Interview with Cole Dyami. You're Welcome Ladies.

After asking on social media, it was pretty clear who people wanted to hear from. However, I had a lot of different characters brought up who I'd thought be great candidates to interview. Therefore, I will be doing these character interviews maybe every week or every other week. At the end of this post, I'll announce who will be the next character to be interviewed! :)
Also, I was recently interviewed by the lovely Briana Morgan who is a fellow writer and good friend of mine. You can read the interview HERE
So without further waiting, I give you the one and only Cole Dyami. *insert fangirl screams here*
Me: Hello Cole! Welcome to my blog!
Cole: Thank you very much. It's a pleasure to be here.
Me: So, first things first, what do you consider home to be? This can be a place, a person, a memory, etc.
Cole: This may sound lame, but wherever love is, that's where I consider home. While I love my family and my tribe, the only place I feel truly loved or most like myself is when I'm with Adeline. She's my home.
Me: Well, that's precious. So, is Adeline your girlfriend, then?
Cole: Yes, she's that and my very best friend.
Me: Have you ever had a girlfriend before her?
Cole: Well, there was this one girl my freshmen year of high school, but it didn't last but a few months. That was back when I went to school on the reservation.
Me: What's her name? What happened?
Cole: Her name is Kelsey and it was sort of a mutual break up. We're still friends for the most part. Although I haven't had much time to really hang out with anyone from my old school besides a few people.
Me: So, what's your greatest fear in life?
Cole: That I would live a life full of regrets. I want to live a life that I can look back on in 70 years and be proud of.
Me: Who do you most admire?
Cole: Again, at the risk of coming across as lame, I'd have to say Adeline. She is strong, courageous, humble, beautiful, and definitely someone I admire most in the world.
Me: That is not lame at all! It just proves you're in love! Moving on, if you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?
Cole: I would want to be able to fully forgive myself. There are things I have done in the past that I wish I could take back. I still find it extremely difficult to forgive myself.
Me: What was it like growing up with only your Dad and two half-siblings?
Cole: I'm sure it was very difficult for my father, Paco, but for the first half of my life, it seemed normal. I was happy, but as I got older I realized what it meant that my siblings and I had different mothers. I'd do anything to have my Mom back. It hurts and I don't always understand why my Mom had to die. It's a weird feeling, missing someone I've never even met.
Me: Speaking of your sister and brother, why do you think there is so much tension between you and Elsu? You seem to have a great relationship with Chenoa.
Cole: Yes! I am very blessed to have such a great relationship with my sister. She truly stepped into the motherly role while I was growing up and I am forever grateful to her. As for Elsu, it has always been hard. I don't think he really hates me. Just probably taking this whole "older brother bullies younger brother to build character" a little too seriously.
Me: What is your favorite childhood memory?
Cole: I was five years old and my Dad had finally agreed to take me fishing. I had been begging him for days and he finally decided I was old enough. He took me out on his boat and taught me how to hook a line and be patient enough to wait for a fish to bite. We ate turkey sandwiches and drank root beer all day. It was one of the best days I can remember.
Me: Last question. What's your favorite color?
Cole: Green. It reminds me of the forest, which is one of my favorite places to be.
Me: Well, thank you so much for answering some questions for us today!
Cole: Of course!
Well, there you have it ladies. You got your interview with the beautiful Cole Dyami. I believe I will be doing another one of these character interviews for next week. And the lucky fictional character who has no choice but to participate is *drumroll please*.....Paco Dyami!! (You're welcome, Keri.)
See you all next time!

My Favorite Books of All Time. OF ALL TIME!

Yo, I'm a let you finish, but I got to tell you my favorite books of all time. OF ALL TIME!
Too soon? No? Maybe? Never mind....
So, I've decided to post a list of my favorite books. These are good to read if you are waiting for my second book, "Morning Glory." More updates to come on that as I know more! :D
This are my favorite books of all time that I have ever read. They make my eyes and heart so very happy. I hope you also read them and enjoy them like I have!
"Old Magic" and "The Guardians Of Time Trilogy" by Marianne Curley  I think most people know about my unhealthy obsession for this author and her work, but she of course made it to the top of my list. I absolutely adore these novels. They are all young adult paranormal romances that deal with time travel and history. They are so good in every way. If you haven't read them, then you are missing out. Go buy them now. No, but really. Do it.

"Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen I am a hardcore Austen fan and I am not ashamed. I love everything about this book and often reread again and again. Austen does a romance justice and I aspire to be like her. Oh, Jane. If only you were alive today for me stalk.

"A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Khaled Hosseini  Oh. My. Gosh. This novel literally punched me in the face. It was so good. No, but really. This book is insanely well written that I laughed, cried, laughed again, and cried even more. If you haven't read this beautiful book, then you haven't lived life.

“Jane Eyre” by Charlotte Bronte I love both of the Bronte sisters, but this novel is one of my absolute favorites. It is so beautiful and tragic. It is one of those novels I can read again and again. LOVE!
The movie is good too! However, my heart will always remain with the novel. Oh, Mr. Rochester. If only you were real!

"Redeeming Love" by Francine Rivers
I think it's clear that I love Jesus and therefore would like to fall in love with a man who does too. This romance novel showed me that it is possible. Francine Rivers' words and truth of the Gospel changed my perception of true love and what it is all about. I cried throughout this novel, loving the characters and seeing myself in them. This book is a must read for any follower of Christ who is looking for a man to lead her closer to God. Although it is fiction this love story will ignite of flame to know Christ more intimately so that you will be able to perceive the right man from the wrong man. LOVE. THIS. BOOK.

Well there it is. My list of my favorite books of all time. Go read them. NOW!

Dream Movie Cast List: Forget Me Not

Alright, I know it's not Wednesday yet, but I will be having a very busy day tomorrow, so I thought I'd go ahead and post what I was going to post anyway. So, here you go!

I have been asked this question a lot and I recently did a blog post for a friend of mine this past February about who I would cast in my dream world as the characters from Forget Me Not. I will leave the link to the original blog post HERE for you all to go read. However, I decided to go into more detail and even cast more characters than I had the first time. So here goes.

I will begin with the beautiful and charming Cole Dyami. I'm sticking by my original pick, Tyler Posey,  however, I also think BooBoo Stewart would also make a good Cole. Both are great actors and I think they could play the shy and sweet boy hiding a terrible secret while at the same time falling in love while also dealing with the legends of their tribe. Wow. That's a lot.

I think either actor would make a good Cole. Let me know if you agree or if you have a completely different actor in mind in the comments below!

Tyler Posey looking adorable.
BooBoo Stewart in a barn somewhere.
Next we have the beautiful, yet painfully insecure Adeline Jasely. She is probably the hardest character for me to try to cast. She has such a distinct look in my head that it's really hard for me to pick a specific  actress to play her. After much research I find that Kaya Scodelario looks the most like the girl in my head. I think she would make a great Addie. And she's British. So she's pretty much perfect.

Next is the one and only Chenoa Dyami. She's beautiful, spunky, and sees the bright side of things no matter what. For this beloved character, I think that Roseanne Supernault would be a fabulous Chenoa.

Next is the infamous and stubborn Elsu Dyami. I loved my first pick for this character and I'm sticking to it. Eddie Spears, if you ever read this....PLEASE BE ELSU. I mean, if you want.

Next is Paco Dyami and I can't think of a better Native actor than Gil Birmingham. He is talented, fabulous, and would make a great Paco!

When I first searched for the actress to play Emma Jasely, Adeline's crazy and overprotective older sister/legal guardian, Gemma Arterton was the perfect actress in my opinion.

Next is the loving, yet annoying Henry, boyfriend to Emma. He is silly and good comic relief, but he does annoy me a little too. Sorry Addie.

Another fabulous character who is near and dear to my heart would have to be Enola. And I think that Tantoo Cardinal would play a wonderful Enola.

So there they are. My wish list dream cast for Forget Me Not. Please let me know if you like the actors chosen or let me know who you think would make a great character in my series. I hope you all enjoyed this fun post.
I also have some GREAT news! My publisher just emailed me the contract for Morning Glory. That means it is that much closer from being in my head and into your hands...that sounded kind of weird. Well, you know what I mean.

June 17, 2013

I know, I know....It's been too long.

You don't have to tell me twice. I get it. I've been away from the blogging world for WAY too long. But I promise this will change. Starting now. I am going to make a vow to you, my lovely readers. So here it is:

I, Allison, vow to update my blog AT LEAST twice a week. For real. It's happening. I'm making a vow to you and to myself to update this blog every Monday and Wednesday. I promise.

So, now that that's out of the way, let's get on to bigger and better things. I know many of you are waiting ever so patiently for the sequel to Forget Me Not, Morning Glory, and very soon your patience will be rewarded. Just trust this process and look forward to the next novel.

But I also have some fabulous news regarding my literary idol, Marianne Curley. Her latest novel, Hidden, will be releasing in the USA on June 25 and you can bet your pretty faces that I will be all up in my bookstore on that day. And then I may be in a reading coma for the next few days. I. AM. SO. EXCITED.

On another related note, Marianne Curley left THIS amazing review  on Goodreads that you should go read. Like now. Seriously. Go. I'll be here waiting.

Now, that you're back I just wanted to take another moment to remind you of the Blogger Book Fair this July. I will be hosting some amazing authors and there will even be a giveaway of Forget Me Not.

I hope you all can forgive me again for my lack of posts. Life has thrown many snowballs in my face (yeah, in the middle of a Georgia summer. Weird.) and I am slowly but surely getting back to normal. Currently, I am working on the third and final installment of the Forget Me Not Trilogy, Tiger Lily. Writing this final book is both exciting, bittersweet, and sad all at the same time. I've been with these characters for the majority of my teenage years and now onto my twenties. It seems odd that in the very near future, I will have to say goodbye. Maybe that's why I'm prolonging the writing part of this novel. Because when I write that last chapter, pen that last word, and edit the final sentence, it will be over. Cole and Adeline's story will be done and I will have to respect that and move on.

But I'll probably need time to mourn and eat absurd amounts of ice cream. Yeah. That's gonna happen.

Book Signings, Morning Glory Excerpt, and Author Love! YEAH!

So, long time no see. Sorry for the lack of updates on my life – it has been very hectic and busy. However, I have some good news for everyone!
My next book signing has been booked (haha, get it? Booked? Like in books? No? That’s cool. I’ll just be over here, laughing by myself). Please see this link for more details: you should come get some food to nom nom and books signed
It will be lots of fun and I am really looking forward to meeting more of you. Please join the event on Facebook so the bookstore can get an idea of how many people to expect. There will be food, prizes, Q&A discussion, and I’ll be signing some books (Honestly, I’m going for the free food. OH YEAH!)
Also, I had the absolute blessing of having one of my favorite authors, Marianne Curley (yes, I know I talk about her a lot but she is a boss, yo!) read my book….and LOVED it! I literally cried tears of pure joy. My heart couldn’t take all the love.  You can see her thoughts about "Forget Me Not" on Goodreads here: the author review that brought tears to my precious eyes
Her latest novel, “Hidden” has been released in Australia and the UK this past March. It will be in the States this June and I am counting down the days people. I am beyond excited for this new series. EEEKK!
Also, most of you know that I have completed the second book in the Forget Me Not Trilogy, “Morning Glory.” I will have more news on release dates and such as my editor/publisher let me know. I believe it should hit shelves later in the year *crossing fingers*
So, to reward you all for your patience I have decided to release an unedited scene from “Morning Glory” for your reading pleasure. I hope you enjoy it and share with friends. Please let everyone know about my next signing and I hope to see most of you there! YAY!

Chapter One
Yesterday was the last day of school. I was one more year closer to freedom from the public school education system. The last place I would ever imagine myself on the first day of my summer was a bridal salon. Yet, here I was.            I sat in the corner of the dressing room, trying not to breathe in the stale perfume while waiting impatiently for Emma to emerge in her next dress.            The bridal consultant made an appearance first, before Emma.            “I think this is the one,” She mouthed to me. She was just as exhausted as I was.            I threw the magazine I had been flipping through to the small table and waited anxiously for Emma.            She walked out carefully, as to not step on her flowing dress. It was refreshingly different from the others. No ruffles or sparkles in odd places. It was a clean-cut, white satin gown that flowed to the ground. She looked like she was floating. She was smiling widely while walking over to look into the mirror.            “Oh Adeline,” She breathed when she saw her reflection.            I walked over to her showing my enthusiasm.            “It’s perfect Em.”            “It is, isn’t it?” She asked fixing the veil.            “Yep.”            “Do you think Henry will like it?” Emma asked, looking at me through the mirror.            I tried not to cringe at the sound of his name. Henry wasn’t a bad guy; I just wasn’t too thrilled with idea of him becoming my brother-in-law.             Henry had asked Emma about a month prior, taking her to dinner, getting down on one knee, the whole nine yards. Of course, she said yes and I had then been appointed maid of honor.             I smiled, “Yeah Em. He’s gonna love it.”            She squealed in response, jumping up and down.             I sat back down in my chair while Emma and the bridal consultant, Trisha, began talking about fittings and such. I zoned out immediately. I wanted to get out of there already – someone was waiting for me.             “Now about the dress for the maid of honor,” Emma began. “I saw some in the front of the store and I want Adeline to try a few on.”            I groaned in response.             “Emma, I have to be somewhere,” I protested as I stood, following her into her dressing room. Trisha went to bring the other dresses.            “Where do you need to go in such a hurry?” She asked trying to unclip her dress.             I rolled my eyes as I helped her out of the dress.            “Cole is picking me up at the house in about ten minutes,” I replied. “I already told you this.”            “Well, as you can see, I’ve been busy. Planning a wedding and all,” She replied slipping back into her jeans and pulling her blouse over her head.            I sighed as I hung the dress back onto the hanger.            “I know Em. I just don’t want to keep him waiting.”            Emma ignored me, quickly walking out of the dressing room, to ensure that Trisha was getting the right dresses. I sighed as I followed her, afraid of what Emma might have in mind for her maid of honor.            I caught a glimpse of Emma taking dress after dress off the racks and laying them in Trisha’s arms. I cringed at the thought of trying on each one.            Emma’s cell phone vibrated in her purse and I quickly answered it for Bridezillla.             “Hello?”            “Hey Sexy. What’cha up to?”            “Um…this is Adeline,” I replied awkwardly.            “Well I’ll be darn. You sound just like your sister Addie!” Henry exclaimed, trying to laugh off the uncomfortable situation.            “Let me get Em,” I trotted over to Emma and handed her the phone.            “It’s Henry,” I mouthed. Her face broke out into a grin.             “That’s him,” She muttered to Trisha before taking the phone.            Trisha nodded and smiled while taking the mountain of dresses to the dressing room. I didn’t think I would ever leave.            I looked to my wristwatch and sighed heavily when I saw I only had five minutes to get home to meet Cole. I might as well forget it.            Emma was twirling her hair while walking aimlessly around the bridal salon, still on the phone. I rolled my eyes at older sister. Wasn’t I supposed to be the one that spent annoyingly long hours on the phone?            “Okay, I’ll talk to you later. Love you too,” Emma said before she hung up the phone. She walked briskly to my side, smiling.            “So, can I go?”            I knew the actual chance of Emma letting me go instead of helping her plan her wedding were slim to nothing, but I had to at least try.            “Sure. We can do this another time,” She sighed dreamily.             I stared after her as she went to talk to Trisha. Did I hear her correctly?            “Really?”            “Yeah! Have fun and be home around eleven,” She waved back to me while getting Trisha’s attention to plan another appointment.            I walked out of the boutique taking in a much needed perfume free breath. The air tasted sweeter.            I walked down the sidewalk, hoping Cole hadn’t given up and gone home. We had made a point to see each other every day, but with Emma’s wedding and Cole’s tribe needing him, we had to really plan out the time when we wanted to see each other. There never seemed to be enough hours in the day.             I wasn’t aware of someone following me until I heard a chuckle. It was a low, husky sound that surprised me so much that it almost caused me to trip. I turned around feeling my heart skip a beat when my eyes landed on him.            He was a few feet away, leaning against one of the brick buildings that made up the street. He had his arms folded across his chest, his eyes glancing down to his feet. He was fighting back a smile.            I slowly, carefully, walked up to him. It was surreal to see him like this, so beautiful and seemingly unattainable. It was as if he was a mirage that at any moment would disappear. He never looked up to me, but kept his eyes to the ground.             I stopped when I was a foot away, waiting for him to move, to speak, to do anything. I watched him warily, analyzing him.            He finally looked up, or rather down, to me, a smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. I smiled up to him. I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out. My mouth was dry and my thoughts hazy.            His blue eyes held me and I realized that no words were needed. Everything we were both trying to say was within them.             “Hey,” He said roughly. “You’re late.”            I rolled my eyes, trying to break his gaze.            “I know. You have Emma to blame.”            He leaned away from the wall, towering over me, smirking.            “Doesn’t matter. You’re here now.”            Suddenly, copper arms pulled me in and I saw nothing but him. He was all I needed.            “I missed you,” He whispered into my hair, breathing deeply. His arms tightened around me.            “I missed you too. I love you Cole…” I added the last part quickly. I was still afraid that he was a dream that would be gone in a second. It had happened once.            He sighed and tilted his head to look at me.            “And I love you. Don’t ever forget it.”            I gulped and nodded. He smiled, looking breathtaking.            “How’s your ankle?”             I glanced down to my braced foot. I had broken my left ankle about six weeks ago and just recently had the cast removed. But I still had to wear a very annoying brace. Cole constantly teased me about it, seeing that it hindered me more than it helped. My balance was shot now that I had to lean most of my weight to the right foot. I stumbled more than I walked.            “Fine,” I muttered.            He laughed to himself, shaking his head at the tone in my voice.            “What would you like to do today?” He asked, lacing his fingers through mine, walking me down the street. “Dinner and a movie?”            “You know what I want to do,” I shook my head. He knew that a movie wasn’t going to cut it for me. I wanted to go see the Chosen. It felt like weeks had passed since I last saw any of them.            He rolled his eyes dramatically, “Can’t we be normal for one day?”            “I’m the one who has to be normal 24/7. I want to do something fun.”            “Being normal can be fun,” Cole contradicted.            “Nope. I still want to go with you to see the Chosen,” I said unwavering.            He shook his head, but didn’t object. We drove in comfortable silence. I was faintly aware of the world outside; I was focusing on his breathing, trying to sync mine to his as his hand intertwined with mine.“How is everyone? I feel like I haven’t seen any of them in forever,” I asked, my thoughts suddenly focusing on the eight other Native Americans that had helped save my life.            Cole smirked, “They’re good. Ava and Olivia won’t stop asking about you. I think Chenoa is rubbing off on them.”            I smiled at the memory of Ava and Olivia. They were two of the Chosen, part of a legend that has come to life. Both are able to transform into an eagle, the tribe’s spirit warrior. Not only were they both gifted and beautiful, but they were both inhumanly kind to me. They were the two that welcomed me the most, besides Cole and Chenoa of course.            “What about Ella, Dylan, and Elan?”            Cole hesitated and sighed before replying.            “Ella is still herself. Doesn’t talk much besides to Elsu. Elan is good. He’s gotten better at his flying. And Dylan…. he’s about the same. Still having trouble with shifting comfortably.”            I frowned. Ella never liked me, so that wasn’t news to me. But ever since the Chosen last battled the Rebels, when they saved me, Dylan got hurt and has had trouble shifting from his human form to his eagle form. I knew it was entirely my fault, but Dylan was quick to disregard my guilt, always saying he should have been more careful. The truth is, I should have been more careful.             “Oh,” I replied quietly. “That’s good for Elan. I can only imagine how happy he must feel.”            “Don’t worry about the others Adeline. They’ll come around,” Cole said, somehow knowing I was worried about Ella and Elsu.             I nodded, glancing to Cole, and then looked back out the window.

DUN, DUN, DUN! I guess you all will have to wait till the release of “Morning Glory” to find out what happens next!

Blogger Book Fair Day 4: Rebecca Hamilton

Welcome my lovely readers to the Blogger Book Fair of 2013! I must give a shout out to the amazing Kayla Curry for setting this all up! Please check out my blog each day from Feb. 7-10 for some interviews, guest posts, and giveaways!

I'm so happy to interview Rebecca Hamilton, author of the Forever Girl Series!

Rebecca Hamilton

Why do you write?
I'm too stubborn to stop writing. I wish I could give one of those cliched answers, like "I need to do it" or something, but I don't. It's more like a neurotic drive that compels to write.

What do you do to prepare before you actually begin writing? Music, tea, coffee, etc.?
Music! Always music :) And a quiet room, after the kids are in bed.

Do you have a writing routine/schedule?
I try to write every night, knowing that at best I'll write every other night or ever 3 days ;)

What’s your favorite part of the creative process?
The finished product! It's very fulfilling to be DONE after all that hard work!

What are the book(s) that you are promoting about?
Currently out right now is The Forever Girl, a paranormal fantasy and Her Sweetest Downfall, a paranormal romance. You can also download PART ONE of The Forever Girl on Kindle for FREE.

Who is your favorite character from your novel?
That's a tough one. Probably Charles, though I'd love to meet Adrian in real life. I already have a friend just like Lauren :)

Why do you write for the Young Adult audience?
I actually write cross over. A lot of people confuse my book for Young Adult, probably because it appeals to their audience as well. Mostly, I write for adults who are young ;) And I do so because that's what I like to read, and I feel like there isn't enough of that "in between" category.

Any advice for aspiring authors who would like to be published?
Keep writing! Persevere! The number 1 key to success is to KEEP TRYING and KEEP WORKING AT IT!

Is there anything that you are working on currently that we can be expecting?
Yes! I'm working on Book 2 in the Forever Girl Series--Come the Dark! Readers can check out the cover HERE where they can also learn more and sign up for release notification (and enter themselves to win a free copy when the book is released!)

If you stranded on an island and you can only bring 3 books and one CD, what would you bring and why?
Only 3 books? AFTER THE FEAR by Rosanne Rivers (because it's just awesome and I must read it at least 1 more time before I die), Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery (because the writing and story are beautiful and enchanting and I'll never get sick of the imagery and characters), and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (for it's general awesomeness that needs no explanation!). One CD, probably a mix, on which I would include song covers by Melanie Martinez who should have won THE VOICE!

Quick Fire Questions:
1. McDonalds or Burger King?McDonalds
2. Coffee or Tea?Coffee (though right now I can't have either! Caffeine is on the "no-no list" for pregnancy).
3. Book or Kindle?Book. I love my kindle and it's my preferred way to get books, but man it's annoying when my battery dies!
4. Romance or Thriller?Romantic Thriller
5. Favorite book? The Virgin of Small Plains by Nancy Pickard
6. Favorite movie?Becoming Jane
7. Favorite author?Nancy Pickard
8. iPhone or Android?iPhone
9. Favorite color?Pink
10. Salty or Sweet?Sweet!

Blogger Book Fair Day 3: Alyssa Auch

Welcome my lovely readers to the Blogger Book Fair of 2013! I must give a shout out to the amazing Kayla Curry for setting this all up! Please check out my blog each day from Feb. 7-10 for some interviews, guest posts, and giveaways!

Welcome Alyssa Auch, author of "Lunula"!  Enjoy the interview and please be sure to check out this sweet author and her novel!

Alyssa Auch

 Why do you write?
I write to escape. I know some writers who use the art to understand and cope with reality, but for me it is all about being in a place you could not otherwise be in. I write to entertain!

What do you do to prepare before you actually begin writing? Music, tea, coffee, etc.?
Make sure my 3 kids are occupied/sleeping! That’s about the only thing I require before sitting down to write.

Do you have a writing routine/schedule?
I wish I did, but with my children ages 3, 2, and 3 months, I really just have to take the time I can get.

What’s your favorite part of the creative process?
I think my favorite part of creating things with words is when you just knowwhat you have written is awesome. As soon as it goes on the paper, you re-read it, sit back, and go, “Oh yeah. I rock.” It’s the best when the creative process gives you something to be proud of.

What is the book that you are promoting?
I am promoting my Young Adult novel, Lunula.

Who is your favorite character from your novel?
I think Gavin is my favorite character. He reminds me of my younger brother.

Why do you write for the Young Adult audience?
I think I tend to write young adult books because, first of all, they are clean. I am a big supporter of media that portray growing and love without all the graphic, gory details. Also, young adult stories are all about the newness of challenges, and I think that is fun to write about.

Any advice for aspiring authors who would like to be published?
Once you have finished your work, and are contemplating publishing, edit meticulously! Edit until it cannot be edited anymore, and then go over it just one more time for good measure. Publishers like to see clean, well-edited work. Have a third party help you if you can.

Is there anything that you are working on currently that we can be expecting?             Yes, the sequel to Lunula should be finished this year

If you stranded on an island and you can only bring 3 books and one CD, what would you bring and why?
My scriptures, The High King by Lloyd Alexander, and Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. The CD I would take would probably be Josh Groban’s “Closer.”

Quick Fire Questions:                        1. McDonalds or Burger King? Burger King            2. Coffee or Tea? Herbal Tea            3. Book or Kindle? Book            4. Romance or Thriller? Romance            5. Favorite book? Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire            6. Favorite movie? The Princess Bride            7. Favorite author? Lloyd Alexander            8. iPhone or Android? iPhone            9. Favorite color? Pink            10. Salty or Sweet? Both together
