Black Lives Matter Activist in Boston Pleads Guilty to Federal Fraud Charges – Scammed Donors to Fund Her Lifestyle | The Gateway Pundit
A Black Lives Matter activist in Boston named Monica Cannon-Grant pleaded guilty to federal charges this week, admitting that she scammed donors and used their money to fund her own lavish lifestyle.
Cannon-Grant was previously held up as an admired figure. The city of Boston named her the Bostonian of the year at one point for her ‘social justice activism’ and she was even recognized by the Boston Celtics basketball team for her efforts.
She is now facing a minimum of two years in prison.

A once-celebrated Boston social activist has pleaded guilty to defrauding donors — including Black Lives Matter — out of thousands of dollars that she used as a personal piggy bank.
Monica Cannon-Grant, 44, pleaded guilty Monday to 18 counts of fraud-related crimes that she committed with her late husband while operating their Violence in Boston (VIB) activists group, according to the US Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.
The activist scammed money — including $3,000 from a BLM group — while claiming it was to help feed children and run protests like one in 2020 over the murder of George Floyd and police violence.
Cannon-Grant also conned her way into getting $100,000 in federal pandemic-related unemployment benefits — which she used to pay off her personal auto loan and car insurance policy.
But she has now confessed to transferring funds to personal bank accounts to pay for rent, shopping sprees, delivery meals, visits to a nail salon — and even a summer vacation to Maryland.

Tweaks rather than wholesale changes to the look have been made to the Px8 S2. For of the headphones is slimmer than the Px8, while the carry case is a different size (more compact) for carrying in your bag.
Animal lovers beware. While the Px7 S3 excluded the use of leather material, the Px8 S2 goes for Nappa leather. The linkage between the headband and earcups has been given a refresh, with exposed cabling give the headphones some style and grace. The weight of the headphones has come slightly down from the Px8’s 320 to the S2’s 310g
The headphones still aren’t foldable, though the headband appears to have been tweaked too, spreading weight across the head more evenly for a comfier fit.
Colours come in Onyx Black and Warm Stone varieties.

Despite that, they still abide by the brand’s notion that ANC should do “no harm to the musicality of the performance”, so don’t expect Bose or Sony levels of noise-cancellation with these headphones.

However, the Px8 S2 should be able to clear away enough ambient noise so you can get on with the task of listening to your music. The are eight high-performance microphones, two of which are for your voice during ccalls, with Bowers declaring the headphones will offer oustanding call clarity wherever you are.
We’ll be the judge of the noise-cancelling and call quality performance once we’ve finished reviewing the Px8 S2. We will say that the Px7 S3 offered similar noise-cancelling to the Px7 S2e, so we’re hoping that the new flagship headphone will have greater impact.
Reference sound?When the original Px8 launched, we felt there were the best-sounding headphones at their price. But since then, the likes of DALI and Focal have offered contenders that in some ways have beaten the Px8. So what does Bowers have up its sleeve with this latest effort?
The 40mm Carbon Cone driver aims to deliver “exceptionally low coloration and distortion” while feeeding high detailed tracks straight to your ears. The amplifiers haven’t changed but the chassis, voice coil, suspension and magnet are said to have been redesigned and improved to offer more clarity and powerful dynamic with whatever you’re listening to.
Haven’t had a listen of the new headphones at a launch event held in Kings Cross, we were impressied by how much clearer and detailed the Px8 S2 sounded compared to the Px7 S3, a pair of headphones that are no slouch in the audio department.

If you have an Android smartphone, you’ll be able to experience the best wireless sound from the Px8 S2 with its support for aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless audio over a Bluetooth connection. That’ll make it easier to hear high-resolution music from the likes of Amazon Music, Tidal, Qobuz, and yes, Spotify Lossless. The first three services can be streamed directly from the B&W Music app.
If you’re more analogue then a 3.5mm connection is supported, and the Px8 S2 can play audio through its USB-C input, a boon for those who like to listen from their computer or the latest generation of the iPhone.

SAD: Two Hunters Found Dead in Colorado Wilderness Were Killed Instantly by Lightning Strike (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit
Two young hunters were tragically found dead in the Colorado wilderness this week. The coroner in the case determined that they were killed by a lightning strike and that the strike was so powerful that they died instantly.
It’s a sad reminder of the fierce power of nature and how no one ever knows when their number will come up.
Authorities have reportedly been looking for the two for days.

A lightning strike has been ruled the preliminary cause of death for the two hunters found dead in Colorado.
Conejos County Coroner Richard Martin has given his findings to multiple media outlets. He says Andrew Porter and Ian Stasko’s “[k]ind of death is just instant.”
“It’s like you’re alive, and now you’re not,” Martin told The Colorado Sun. “Just that quick. Split second.”
Martin said the men, both 25, were found under a tree with slight burns on their bodies…
The two were reported missing to the Conejos County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) on September 13, but last made contact with their family on September 11.
Deputies say Porter, who was from Asheville, North Carolina, and Stasko, who is from Salt Lake City, Utah, “were reported overdue while elk hunting.” They did have a satellite device, which Porter’s aunt, Lynne Runkle, said was “not functioning.”

Antifa terrorists on Tuesday afternoon surrounded a federal building in Eugene, Oregon, just one day after President Trump designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.
President Trump on Monday signed an executive order designating Antifa a domestic terrorist organization.
“Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law. It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals,” Trump’s executive order read.
Masked Antifa terrorists posted up at the entrances and exits and pounded on the doors and windows.
According to a Post Millennial reporter on scene, employees had to use alternative exits.

Sec. 2. Designation as a Domestic Terrorist Organization. Because of the aforementioned pattern of political violence designed to suppress lawful political activity and obstruct the rule of law, I hereby designate Antifa as a “domestic terrorist organization.” All relevant executive departments and agencies shall utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations — especially those involving terrorist actions — conducted by Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa, or for which Antifa or any person claiming to act on behalf of Antifa provided material support, including necessary investigatory and prosecutorial actions against those who fund such operations.
Sec. 3. General Provisions. (a) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

On Tuesday, Nexstar Media Group joined Sinclair Broadcast Group and announced it will not air ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ after ABC caved.
According to Fox News, Nexstar owns 32 ABC affiliate stations and Sinclair operates 30.
Meanwhile, Jimmy Kimmel was back at the studio on Tuesday amid a showdown between the networks.

According to Kelly, Charlie and Erika Kirk heard about this before Charlie was killed and were genuinely ‘rattled’ by the news, especially Erika. Being Christians, they believed this was a genuine threat and had a friend come over to pray with them for Charlie’s protection.
Kelly also shares details about how the people associated with the hexing were impatient for the spell to work. However you look at this situation, it was an act of pure evil.
When I was out in Arizona last week I learned that, two weeks before Charlie Kirk was assassinated, the far left website Jezebel declared that it had a mission to cast bad luck or a curse on Charlie. They wanted to hurt him in some way. They declared, “If the far-right misogynist with a bad haircut wants to villainize independent women, Jezebel is more than happy to be the hag of his nightmares.”
Jezebel went onto the online marketplace Etsy – yes, Etsy – to “cast a curse” on him. This is actually a thing. Etsy, the website known for making arts and crafts on demand, will happily cast a hex on someone through its ‘witches’ if you ask them to…
The writer asked, “Is it ethical to curse a man I’ve never met? Probably not. But is it unethical to let him keep talking? Yes.”…
She told the reader she placed her first spell on Etsy to “MAKE EVERYONE HATE HIM” and wondered, “how long would it take to kick in?” The witch servicing her on Etsy contacted her and asked if she would like to “amplify the energetic support” of the spell for an extra $50. She did. And she had to provide Kirk’s date of birth for accuracy. The “witch” informed her she had performed the hex, and it was successful. Jezebel wanted to know when they would be getting results on their curse…
The witch, they reveal, promised on August 23 that “you will see the first results within two to three weeks.” That was 18 days before Charlie was killed.

CNN data analyst Harry Enten just delivered some bad news for Democrats, revealing that Republicans have a considerable advantage heading towards the 2026 midterms because they are more trusted on a variety of issues.
On certain issues like immigration and crime, the GOP leads Democrats by double digits.
Democrats have no one but themselves to blame for this. Since the 2024 election, they have offered the American people nothing more than constant outrage and protests. They are not bringing any ideas or plans to the table.

ENTEN: Yes, what are we seeing? You know, Donald Trump being underwater, Democrats and all this guarantees us we’re going to fly high in the midterms. Let me tell you, this guarantees you nothing. Nothing. Because at this particular point, the Democrats are the New Orleans Saints of political parties.
What are we talking about? Trust the Dems or GOP more on the economy? Who leads on the economy? Republicans by seven. Immigration, Republicans by 13. How about crime, a big issue for Donald Trump and the Republicans. Look at that, lead by 22 points.
So, the bottom line is this, at this particular point, the ball may be on the ground, but the Democrats have not picked up the ball and running with it. If anything, at this particular point, it’s the Republicans who are running with the ball on the top issues, the economy, immigration and crime.

ENTEN: Yes, let’s compare it back to 2022. I think this kind of gives away the game right here. OK, the GOP is more trusted than the Dems on the economy. It was 12 points in 2022. Slight, slight decline in that lead, but still seven points. How about immigration. It was Republicans by three back in 2022. Look at this. The Republican lead has actually gone up by ten points. What are you doing, Democrats? My goodness gracious. And on crime, the Republicans were up by 13 and now they’re up by 22. The lead again expanding by nearly double digits.
So, whatever Democrats are doing, it ain’t working, Kate. It ain’t working. Republicans have the lead on all three issues.

Keith Olbermann Backpedals Furiously With Apology for Threatening CNN’s Scott Jennings – Jennings Responds (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit
As the Gateway Pundit reported yesterday, former MSNBC host and generally unhinged leftist Keith Olbermann, appeared to threaten CNN’s conservative pundit Scott Jennings on Twitter saying, ‘You’re next motherf**ker.’
Well, Olbermann may have gotten a phone call or a visit from the FBI because today he walked back those comments with a full-throated apology.

To quickly recap, Scott Jennings, a Salem Media Network radio host and conservative CNN political commentator, reacted to breaking news on Monday that Kimmel had been reinstated by tweeting, “So basically his employer suspended him for being an insensitive pr**k, and we don’t live in an authoritarian regime? Got it.”
This enraged Olbermann, who proceeded to tweet what many, including Jennings, perceived to be a threat. “You’re next, motherf**ker. But keep mugging to the camera.” Jennings tagged Patel and included a screengrab of the tweets in response.
Though the FBI hasn’t commented as to whether an investigation was launched, Olbermann ostensibly appears to have thought twice about what he tweeted and deleted, apologizing profusely in tweets posted on Tuesday and claiming what he wrote was “misinterpreted”:

After the left was whipped into a hysteric fit over the suspension of unpopular “comedian” Jimmy Kimmel, they are oddly silent today.
The Biden administration launched an all out war on free speech pressuring platforms to censor individuals who posted about Covid-19 or election matters in a way the regime disliked.
The Gateway Pundit reported,
Representative Jim Jordan took to X today to announce that Google has capitulated on its draconian censorship ‘rules’ over the past several years and has vowed to reinstate previously banned accounts on the YouTube platform.
Rep. Jordan wrote, “Due to our oversight efforts, GOOGLE commits to offer ALL creators previously kicked off YouTube due to political speech violations to return to the platform.”
In follow up posts to X, Rep. Jordan reveals some of the specific details. For example, YouTube “admits the Biden administration censorship pressure was ‘unacceptable and wrong’” and “confirms that the Biden administration wanted Americans censored for speech that did not violate YouTube’s policies.”
YouTube states:
“Senior Biden Administration officials, including White House officials, conducted repeated and sustained outreach to Alphabet and pressed the Company regarding certain user-generated content related to the COVID-19 pandemic that did not violate its policies. While the Company continued to develop and enforce its policies independently, Biden Administration officials continued to press the Company to remove non-violative user-generated content.”
“As online platforms…grappled with these decisions, the Administration’s officials, including President Biden, created a political atmosphere that sought to influence the actions of platforms based on their concerns regarding misinformation.”
What happened to the First Amendment Jimmy Kimmel freedom fighters on the left? Why are they so silent in the face of actual government overreach?
