There are 3 main ones I know of (I have family in Syria that are directly affected)
1. Molham
I’ve included a link to where people can donate and here is a link to their twitter page where they’re giving regular updates. Here’s a third link to donate in EurosMolham, to those who don’t know, are specifically a non profit, non government team that have been providing relief for displaced & refugee Syrians. They’re now helping out with the Earth Quake.Currently searching for survivors and pull ing the dead from collapsed buildings3. Islamic Relief (this link should work for all countries donating)
Has for a very long time been extremely reliable. I usually donate through them and they tend to help out people all cross the world. They currently have a team in Syria, last I’ve heard. here’s a link if you’re donating specifically in Canada, UK, America,

This wonderful human is bringing so much joy into the world. He’s reminding people they’re allowed to play. That they can be silly in public. That fun can come in unexpected places and at unexpected times. I wish I knew who he was. I’d donate so he could buy more pillows and bring more fun into the world - once it’s safe enough to.
Grandpa legit kicked his ass with glee.
I saw a similar thing done with squirt guns and they did what this dude does, which is wait for the other person to make the first move to be sure that they’re actually into it. Okay, pillow dude did a couple of demo swings to show what the goal was, but he didn’t really try to connect until the other person went after him properly. (And then he let them just fucking whale on him. Man’s taking thwap damage.)
I would bet you that both he and the squirt gun dudes have a pile of takes where the person just said no, please don’t, and they took their props back and wished that person a good day and did not post the footage because, unlike so many internet “pranksters,” they are cool dudes who want everyone to have fun.
