Character Name: Natron Dakers
Character Bio: Star football player for the Dallas Vipers.
Describe yourself what is your worst and best quality?
Worst quality – Sometimes I can be too cocky. My best quality is the confidence I have in myself. Two sides of the same coin.
What is the one thing you wish other people knew about you?
Underneath all the flash I’m a nice guy.
What is your biggest secret something no one knows about?
That I’m a Daddy Dom and Carmen is my babygirl.
What are you most afraid of?
Being average.
What do you want more than anything?
To be the best wide receiver in football.
What is your relationship status?
Carmen and I are together.
How would you describe your sense of fashion?
I’m stylin’. Most days I wear tight Under Armour shirts and shorts with rocking kicks because I’m working out, but I do clean up nice when I put on a suit and go out.
How much of a rebel are you?
(Laughs) I’m a bit of a rebel. You got that about me?
What do you considered to be your greatest achievement?
C’mon, I can’t spoil it for the fans who haven’t read the book yet. Let’s just say I didn’t make it to the cover of Sports Illustrated for doing nothing.
What is your idea of happiness?
Playin’ ball and coming home to my girl afterwards.
What is your current state of mind?
Focused. We’re in training camp now and I’m gearing up for my best season yet.
What is your most treasured possession?
The football I caught in the last game I played in. The big one!
What is your most marked characteristic?
My smile. (bares his pearly whites) My money makers.
What is it that you, most dislike?
Haters
Which living person do you, most despise?
I don’t have time to hate. Life’s too short for all that negativity.
What is your greatest regret?
Getting injured, but I don’t dwell on it.
What is the quality you most like in a man?
Competitiveness
What is the quality you most like in a woman?
A good sense of humor, and some nice curves don’t hurt.
Who is your favorite hero in fiction?
Wait, was I supposed to do some summer reading? (whispers) My publicist didn’t tell me about that.
Which living person do you most admire?
Jerry Rice
If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
I’d exchange my bum knee for my old one.
What is your motto?
John Wooden said sports don’t build character, they reveal it. And I think he’s spot on there.
With the flip of his wrist he brought the first strike down on the alabaster skin of her back. The leather made a soft thudding sound as it made contact with her flesh.
She flinched, but otherwise seemed intact.
He let fly another stroke of the whip. And another until he developed a pattern that ran from her buttocks up her torso, up one side then down the other. The smell of leather wafted through the air as he pulled his arm back to prepare for the next blow, and the welcome sound of pleasure rose from her lips.
“You like that, babygirl?” he crooned.
“I do. It doesn’t really hurt. More like a little sting, but it feels good.”
“That’s it, baby. Go with it.”
“Yes, Sir.”
He raked the tails across her backside until her skin began to pinken. At that point he set the flogger down and stood behind her.
“Now back up a step and lean over and grab your ankles.”
This flustered her. “What?” she asked, clearly stalling.
“I’m going to inspect you.”
“For what?” she asked leaning over hesitantly.
“My pleasure.”
“I’m not sure I can grab my ankles. I’m not very flexible.”
“Hmm. You might want to work on some daily stretches then. But for now grab your legs as low as you can go.”
“Yes, Sir,” she said and grabbed her lower calves.
He cupped her sex with his hand, and he could feel the heat coming from her most intimate region. Smacking her pussy a few times elicited a small cry from Carmen, and he could tell it was the first time anyone had ever done that to her.
Breaking in a virgin to BDSM was an intoxicating experience. No one would need drugs or alcohol when an experience like this was available. He caressed her ass, her warm globes feeling heavenly under his touch. When he spread her cheeks to inspect her asshole, her whole body tensed.
“Relax,” he said.
“That’s easy for you to say,” she muttered.
He laughed. “The point is for you to trust me, become comfortable with me exploring your body.”
“It’s embarrassing,” she whined.
“It shouldn’t be. I want your body to belong to me. Everything about it is beautiful. Allow me to enjoy it. Do you think you can do that?”
“I guess so.”
“Did you mean to say ‘Yes, Sir’?” he prodded.
“Yes, Sir,” she said sounding like a chastised schoolgirl.
“That’s more like it,” he said spanking her ass before wetting his thumb between his lips then slowly inserting it into her rear entry.
She flinched, but remained silent.
“Good girl. Relax and it will start to feel good.”
He found her lips with his other fingers and worked them in and out of the complex womanly folds between her legs. Dipping in and out of her ass and her pussy at the same time had begun to arouse her. Her hips shifted slightly to meet his attentions and she coated his hand with her sweet nectar.
“Be still,” he commanded and he felt her struggle to control the urge to ride his hand.
His middle finger sought the center of her lust, and he flicked back and forth over her clit until he felt her muscles tightening more and more. Just when she was about to tumble over the edge he withdrew.
“Stand up.”
She obeyed, her legs wobbly.
“Turn and face me.”
She whirled around and he saw the confused look in her eye. The look that said, why?
With the pitifulness of a baby harp seal, she looked up at him. “Daddy, I was about to come. Why did you stop?”
His big Dom heart almost stopped. She was too adorable, too perfect for him. How could he deny her?
Clearing his throat he said, “Because your orgasms are mine. I tell you when you can come and sometimes you will have to wait until I give you permission.”

Cover Reveal: Senior Year Bites - The Clanless # 1 by @Pfirewolf

Presented by:

Series: The Clanless # 1
Author: J. A. Campbell
Audience: Young Adult
Genre: Urban Fantasy
Formats: E-book and Paperback
Publisher: Untold Press
Cover by: Sean Hayden
Editor: Ciar Cullen
Expected Date of Publishing: July 2014.

Senior year is supposed to be fun: boys, dances and graduation. It's significantly harder to enjoy it when you're dead.
Thanks to an innocent game of Truth or Dare, I wound up sleeping in a graveyard. Probably not the brightest thing I've ever done, but thanks to a couple of well placed fangs, I'm here to tell the tale.
Vampires might stalk pop culture, but they’re just myths, right? Yeah. Not so much...
Everything seems a lot more difficult when you’re a nocturnal creature of the night, especially school. I was managing, but couldn't keep it hidden from my friends. Steph decided that we should be cool, like superheroes, and fight crime.
I’m a vampire, not a hero. Living in a sleepy New England town, crime is a little harder to come by. At least it is until a serial killer moves into the area. He’s got the authorities stumped, but then again, the cops don’t have a teenage, blood-sucking, non-hero on their team. It doesn't take long for me to discover the world is full of monsters. I may be one of them…but will I turn out to be the hero, or the killer everyone is looking for.

Alicia has been all alone ever since her beloved family were brutally murdered. Trying to find peace, she embarks on a holiday of a lifetime which takes a sinister turn.

Together they will entice you into their world - and this new book series comes with a WARNING - once you enter, you won't want to leave!
In a world of humans; vampires; werewolves and set in murky mafia underworld, is it so easy to tell who are the real monsters and who still holds their humanity?
Did you always wanted to be a writer? If not what did you want to be?
Rhonda: I don’t think it’s a choice to want to be a writer, in my opinion. I think it’s something inside of you that drives you on whether just for your own (sanity) or entertainment, or the entertainment of others.
LJ: I always wanted to be a Midwife but my fear of blood halted that idea! i Never saw myself as a writer until I visited an Angel tarot card reader, just thought I have a very overactive imagination!
When did you first consider yourself a “writer”?
Rhonda: I don’t really see myself as a writer - more a sort of secretary to the characters that are in my head...I’m just passing on their stories!
LJ~ I dabbled in fan fiction for a few years but saw it as a fun way to run wild with ideas. It wasn’t until I told Rhonda about the predication that we brought Xali to life.
How long did it take to get your first book published?
Rhonda: About two months? Is that right LJ?
LJ ~ I contacted the publisher on the Saturday morning in April and we had an offer of contract the following Thursday and release date is here! So yes to answer Rhonda, two months.
Do you do another job except for writing and can you tell us more about it?
Rhonda: I had a career in Personnel and Recruitment, but had to leave due to ill health.
LJ ~ I’m a Housing Officer for Local Government, all I can say due to privacy is I help people -laughs, sorry!-
Rhonda: We are also spies -laughs-
What is the name of your latest book, and if you had to summarize it in less than 20 words what would you say?
Rhonda and LJ: The Heist - Tainted Blood (Xali1) A Supernatural erotic suspense story that has action, adventure, romance and mafia! Werewolves, vampires and skulduggery all wrapped up inside!
Who is your publisher? Or do you self-publish?
LJ: We are over the moon that Dark Hollows Press gave Tainted Blood a home!
Rhonda: Dark Hollows Press is the perfect home for us and Xali/Tainted Blood. The team are so supportive and professional and the other authors are a delight!
How long does it usually take you to write a book, from the original idea to finishing writing it?
Rhonda: That’s a hard one to answer. We are constantly coming up with ideas for the books we write, and so it is almost a 24/7 obsession! I suppose it could be anything from six weeks to three months? Would that be about right, LJ? (She is my Oracle and font of all knowledge!)
LJ: AliCia (Pronounced A-lee-see-ah) is always in my head, the ideas flow between the two of us constantly. We plot the book but the end result will have changed a couple of times before it’s complete, The Skeleton however remains the same.
What can we expect from you in the future? ie More books of the same genre? Books of a different genre?
Rhonda: Tainted Blood is a continuing series and we have other series in the pipeline - one is more ‘historical/romance’ with paranormal influence; and the others are top secret! (Told you we were spies!). We also have a book coming out in the WRAITH series, as well as standalone projects (under pseudonyms). Our focus and priority will always be Tainted Blood though…
LJ: Books two and three of the Tainted Blood series have contracts and book four is in the works -grins-
What genre would you place your books into?
Rhonda: Supernatural erotica would be the easiest genre to put Tainted Blood into, but to be honest because of its crime, suspense and interweaving storylines it isn’t that easy to put into one particular box or category. Perhaps we need a ‘Xali’ genre?!
What made you decide to write that genre of book?
LJ: I love Paranormal, Vampires, Wolves, Demons etc you name it I LOVE it but we wanted to add something else into the mix for the running theme. Mafia has intricate layers and well… you’ll see when you read it.
Rhonda: Our books have elements of crime, supernatural, sci-fi, romance and erotica - and down the series the themes become more intense and complex. I guess it makes it interesting to write and read - because after all, LJ and I are the first readers of these stories and if they entertain us, we are sure they will catch the imagination of our readers as well!
Do you have a favorite character from your books? And why are they your favourite?
LJ: Xavier Raige is my all-time favourite Male to be written! The way Rhonda brought him to life (I know for a fact he takes over and she can’t stop him) He’s the most romantic male that was ever created! He’s direct, never minces his words, and swears like a Sailor. He’s absolutely gorgeous and he knows it! -LJ has started drooling and went off into la la land- I can’t comment on anymore as they haven’t been revealed yet -winks-
AliCia is my baby and she will always be close to my heart.
Rhonda: -laughs- yeah, Xavier does that, just ignore her. Now, where were we? Ahh, yes - Alicia is my hero. Hands down, she’s just all types of epic! Whoever character LJ writes, however, is in my opinion just genius! She can make me laugh until I hiccup or have me sobbing like a blubbering baby - but the way she creates Alicia (and although she’ll deny this there are elements of LJ in there) is sublime. Alicia is a confident, sassy, independent woman who is unapologetic and never a victim. She has flaws, but that only goes to show how well-crafted LJ has created her. Of my own characters, Xavier aside, I do enjoy writing Shuggie and there is a character in the following books that readers will see who brought out my ‘evil’ side - that is always a blast to write!
How long have you been writing? And who or what inspired you to write?
LJ: I wrote fanfiction for over four years, it was actually a bet! I did however step away from that world over two years ago. No one inspired me to write but it was Rhonda that persuaded me not to give up!
Rhonda: I only ever wrote for my own amusement and to keep me out the road of the traffic, but there was a character needed for a project of LJ’s and she asked me to do it as a favour for a couple of days. I utilised a character that I had been developing for a couple of years and moulded him into the spec LJ needed and ta daa! Xavier came to life (and hasn’t shut up since!).
Do you have a certain routine you have for writing? ie You listen to music, sit in a certain chair?
Rhonda: I am always listening to music, but we generally write after dinner time each night and all day weekends. I do a fair bit of writing during the day when LJ is at work, but that’s because I have the time to. We also consume a lot of tea whilst writing - it is an essential part of the thinking process! (Goes to put the kettle on…)
LJ: Once the boys (Hubs, Son and the two cats) are fed and watered, my mug full of Earl Grey and the Calling blasting from my iPod we are ready to go! The Calling and Cheryl Cole are my writing muse -grins- I’m more limited in my writing time as I’m at work 8 hours of my day but have a very supportive hub a dubs.
Do you read all the reviews of your book/books?
LJ: We haven’t got any yet -laughs- But I will yes, I would like to see what readers think of our world. Rhonda: I am terrified of reviews so will let LJ tell me if it’s safe to look or not!
Do you choose a title first, or write the book then choose the title?
Rhonda: We do our plan of what the book will entail and then choose the title, then write the book.
How do you come up with characters names and place names in your books?
Rhonda: We bounce ideas off of each other, but generally come up with the names for our own characters. The names just pop out at us, and rarely have we been stuck for a name for more than a couple of hours.
LJ My characters tell me their names. A name just jumps out at me, I run it past the co-pilot and we’re good to go!
Are character names and place names decided after their creation? Or do you pick a
character/place name and then invent them?
Rhonda: Always decided before creating them...unless it’s after! It’s a very subjective thing as some characters will have personalities waiting to be written and the name is secondary, so can wait until they’ve been introduced on the page.
Do you decide on character traits (ie shy, quiet, tomboy girl) before writing the whole book or as you go along?
LJ; I have an idea of how I want them to be and then I watch them come to life as we write. Rhonda has a saying “What would Ali do?” And honestly? We don’t know until she starts a scene!
Rhonda: Sometimes a character is needed for the plot, so it’s the story that dictates the traits. For main characters though, LJ is spot on - they sort of take over our brains and demand to be written!
Are there any hidden messages or morals contained in your books? (Morals as in like Aesops Fables type of "The moral of this story is...”)
Rhonda: Yes! That actions have consequences! Also, I suppose I would argue that a moral of the series is that you shouldn’t let your past dictate your future.
Which format of book do you prefer, eBook, hardback, or paperback?
LJ: I have to say before I had my stroke I was old fashioned that it to be hardback but since I can’t now read black print, i moved to Kindle where I can have red and Huge font and WOW! I have my books in seconds and not having to wait a week. But I do also buy the hardback for my collection
Rhonda: I was always a paperback girl, but unfortunately I spend a lot of time in hospital and kindle is perfect for me to carry my entire bookcase around with me at all times! There is something very satisfying about holding a paperback in your hands though...I haven’t completely abandoned them!
What is your favourite book and Why? Have you read it more than once?
Rhonda: This is tricky, as it can depend on my mood. If pushed it would either be ‘Fahrenheit 451’ by Ray Bradbury or ‘Valis’ by Philip K Dick. I also love ‘Tess of the d’Urbervilles’ by Thomas Hardy. I have read these books a gazillion times and will do again!
LJ: Not a book but rather a Series! The Black Dagger Brotherhood by JR Ward. I devour this world, and when I get to the end? I start all over again! I have probably read this series twenty times over! (I have a very addictive personality) Rhonda says I’m a Caldwell Geek! I just love the World JR Ward created and each Brother is so very different -swoons-
Rhonda: She is a Brother-Obsessive!
Do you think books transfer to movies well? Which is you favorite/worst book to movie transfer?
Rhonda: The thing to bear in mind is that a film is always going to be different to the book because a reader invests themselves into what they read whereas a film spells things out the way the director et al want the viewer to see their interpretation. I obviously enjoy Farenheit 451 and Blade Runner, and find them ‘faithful’ to the novels.
I would love to see Tainted Blood brought to life on the big screen, but LJ and I would have to make sure that the actors fit our particular spec…. for purely artistic purposes obviously!
LJ: Being honest? I’ve not read a lot of books that have moved over to the big screen as I read more than I watch T.V. But Trainspotting by Irvine Welsh was brilliantly done. Sorry I’m lame I know -laughs-
Rhonda: I never read Trainspotting, but the film is brilliant! Soundtrack is good too -grins-
Your favorite food is?
Rhonda: You haven’t lived until you have tried LJ’s lasagne! Other than that pizza followed by raspberry ripple ice cream…
LJ: Sweeties! (Candy) Enough said
Your favorite singer/group is?
Rhonda: David Bowie. David Bowie. David Bowie. Also, Bauhaus and the Ramones.
LJ: The Calling & Cheryl Cole
Rhonda: I can’t believe you just admitted to Cheryl Cole -laughs-
LJ: We have totally different styles in music
Your favorite color is?
LJ : Pink! There is no other colour!
Rhonda: Black and red.
Your favorite Author is?
Rhonda: Philip K Dick/Ray Bradbury/Stanislaw Lem (I’m not good at choices…)
LJ: Easy Peasy! JR Ward and maybe, just maybe Xavier Raige’s Writer -smirks-
Rhonda: I was going to say LJ but thought it might sound sappy! -Laughs- so can I add LJ to my list and we won’t tell her I didn’t originally? It’ll be our secret - sssh! She won’t have a clue!

Sale Alert!! Pulled Beneath just 99c by @marnimann

What happens when you uncover years of secrets and find out everything you thought to be true was a lie?
Drew Stevens finds her world turned upside down when her parents are brutally murdered. Soon after, she learns she inherited a property in Bar Harbor, Maine, from recently deceased grandparents that she believed had died when she was a baby.
Drew travels north to settle her grandparents’ estate, but finds more questions than answers as the truth starts unraveling. What she didn’t expect to find was Saint, whose reputation is as tumultuous as his past. But the very thing that brings them together is the same thing that keeps them emotionally caged.
With Saint's scars so deep and Drew's so fresh, can the pair heal from their painful wounds or will they be pulled beneath the darkness of their pasts?

I’m a New Englander at heart, though I now live in Florida. My husband and I have two dogs that absolutely run our lives. One sleeps on my head…the dog, not the husband. I love traveling, flip-flops, manicures, sexy words, chocolate and reading. My writing tends to be dark, emotional, and often extremely gritty. I enjoy tapping into topics that are difficult to discuss, but that people can relate to on some level.
Can you tell us something that not a lot of people know about you?
I eat a whole pineapple almost every day. It’s a strange addiction, I know.
Where did the idea for Pulled Beneath come from?
I’ve always been fascinated with the decisions people make when they’ve been affected by tragedy. Whether they reach for substances, communicate their feelings, or they bury into the deepest, darkest hole. When I decided to explore all three, Pulled Beneath was born.
How is Saint similar and/or different compared to other heroes in romance books?
Saint’s past is extremely harrowing and shadowy. His darkness is layered and within those layers he’s learned some valuable lessons, he just doesn’t realize their importance. He doesn’t set out to be the hero. He doesn’t even think someone like him could ever be a hero. But when he meets someone who is as emotionally damaged as him, he finds out those lessons can make a difference.
Tell us a little about your writing process. Any pre-writing rituals or routines?
Once an idea comes to me, things tend to move pretty quickly. I create a brief outline, which I share with my editor to make sure my points and loops all mesh, and then I start writing. It usually takes me about six weeks to finish the first draft. Music is always playing and the beats change for each book. Water, iced tea or Diet Coke is within reach.
When you create your characters do you ever put bits of either your personality or bits of personalities from people close to you?
Always. It happens naturally and I often don’t realize it until I finish the first draft. There’s a part of me in every heroine and I find myself revealing a bit more of my personality, my past and experiences with each book. I don’t write about people I know, I write about people I want to meet.
What are some good books you've read lately?
I’m obsessed with the Songs of Submission Series by C.D. Reiss. I also recently read Veiled Innocence by Ella Frank and I loved it. Actually, I love anything Ella Frank writes.
If you could collaborate with another author in writing a book, who would it be?
Tarryn Fisher. She has a brilliant mind and she’s an epic storyteller.

Did you always wanted to be a writer? If not what did you want to be?
I’ve always loved to read but it was college when I first realized I wanted to be an author.
When did you first consider yourself a “writer”?
I had a college course where I had to write a short story and my professor told me that I should publish it. I never did, but I knew when I wrote the first words to that story that I wanted to be a writer. I didn’t truly feel like a “writer” until I held Saving Rain, my debut novel, in my hands for the first time; it was such an unbelievably amazing feeling.
How long did it take to get your first book published?
I began writing Saving Rain: The First Novel in The Rain Trilogy in September of 2012 and had it published in early 2013.
What is the name of your latest book, and if you had to summarize it in less than 20 words what would you say?
Ash to Steele. Tattooed bad boy meets good girl desperately searching for her ‘more’ and finds hate, desire, love, demons, and his redemption.
Who is your publisher? Or do you self-publish?
I’m an indie self-published author.
How long does it usually take you to write a book, from the original idea to finishing writing it?
It depends on each book, and it was hard to tell with The Rain Trilogy because I had parts of the final book in the series written while I was still writing the first novel. It took me longer to write Ash to Steele because of marketing and promoting The Rain Trilogy. Jensen and Saige’s story, my current novel in the works, is taking me the longest so far, but I’m loving it J.
What can we expect from you in the future? ie More books of the same genre? Books of a different genre?
I’m in love with the New Adult Romance genre and my current plans are sticking to it. Jensen and Saige’s story (paranormal romance with a sexy side) will be published by the end of this year. Then, due to several requests and my falling in love with him myself, I will be publishing Gavin’s (sexy, badass bouncer in Ash to Steele) story in 2015.
What genre would you place your books into?
New Adult Romance Suspense.
What made you decide to write that genre of book?
I love that age where the whole world is at your fingertips and the possibilities for your future seems endless. The tenacity and power behind the beliefs and ideas of this age group are astounding. I felt so alive at that age and, now, writing about characters in this age range gives me a rush of those feelings all over again. I’m also a huge sucker for romance; I just can’t get enough of it.
Do you have a favorite character from your books? And why are they your favorite?
Kas, from The Rain Trilogy, is my favorite character. He is everything I want in a man: strong, courageous, loyal, and willing to go through hell and back to save his girl. In Ash to Steele, Breck is my favorite, even though he frustrated the hell out of me at times.
How long have you been writing?, and who or what inspired you to write?
I began my debut novel in September 2012. So many people have inspired me; it’s impossible to mention them all, but James Patterson is my favorite author, and reading his books are always an inspiration.
Do you have a certain routine you have for writing? ie You listen to music, sit in a certain chair?
I’m almost always listening to music as I write, it’s a huge inspiration. I don’t have a certain chair, although I do have this really cool swinging chair that’s my favorite place to read. I’m also usually in my pjs when I write; I love to be comfortable.
Do you read all the reviews of your book/books?
Yes. I have so far, anyway. I find all reviews, both positive and negative, very beneficial. I also LOVE reviews and appreciate a reader taking his/her time to write one…so THANK YOU and keep ‘em coming ;).
Do you choose a title first, or write the book then choose the title?
I usually have the title very early on, but it took me forever to come up with one for Jensen and Saige’s story (the current novel I’m writing). I know this sounds crazy, but, to me, writing just seems to flow much easier when the title is in place.
How do you come up with characters names and place names in your books?
One of my favorite parts of beginning a new book is coming up with names! I do a mixture of things like searching names on the web, picking a name I’ve heard growing up that has stuck with me, and combining names.
Are character names and place names decided after their creation? Or do you pick a character/place name and then invent them?
I usually have the character’s name chosen, then their personality begins to come alive.
Do you decide on character traits (ie shy, quiet, tomboy girl) before writing the whole book or as you go along?
I decide a character’s general trait when the story begins, but the characters tend to have their own minds and change things and add more depth to themselves along the way.
Are there any hidden messages or morals contained in your books? (Morals as in like Aesops Fables type of "The moral of this story is..")
I love psychology and have it weaved throughout all of my novels.
Which format of book do you prefer, eBook, hardback, or paperback?
I love a book in any form but I prefer my Kindle because I have so many novels at my fingers at any given time.
What is your favorite book and Why? Have you read it more than once?
Great Expectations. Dickens created such an amazing story with eccentric characters taking the reader through several twists and turns. I just love this classic story. I’ve read it all the way through once but have gone to different parts and re-read them different times.
Do you think books transfer to movies well? Which is you favorite/worst book to movie transfer?
For the most part, I prefer the book version, but I do enjoy watching movies made from great books. My favorite movie made from a book would have to be The Firm.
Your favorite food is?
Ravioli di Portobello.
Your favorite singer/group is?
Bon Jovi!
Your favorite color is?
I can’t decide between pink and green; I love them both!
Your favorite Author is?
James Patterson. He is a writing genius.

Series Blast & Giveaway: Sexy Siesta Series by @talinaperkins

HIS BY SUNRISE EXCERPT FOR ADULTS: Strong arms slowly embraced her from behind. She tried to pull away, but if she wanted to be honest with herself—it just felt right. This moment. This man. His light aftershave enveloped her like a balm to her wounds. She leaned back and let out a sigh. Just make the ache go away. “Do you remember what I said to you the day we first met?” His words played in the hair against her neck while he settled his hand on her stomach. Chills tickled down the length of her spine in anticipation of the pleasure his tone promised. She nodded. “That when you close your eyes at night all you’ll see are my emerald eyes looking at you.” Her voice cracked on the last note. He ran his fingers up and down her arms while the one on her stomach pulled her snug against him. His touch was light, but the fire from the simple contact infused her skin and set her libido ablaze. Her heart softened a fraction more for the man and the power his touch held over her. As she spoke, he gently turned her around to face him. “And I meant it, sweetheart. Doesn’t matter if you decide to walk out that door. I’ll never forget the way you look at me. The way you have touched my soul. We might come at this from different angles, but there’s no denying what we feel for each other. Not any longer.” “Seems love should be easier than this, don’t you think? “Nothing is ever easy, love. I let your brother down once. Before tonight, I saw the promise I made as my penance.” He pulled her closer. “All that changed today when I thought I’d lose you forever. This,” he squeezed her just a little harder, “is all about you and me now.” She liked that. She turned. A wicked grin tilted his lips. She loved to see him smile. Especially this night. It had been so long since even the faintest hint of a smile had lit his eyes as it did now. Which brought everything back to center stage. What now? Her head screamed at her to step back across the threshold and run like hell. Her heart pushed her deeper into the warmth his words and arms offered. “Bella, look at me.” The lazy heat in his voice called to her. She licked her parched lips that burned with questions, yet she was so desperate for his lips to caress hers instead. Their gazes connected, and she had all the answers she needed. He lowered his head slowly, but she wanted more. Faster. Harder. Isabella threw her arms around him and leaped into his arms, wrapping her legs around his waist in one smooth motion. His hands landed firmly on her ass, pulling her closer. In a single stride he pinned her flush against the wall. Pictures clattered to the floor with only a small rug to break the fall. She broke their kiss and received a deep growl and a nip to her lip. She slid her tongue along the tender flesh and watched in awe as his gaze followed her every move. Like he couldn’t get enough of her. Her heart beat against her ribcage, threatening to burst with the love that filled her. “Take me, Blake. Not for just a night, but for now, and as long as you’ll love me. I’ll take it.” She felt vulnerable, unsure what to do now that she’d set it all out there. So she let her body react for her. “Baby, this isn’t a one night kinda thing.” His hands worked around her waist as he lowered her feet to the floor. “I am still waiting on an answer.” Solid muscle slid between her legs, opening her up to his touch. Electricity shot through her on contact. Her clit responded first with a pulse of heat that stole her breath away then gave way to delicious shocks that rocked her from head to toe. “Do you want to come for me, Isabella?”

TEQUILA SUNSET EXCERPT FOR ADULTS: Ema eased out of Gabriel’s arms to face him. That same seductive tone she was powerless to resist washed over her like rich, dark chocolate, leaving her heart thundering. Hot liquid pooled in the crotch of her panties. “Like this?” She slid the buttons of her top out of their hold again and slipped the material first off one shoulder then the next before losing the material altogether. She cupped her breasts, letting her nipples slip between her fingers. A groan rattled deep within Gabe’s throat, giving her the courage to continue. “Let me see them.” He moved into her space to peel her hands away. If he kept looking at her with such fervor, she’d be lost. “God, I’ve missed you. I’ve dreamed about having you again. Just like this.” “You’ve dreamed of me, Gabriel?” His gaze simmered with a deeper passion than she’d seen before. From his kneeling position looking up at her, Ema saw the full force of the fire set deep in his eyes. The blaze burned hotter with each encounter, pulling her closer to the warmth he offered. “You know I have, precious. The proof is right here.” He guided her hand to stroke the ridge of his cock through his pants. Impressive in every way. With his forefingers and thumb, Gabe pinched both her nipples, forcing a moan from her. “I’m going to suck those delicate berries into my mouth and make you come for me. First, I want to see the rest of you.” He skimmed his fingers along her sensitive sides then worked his way toward the front clasp of her skirt. Shudders of anticipation raked through her. With the slightest touch, he had her wanting more than she could ever have. A family. A man to love her body and soul. She had to stop, pull back on her runaway emotions constantly edging her closer to him. In a flick, he released the final barrier. “Baby, I need you. We’re both in danger of me combusting right now if I don’t get you wrapped around my length soon.” Dios, he was going to be the death of her. She shouldn’t be here, but he looked at her with such intensity, as if she was his soul reason for breathing, and there was no way she could resist his allure much longer. What they had went much deeper than just lust and want. For both of them. And it scared her to the core.![]()

New Release: Two Week Seduction by @JadeLeeAuthor

“Thank you for your help,” he said. His voice was rusty, but clear enough. She gasped in mock shock. “He speaks! Five words and it wasn’t rude!” Against his will, his lips twitched. She always could make him smile when he least wanted to. She leaned forward, a mischievous twinkle in her eyes. “Let’s try something else. I know it’s dangerous—I mean, your head might explode or something—but I say we risk it. Give me a compliment.” “Fishing?” he drawled. She tsked. “That wasn’t a compliment. You’re supposed to say something nice. About me.” He didn’t answer. Mostly because he was thinking of all the things he wanted to say. That her skin looked soft and her eyes were a changeable hazel that always kept him guessing. That her tits were round and full, just begging to be nipped. That she was small compared to his 6'3" frame, but she had legs long enough to wrap around his waist as he buried himself inside her. And that red hair, a bright red flash of color on her perfect body, was a scream of danger he lusted after. While those thoughts spun through his mind, her expression soured. With a sigh, she grabbed his empty beer bottle and held it before his eyes. “Say something nice to me and I’ll get you another beer.” She shook the bottle a little to grab his attention. It didn’t work. He was too busy watching how the breeze pressed her blouse flat against her chest. Her bra had lace, which meant texture, and he wondered what sound she’d make if he tugged it back and forth against her nipples. “John–-” “That’s a nice b-blouse.” Damn it, he’d almost said bra. Her mouth flattened with a sigh. “I thought you’d like it.” Alea leaned forward as she pushed to her feet. A curl of brown hair tumbled forward, pushing past the tiny gold hoop in her ear to dangle right before him. Without thinking, he grabbed the lock, winding it around his fingers. It wasn’t even long enough to pull into his fist. But it was close enough to hold her still. Her eyes widened in surprise and her mouth—those plump, pink lips—formed a perfect O. God, he’d been gone so long. And she was so much of a woman now. “John?” He wanted to say something, but he hadn’t the words. Just a thick want. He took a breath, trying to clear his head, but all he tasted on the air was her. A citrus scent, so appropriate to Florida and so missed when he was in Afghanistan. But there was another scent on top. The taste of woman, hot and spicy despite her demure yellow shirt. He should let her go, but his fingers just wouldn’t cooperate. He tightened his hold. And when her hair started to slip through his grip, he pushed forward in his chair. He deserved one taste. He sacrificed so his country would be safe. One kiss was nothing when stacked up against that. But if he was going to take her mouth—and he damn sure was—then he was going to take something else too...
