Last Minute Artwork
Bob’s so good to me. He’s running to Michaels to get me two more black frames with black mats. Racing to get them done for the 5pm dropoff. This is for the upcoming BVAA spring show. Do you sometimes wait until the last minute?

Yoga
Did my morning yoga routine today after a 2 week break. It felt SO good to stretch. My spine and neck absolutely needed it. My neck was incredibly crinkly.

De-tethering from the Internet
Just home from a wonderful de-tethering two weeks with my mom and sister. Very relaxing. It was stressful being off the internet for the first few days, but then it became serene! I will strive to do this regularly, even if only for a few days. Have you de-tethered recently?

Meditate on Internet Overload
Heading into meditation time! It’s amazing just how many electronic feeds I maintain. Pondering what happens if I unplug for a bit. Ohhmmmm.
