Writer by day, ballroom dancer and choreographer by night, Colby has a tendency to turn every hobby she has into a job, thus ensuring that she is a perpetual workaholic. In addition to her 9,502 regular jobs, she is a proud member of International Thriller Writers and Sisters in Crime. She is actively involved in local theatres as a choreographer and occasionally indulges her prima donna side by taking the stage as an actress. She lives in Georgia with her family, two mutts, and an array of cats that, if she were a bit older, would qualify her immediately for crazy cat lady status.

I think Jenna is strong-willed, and I don't think in her mind, she feels she necessarily *needs* to be permanently hitched to a man. On the one hand, I think I could see Jenna as the type who would be in a committed, long-term relationship and fully plan on staying in that relationship for a lifetime and yet just not feel the need to marry just because she's secure enough in the relationship without the paper. However, I do think if she was in the right relationship at the right time, she might find the idea of marrying the man she's in love with appealing. So to make a long answer short, I haven't ruled it out as a possibility. I don't think she's so wounded by men in her past despite some painful experiences she's had or that even trust issues as raw and justified as hers would keep her from it in the right situation. Which Cast is Better Contest

Citizens of the blog-o-sphere, I need you to help me settle something. You see, my husband thinks he could cast a movie version of Color Blind better than me, so we decided to choose who we'd want to play Color Blind's characters if ever the book was turned into a movie. Even after we'd both lined up our casts and mine was clearly superior, he still insists he has it more right than me. So, we dec Read more of this blog post »

“Isaac was a sociopath, and all sociopaths, be they Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer, or Jenna's own mother, shared certain traits. One of those traits: they always played by their own rules, rules that set double standards—one standard for only them, and another standard for everyone else.”
