Progress! Don't you just love how the green section is growing? The story is flowing, Nikki is a sweetheart, Francine is still gorgeous, Vinnie is totally hug-able, and Manny is... well, Manny. :-) Yup, I'm having fun!!

I keep track of everything. Yes, I'm nerdy like that. It always takes me quite some time to get into the momentum of writing a new book. I'm pleased that I've progressed this much in 2 weeks, but it's still slower than my usual pace.
If I go by past experiences, next week I'll gain momentum, but will still fit into some form of 'normal'. Then I'll get into writing-machine mode and walk around in a bit of a haze. Food and sleep will lose importance, baths and showers will gain importance (I function better when I'm squeaky clean). Coffee will replace my blood and my friends will remind me to eat. And I will love every minute of it!! :-D :-D

And just like that (*snaps fingers), it's Friday and the week is gone! What happ...

And just like that (*snaps fingers), it's Friday and the week is gone! What happened to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday? Well... Genevieve having to deal with germs, Francine annoying Manny and the team finding the first pieces of the crime-puzzle happened in my life. Yup, I'm totally sucked into that alternative reality. Even enjoyed breakfast with them. :-D

My weekend? Writing, reading, a movie and slow mornings is on my dance card. Is your dance card more exciting than mine? Tell me, tell me, tell me!! (said in true Francine-waiting-for-gossip style)
