I just don’t see the point and there are lots of otherwise cute ones that this design flaw keeps me from buying.

I’m never prepared for glassesbatch.

Why do you not sleep properly? I mean I got really worried when I read your previous post. Are you okay?

Oh, I have occasional insomnia problems, that’s all! I’m naturally really nocturnal, so a lot of the time I just have trouble shutting off my mind. Also I don’t have air conditioning and my apartment was really, REALLY hot the other night. Amazingly I still stayed up way too late last night, haha - which meant I ended up being awake for something like 22 hours with about 2 hours of sleep in my body. The night before last, I was still awake at 6am for a 7am wake-up, so I ended up cancelling my first class (I’m an ESL instructor) so that I could sleep for another hour, but I had trouble falling back asleep, so there was about 45 minutes between the two hours. It was really stupid. :P 

In general, though, I think I sleep less than the average and I always have. My “minimum” to feel like a functional human is 4 hours. I know people who feel like total zombies if they’ve had less than 8, which is mind-boggling to me. I would say that on a average night I usually sleep around 5-6 hours and that’s just fine for me. I’ll be ok! Thanks for checking on me, though!

Managed to sleep properly (as in, for more than an hour) last night and things are good. Also found the motivation to take out the garbage and wash all the dishes. And make brunch, which was two fried eggs, 2 slices of multigrain toast with butter, a mug of iced coffee, and a bowl of strawberries. :)

Cancelled the plans I didn’t feel like having tonight in hopes of finishing the Freebatch, hehe. I also needed time to do laundry and go practise, because I have a wedding to sing at in Ottawa this weekend. Fun fun.
