Counting down the days until September 1st!

I’ll have another one of the paintings available in my upcoming Kickstarter campaign. “This is entered “The Virgin”, and was in an art show where people did their renditions of Mary and a following book. As you can see, the ruins of Jerusalem are behind her!
I turned down offers, one as high as $3,000, for this at the gallery show, but I have it much cheaper now as a reward tier on my new Kickstarter campaign!

The Dead Man’s Hand

October Will host a convention like no other!
The Dead Man’s Hand Expo! A horror tour de force.
We’ll have a monster makeup contest, to be judged by the famous Ricky Vitus, well-known for his role on the TV show Face Off! Email Jeff if you are interested in participating! jeff@deadmanshandexpo.com
Authors and artists of all stripes will be in attendance! Again email jeff@deadmanshandexpo.com if you are interested in attending!
There will be panels and book readings for the authors, and a gallery for the artists!
The show is open to vendors of anything unique and creepy!
Pinned and mounted insects, custom clothing and accessories, dolls and statues, if you’ve been to some of the larger horror conventions, you know the deal!

I’ll run a contest for the best horror short stories to include in my latest anthology!
Winners get a free booth (if they attend), a free copy of the book, and the original drawing I do for their short story! That’s right. To continue the tradition, I’ll do an illustration for each story! Here’s the one I did for Patrick Lacey’s tale in my anthology “The Never Dead”.
I’ll be holding a seminar on “How to Make it as an Artist”, recording an episode of my podcast Skull Session with Dan Henk, and co-judging the tattoo tournament!
There will be a limited number of tables available to tattoo artists. 50 out of 100 are left, and we have 10 spots still open for the tattoo tournament!
This will be much like the vaunted Tattoo Wars, No bullshit flash ideas or time limits like Ink Master! Contestants will be able to concentrate on their specialty. That, ”a true ink master can do anything” is bullshit. It’s 2024. People specialize now.
All tattoo award winners receive our custom-made: zombie hand: trophy!
