Ordering Leftovers
Had my EAS shake, now on the second half of my Subway tuna from yesterday. Leftovers are cost-effective. Do you order extra to get them?
1979-style Black-and-White Photo
I just FTPed this final version to L. B. Wheaton in Worcester to have them make an 11×14 print for me. I was able to give them the raw PhotoShop PSD file to start with for the best resolution. They’ll have it done for me by tomorrow! Woo hoo! I can then mat it Wednesday night and drop it off on Thursday. I did get confirmation from ArtsWorcester that, even though Jenny Holzer did this style after 1979, that it’s still in keeping with their theme and is fine to include.
Yoga
A wonderful yoga session – Bob is mixing music for his band so I had a beautiful soundtrack to stretch with. The best of all worlds! #yoga
Staying Creative
Today involved photography work for me, and now some watercoloring. What creative things do you play with in addition to your writing?

Meditate
Had a short delay on beginning my 10pm meditation – I was enjoying tweaking my B&W photo entry for the 1979 show too much! Here we go! Join me for a 10 minute relaxation.
Photo in style of Jenny Holzer
I’m playing with a Jenny Holzer style image for an upcoming themed art show. Here’s what I have so far.
You might not be able to see the text along the top of the building, carved into it – it says Obedience to Law is Liberty.
Earth Yoga Leggings
Earth Yoga Leggings – these are what I wore for today’s yoga session – quite pretty!
Yoga!
Began my day with a lovely yoga session. My body feels so much better after stretching and gently twisting. It has meditation built in too! Do you guys do any daily stretching?
