a couple miles and we heard a helicopter. And what that was a lifeline. The guy that was still up there fishing, he ended up diving off of the trestle, face-first. He committed suicide. This was exactly when we left. This boy had come up and asked us and he was across the trestle fishing. The kid looked very demonic. I mean he had the image of a kid, the body of a kid, but he looked evil. We knew as soon as he put his head up that this was something you did not want to be around.

Then the guy that was fishing right across from us, it wasn't even twenty minutes, maybe twenty-five, and that's when the helicopter flew over. We didn't find out until the next day that it was that guy who went to the middle of the trestle, dove off head-first, and died. Automatically, I told my cousin not to ever walk out to the middle of that, or near, that trestle.”

'GRIM REAPER' Returns to Haunt Albuquerque, NM Cemetery

Here's a novel way you can become an attention seeker. Dress up like the 'Grim Reaper' and roam a cemetery, while praying (or preying) for the dead among shocked mourners.

I received the following account in 2017:

"Hi, Lon. A local cemetery in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has become the haunting grounds for a mysterious man dressed like the Grim Reaper. The man first showed up at the San Jose del El Rosario Cemetery last month wearing a black cloak over a white dress. His face was covered and he occasionally carried a bouquet of flowers that looked as if they'd been plucked from a nearby field.

The strange figure disappeared, only to show up again this weekend and consent to an interview with a reporter. The mysterious man says his name is the "Light Wanderer" and that he comes to the cemetery to pray.

“There is a place where sleepers sleep and dreamers dream and patiently await,” he told the station, adding that people shouldn't fear him. There’s nothing to be afraid of except those who seek to cause harm, pain, destruction,” he said." T

NOTE: Well, it appears that the Grim Reaper is back, be it the same person or someone else. I received a telephone call last night from a witness who was at the San Jose del El Rosario Cemetery on Saturday and said that they witnessed someone dressed in black carrying a long scythe. Below is an account that was reported by UPI at the time of the earlier sightings:

Mourners are terrified of the mystery grim reaper figure who has been standing over cemeteries in the United States.

Witnesses have seen the man, who calls himself the 'Light Wanderer', walking alongside the tombstones and monuments in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

However, the man in the ominous cloak insists that they have nothing to be scared of - unless they wish harm upon him.

After refusing to reveal his true identity, the man says that he appears at the cemetery to pray for the dead and to spread a message.

“The weight of time weighs heavy on our souls,” he said to KRQE News 13.

“There is a place where sleepers sleep and dreamers dream and patiently await."

Cars have pulled over in shock at seeing the reaper on top of the hills in Gibson, Albuquerque.

Residents believe that the man is just seeking attention. “There’s cars all over, and it’s just causing chaos,” said local woman Priscilla Valdez. - UPI

HUGE PALE, SKINNY HUMANOID Chases Witnesses in Dawson County, Nebraska

A Nebraska man and several boys were fishing a canal in Dawson County at night when they suddenly encountered a huge pale, skinny humanoid that chased them out of the area.

"These are the facts regarding a situation that happened on Sunday, June 16, 2022, and the hunt I went on Monday, June 17, 2022. Only two other people know about pale skinny humanoids. I've never really been able to share these experiences because it's very hard to believe but I assure you that they are factual and real.

The main part of this account was told to me by my brother-in-law. He is a no-nonsense type of guy so I knew it was true just by the reaction from him and the five kids that were there with him at the time. One of the kids is my nephew and the other four are basically family so you'll understand why I went hunting for this thing that terrorized them that night.

First, a description of the location on the night of June 16th. My brother-in-law and nephew along with four other children were fishing at a local location called Young's Check, south of Kad, Nebraska in Dawson County. This is a small gate that controls the flow of water into Johnston's Lake which is about 10 miles to the east. It's not flat like most people see when traveling through the state. The canal is wooded on both sides so there's plenty of natural cover for anything wanting to move without being seen. When I was a kid you could drive right up to the gate, but it's fenced off now.

They were night fishing the road that leads to the gate. The canal is extremely steep on each side with only one way in and one way out. When this thing chased them all the way back to their vehicle it was about 2:30 AM. One of the kids thought they heard something making noise in the water near them, so my brother-in-law shined his light. To their horror they witnessed an almost disfigured pale white creature on all fours drinking out of the canal. It didn't notice them until he shined the light on it. It was so close it had to know they were there. He said it turned to look at him when he shined the light and said it had pointed ears, no hair, and black eyes that didn't reflect the light like any other animal in the wild would. One of the kids later looked up images of skinwalkers when they returned home and said it looked like the one in all fours with a weird disfigured back. He said that the one they saw was 10 times more muscular than the supposed one online.

My brother-in-law turned to the kids and yelled run now. He then turned back and saw that this creature started coming towards him and he just dropped everything and ran. That's right, he left everything. He didn't have time to pack and began running. He only ran about 15 feet and looked back to see this thing eating the chicken liver they abandoned, along with a few other items he had no time to grab. It then began to scale the steep drop-off going up the hill and was matching their pace. As they ran on the road below they reached the gate and he told the kids to keep running all the way to the truck and get in and don't stop. He wanted to make some more distance between this thing and the kids so he stopped and turned to face this thing so the kids would be safe. He said when he turned around it came barreling down the hill, stopped next to the utility pole, and stood up on two legs.

The next day he showed me where the top of the head was next to the pole almost as if this thing was trying to show him how big it was. The head alone reached about 8 feet. I'm 5'11'' and I had to reach on my toes to the metal bracket where he said this thing's head was clearing. It stood there for about 5 seconds to which my brother-in-law must have felt like an eternity. He was only 10 feet from this thing looking at it eye to eye. Then it charged him on two legs and he immediately turned around and sprinted down the road. He said this thing was making grunting noises and its footfalls sounded like it had to have weighed 600 lb or better. He said it must have turned and scaled the high wall on the south side of the road because as he was running it was running on top of this small cliff right above him. It went off to the right a bit and out of sight.

He and the kids all said that on the small bend before they reached the truck they heard what sounded like babies crying to their right in the trees. They all piled into the truck and by this time two of the kids were crying uncontrollably. He started the truck and when he turned on the lights this thing was right across the road behind a tree staring right at them. They said its face had changed and now it looked like it had rags on its face, but still just pale white with black unreflecting eyes. He showed me where it was standing with its head clearing the top of the tree. They peeled out of there and it didn't follow them any further.

When they got home none of the kids could sleep and one of them sat in the corner holding a cross and a penny, just crying. He wanted to sleep in the closet, keeping the cross and Penny in his hands. Ss he's telling me about this the next day all I could think was anger. I was going to hunt this thing that terrorized my family.

So, a very good friend, my brother-in-law, and I, along with one of the kids who, quite honestly has balls of steel, wanted to go with us. We were all fully armed. We packed our gear and headed up to the location. My brother-in-law came out around 10:00 that night after my friend, the boy, and I went exploring. We arrived about 1 hour before sundown. We scaled the hills past where they were fishing nearly a mile further east. We found an area where we could get down to the water and something strange happened.

When my brother-in-law came out, we headed back to where they had first seen the creature. He was leading us around, showing us everywhere this creature traveled. You could clearly see where something massive had come down the steep embankment. When we got to the fishing spot we found one track where the chicken liver was and found what we thought was a barefoot human-looking print 16 plus inches long with three-toed imprints

After about an hour nothing had happened but the boy said that he thought he felt something watching us the entire time. I did not feel this but then again I have absolutely no fear of anything so maybe I didn't pick up on it. I asked the boy if at any point he thought it was trying to attack them and he said no, the feeling he said he had was that it was trying to intimidate and scare the kids.

We never encountered the creature again."

YELLOW-EYED 'NOT DEER' Ignores Yelling Resident & Barking Dogs

A Pennsylvania resident takes their dogs outside in the yard when they notice a deer. Trying to move the deer along the resident yells at it. The deer completely ignores him. It doesn't phase it.

I received the following account:

"I’m just looking for others who have had similar experiences. I live in West Central Pennsylvania (Butler County) on a dirt road in the middle of the woods, so I’m well accustomed to deer and their behavior.

At the time of writing this, I’ve just come in from taking my two dogs out about 30 minutes ago and then taking time to compose myself to write this. As stated earlier, I live in the woods, so there are naturally a lot of predators that I don’t want to get my dogs, so I only take them outside to do their business or go for a walk on a leash for safety reasons.

The whole time we were outside, the Chihuahua was barking, which isn’t unusual for him because he’s more prone to random outbursts of yapping. The Pomeranian usually only barks when we have guests or when he wants something; he never barks at deer or things outside when I take them out. I thought nothing of it and kept walking them around our yard like I usually do. However, as I was walking past the small patch of barren ground that used to be my dad’s garden, I spotted a deer. Again, I thought nothing of it and shouted “GET OUT” at it so it would go away and stop sending my Chihuahua into a barking fit. It didn’t budge at all. I got closer, and my Pomeranian started barking. I thought it was a little weird, but maybe he just had some pent-up energy or this specific deer smelled particularly interesting or tasty to him. I thought the dogs’ barking would run the deer off, but that didn’t work either. Again, I didn’t think it was anything out of the ordinary; maybe this doe was just really stupid and/or deaf. So I shouted again, “GO ON, GET!” Again, nothing.

And that’s when I noticed it. Its neck looked kind of weird? I don’t know how to describe it. Its neck just looked really muscular and long, disproportionally so to the rest of its body. Now, I’m no stranger to cryptids and whatnot; I’m actually really into this kind of stuff, I just didn’t think there was any merit to most of it until now.

So, with that little nagging feeling in the back of my head, I become more determined to chase this thing off, be it a cryptid or an exceptionally stupid, stubborn deer. I start stomping my feet, flailing my arms, and screaming and carrying on. Still, the deer had no reaction. Not even a little step back. It just raised its neck up at me and looked me right in the eyes. I felt a chill go down my spine. I’m sure all of you know that look I’m talking about, the one you always hear about 'Not Deer' having, that weird, eerie look of intelligence absent from normal deer, and that off-putting, impossible stillness.

I stepped closer, and amped up my screams; I was screaming at the top of my lungs at that point, and I was honestly half hoping my mother would come out of the house and ask me what was I doing just so I wouldn’t be alone with this thing. It stepped back, but only enough to cover itself in the shadows just outside of the reach of the porch lights, so I couldn’t see its head and neck but could still see part of its body in the light. I had the light from my phone’s flashlight on the whole time, but the light from the porch lights had been shining enough that there wasn’t any glare in the deer’s eyes. But when it stepped into the shadows, its eyes reflected yellow. Now, to anyone unfamiliar with deer, that might seem perfectly normal, but anyone who knows how animal eyes work would know that’s not the color a deer’s eyes are supposed to reflect; they normally reflect a whitish color. I’m not actually certain about that fact, so I disregarded it at the moment.

I was getting frustrated and desperate to get rid of it at this point, so I pulled up the YouTube app on my phone and searched for predator sounds in the hopes that would finally deter it. Unfortunately for me, my phone ran out of power before I could even hit play on the coyote sounds. The deer stared me down in the awkward silence for a few moments, then stood up on its hind legs and walked off into the woods like a badly coordinated marionette learning to walk in heels for the first time.

My dogs both calmed down and after I made sure it was actually gone, I booked it inside. I told my mom immediately, and she just brushed it off.

I still don’t know what to think of it, but I do know I’m not going outside after the sun sets ever again in case that thing comes back. I just can’t fully accept that it was a cryptid. Chronic wasting disease is a thing in my area, so maybe that could explain it? Maybe it really was deaf, or partially blind, or something, and that’s why it didn’t react to me?" S

SHIMMERING, TRANSPARENT HUMANOID Seen by Cousins in Little Rock, Arkansas

2 cousins are outside playing on a trampoline when they both observe a shimmering, transparent humanoid moving through the woods near the house. Was it a 'Glimmer Man?'

I received the following account:

"This happened about 15 years ago in central Arkansas. For those unfamiliar with the general layout, there is Little Rock, and then a lot of trees surrounding various cities outside of it. My cousin lived in a log house located in one of those areas, aka the middle of the woods. He was around 11 and I was around 13.

We were alone at his house and jumping on his trampoline while talking and playing when I had this really weird feeling I was being watched. It wasn’t a completely uncommon feeling, but I always stopped what I was doing and looked around when it would happen.

The first thing I noticed was my cousin’s face. He had stopped jumping and was blankly staring into the woods with his mouth open. I quickly looked in the same direction and saw an outline of something moving slowly through the woods. When I say outline, I mean it literally. It was invisible. Like a shimmer slowly moving through the trees with a very clear humanoid outline.

I slowly nudged him to the edge of the trampoline without taking my eyes off it before we both jumped and took off to the house. We locked every door and window before talking about it. When I asked him what he saw, he said it looked like a person but he could see through them.

We called his mom, and she had a police officer show up and scan the surrounding area thinking it was just a hunter in their woods or something. They didn’t find anybody and chalked it up to kids getting spooked by a noise in the woods. I still have no idea what that thing was, but we still talk about it after a few drinks." C
