From today Charlene would be helping me with reviews on the blog. The demand is simply to overwhelming at times and I cannot read every book offered to me. The reason my grandson helps out as well. Yep, so far he had read and reviewed 3 children's books for me. Granny is so proud. :) 

            But back to the lady of the moment.

Interesting thing about Charlene other than the fact that she loves to read is that her mother and I were school buddies ages ago. ("34 years," Lynelle whispered.) At the end of last year, 2014, we had a school reunion and we could pick up the friendship once again.
Since books are an universal language she introduced me to her daughter, Charlene. A young woman that loves to read and wants to expand her own world.
I want to welcome her to the crazy world of books and I hope that she would enjoy her time with me. Taking her under my wing is a great responsibility but a challenge I like. *smile*.

The allure of spending mornings in her pajamas homeschooling her children and writing fascinating fiction inspired her to change careers again. Now that the kids are out of the house (in school), she writes romantic thrillers by day and is the perfect wife and mother at night.

Her experience in romance is limited to one man. Luckily, he’s still finding ways to charm her by taking her on vacations to the south of France, Fiji, and the Green Mountains when time is short. Avid travelers, they love to roam with their kids across continents in pursuit of skiing, scuba diving, and the perfect piece of chocolate.

Excerpt – Sam’s POV
The sound of tapping woke me up. I cracked my eyes open, waiting for everything to come into focus. The sun peeked through my bedroom curtains. It was such a beautiful morning. Shaking my head with a wry smirk, I crawled off the bed, knowing only one person would be plinking pebbles at my window.

I shuffled to my window and spread the curtains wide. Smiling up at me was my Alec. I didn’t know how it was possible and had never experienced anything like it in my life, but damn, I loved him.

He waved me down, and I noticed he had a Starbucks cup in his hand. He knew me too well. I was a coffee and hot tea junkie and thanked God every single day that we had a Starbucks within five miles from anywhere in town. I threw my bathrobe on over my sleep shorts and tank top and ran downstairs to see what my sweet guy was up to.

“Hi baby,” I said as I wrapped my arms around him and my body molded into his. “Good morning Samone,” he said back as he smiled. “I have a surprise for you,” he chuckled, knowing how I loved surprises, especially from him. 







About the Author

Stacy is a New Adult/Contemporary Romance author. Her debut novel "Love's Secret Torment" is tentatively due out in February, 2015. She has started her second novel "Sweet Conundrum" due out later that year.

Stacy lives with her husband Mike, son Austin and chocolate lab Gage just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. She loves the seasonal weather changes, taking walks with Gage and spending time with her family and friends.

Although born in the United States, Annamaria Bazzi spent a great deal of her childhood in Sicily, Italy, in a town called Sciacca. Italian was the language spoken at home. Therefore, she had no problems when she found herself growing up in a strange country. Upon returning to the States, she promised herself she would speak without an accent.
