It’s a thing they do specifically in the province of Québec. I’ve never seen it anywhere else, but here a lot of places do it!

Basically, yeah. :P This whole real chocolate on ice cream thing is divine in general! And something about the lemon white chocolate on vanilla ice cream is just so delicious and refreshing in summer! This place also has strawberry soft serve and the last time I was there I decided to try the lemon white on strawberry. It wasn’t the best combination, haha, but it was still good!

You’ll be fine! I know, like cream sauces seem so fancy and kind of intimidating, but they’re actually super basic! Do make sure you salt it, though. What makes a cream sauce delicious is the balance between the salt and the fat. :) Good luck!! You’ll have to tell me how it was after! :)
