Spring Fever Blog Tour: Sharon C. Cooper

Today Sharon C. Cooper is joining us and in her excerpt from Tempting the Artist, we get a little glimpse at Luke's first impresision of Christina.

About the Book:

Christina “CJ” Jenkins, a free-spirited painter by trade is juggling her obligation to the family construction business, with the demands of her secret passion. A secret life she has successfully hidden until recently. When sexy, bad-boy attorney, Luke Hayden, enters the picture, he steals her heart. But the truth of Christina’s double life buried under lies, threatens to destroy them both.
Luke is leaving New York to escape the drama, which is his life. Starting over in Cincinnati with Christina appeals to him more than he will admit. Although her secret jeopardizes their steamy affair, it’s not until someone threatens to destroy the Jenkins family empire, and uses Luke to carry out their plan, that their relationship is truly tested. Luke will do what he can to help the Jenkins family, but he will stop at nothing to tempt the woman who has captured his heart.

Excerpt:
All the Jenkins women were gorgeous, but it was Christina who had captured Luke’s attention from the moment they met. He had never believed in love at first sight, but that was exactly what he felt when he saw her at Zack’s birthday party months ago. Even now, his pulse pounded, and his body stirred with passion at the sight of her.
Picking up dinner all but forgotten, his gaze took her in. Her head full of curls hanging well past her shoulders were unruly as usual. Just the way he liked them. He could still remember how soft they were to his touch, and he couldn’t help but notice her attire or lack of. She was one of those women who believed in being comfortable in whatever she wore. And the fewer the clothes the better, especially when it came to wearing a bra … or not.
Damn.
The multi-color T-shirt only emphasized the fact that she was braless. Her firm, more-than-a-handful breasts dangled freely behind the thin material, and of course, his body reacted immediately. Those baggy cargo pants that he never liked might have fooled some, but he knew what lay underneath. A tight ass and hips that had just the right amount of curve, which had brought him more pleasure than any man deserved.
She stopped two feet away, and they stared at each other, neither saying a word. Luke could look at her forever and not get tired. Her exotic eyes with naturally long eyelashes had brought him to his knees plenty of times. His gaze took in her perfect nose now sporting a small diamond stud nose-ring that enhanced her sexiness. And those lips. Good Lord. Those full, luscious, tempting …
Damn. Why the hell was he torturing himself? Upon seeing her, he should have nodded a greeting and headed in the opposite direction.

Spring Fever Blog Tour: Sheena Binkley

Today Sheena Binkley shares an excerpt from her book, Trust Me. We get to see a very sweet and romantic scene between Marcus and Cheryl.

Excerpt – Marcus
Wow! I never would have thought I would finally admit to someone that I loved her. I said I would never say that to anyone, but now, as I stared at Cheryl, I wanted to keep saying it, telling anyone who would listen how much she meant to me. I don’t know where all these feelings were coming from, but the way she’s making me feel, I didn’t want them to end. When I looked at her earlier, I could tell by the way she looked at me that she felt the same way. Even before she mentioned it, something took over me and ensured me that this was the right time for us to be together. She gave a beautiful smile as she took my hand in hers. Just the sight of her, the way she looked at me and how her eyes shined, made me feel so lucky that she loved me too. Now, I understood the way Shawn acted when he first fell for Riana because I’m experiencing it now, and it felt pretty damn good.“Where are we going?” she asked.I looked at her, then kissed her cheek.“You’ll see soon.”I continued to drive, turning on the street which housed my surprise. I glanced at her again, becoming nervous with the idea of being with her. Sure, I was excited and horny, but I was also anxious. This was the first time I had ever brought anyone to this place, so I knew the love I had for Cheryl was real and special.Once we got out of the car, I took her hand as we went toward the door. I opened it and let her go in before me. She stepped inside, wondering where we were.“What is this, Marcus?”I closed the door and gave her a warm smile.“When my parents both attended Shaw, my dad took my mom here for their one year anniversary. He told me that he wanted to do something special for her, so he decided to take her to a bed-and-breakfast. They came here, had a wonderful time, and ever since then, they came here for their anniversary. Well, until I came along. In fact, I was conceived here.”Cheryl squeezed my hand and smiled.“And you wanted to bring me here?”“It was more than just that. My parents shared a lot of good memories here. Like all couples, they've had their share of ups and downs, so this was their haven to come to and to relive those moments that made them the couple they were. They went back to their way of happiness, and this was it.”“Why do you have the key to this place if it’s a bed-and-breakfast?”“My parents were good friends with the owners, so when they retired, my parents bought the place. They didn’t want it going to some stranger who didn’t know the history of the house, so my parents wanted to keep it close to them. Sometimes, they did come up here to visit and reminisce, but when I turned 18, they handed the keys over to me, saying they wanted me to take over the place and create the same memories they did with the person I loved.”Cheryl looked at me with tears coming from her eyes.“Really?”“That’s why I wanted our first time to be special. I wanted it to be here, so we could begin creating memories that will last a lifetime.”Cheryl lowered her head, in tears over what I just said. I lifted her chin and stared into her light brown eyes.“There are some things I need to do first, so just get comfortable, and I’ll be back.” I said, kissing her forehead.Cheryl smiled and looked up at me with a sincere smile.“Okay.”I quickly ran upstairs, going straight to the first room, which was the perfect room for the night. After 10 minutes of setting up, I went back downstairs. Cheryl was standing near the couch, looking around the room, when she noticed me. She gave me a sweet smile, which made my heart flutter. Damn, did I just say that?I went over to her and pulled her towards me. I moved my lips to hers, feeling her soft, sweet lips on mine. She put her arms around me, caressed the back of my neck and slid her tongue inside of my mouth. I lifted her up, cradling her as we headed upstairs, carefully taking a step at a time. She kissed my neck and sucked my skin as I held her tighter. We went inside, and I put her down, giving her a chance to look around the room.“Wow, Marcus,” she said in amazement.I setup the room with candlelight, including inside the fireplace, and a plate of strawberries and whipped cream was placed near the table by the bed. Avant and Keke Wyatt’s “You and I” was playing on the stereo.Cheryl turned to me and gave me a kiss, then turned her back to me. I put my arms around her while I let her take in the view. I had to admit, the night looked beautiful with stars lowing everywhere, and the clear blue water of the lake was shining bright, making the mood even more romantic.“I can’t believe you did all of this.”“Why wouldn’t I? You’re special to me, and I want our first time together to be special.”“Now, I have to ask, where did you get the strawberries and whipped cream? From what you said, you don’t come here often.”“I recently stocked the fridge with food. I figured eventually, we would come here.”“Oh really?” she asked, moving her hands down my chest.“Yes, I did. I knew we would be together. I’m pretty sure you did, too.”“Definitely,” Cheryl said, before giving me a long, sensual kiss.I slowly moved my hand down her chest and lifted up her shirt. I stared at her, gazing at her beautiful skin. She slowly unbuttoned my shirt, pulling me close to her. We moved over to the bed, and I gradually took off her shoes and pants. She did the same for me, then moved her lips down my chest. I slowly touched her skin, getting excited by the feel of her pressed so close against me.I reached over and grabbed the strawberries and whipped cream. I dipped the berry in the cream, putting it toward Cheryl’s lips. She smiled and parted her lips as she took the strawberry into her mouth. She smiled sensually as she stared at me.“This is the most romantic thing I have ever done.”“Well, get ready because there will be more to come,” I said, kissing her lips. She then put a strawberry to my lips. I bit into it, moved the stem from her hand and gently licked the excess cream from her finger.“You taste better than the strawberry.”Cheryl blushed as I turned her around. I took some whipped cream, pushed her hair to the side, and I put some on the back of her neck. I licked her, then gave her tiny kisses on her back.“So sweet,” I whispered.I turned her toward me and added some whipped cream to her breasts. I licked it off of her, then sucked her nipples. I went up to her ear, grazing my lips against her.“So delectable,” I whispered, kissing her again as I looked at her.Cheryl clawed my back, and a moan escaped from my lips. She drew me to her, her pretty eyes landing on me.“I’m ready, Marcus.”I smiled, kissing her from her chest to her navel. I went to my wallet and pulled out a condom..“Are you sure you're ready?”“I’m definitely ready.”I put the condom on as I went back to her.“Say how much you want me,” I said, lying myself on her.Cheryl stared at me as I kissed her again.“I want you so much, Marcus,” she said as she widened herself for me to come in.“How much?” I whispered, slowly entering her.She tightened her hands around me and leaned her head back.I held her tightly as I slowly moved inside of her. I didn’t want to rush this moment with her. I wanted to stay like this for as long as I could. She wrapped her legs around me and kissed my lips while continuing to dig into my back. I took both of her hands, clasping them with mine and snuggled against her. I loved everything about this girl: her personality, the way she smiled, her lips, her body, the way she tasted.Everything about her made me go crazy, which made this moment with her beautiful.“I love you, Marcus,” Cheryl whispered, sensing that she was done for. I knew I was once she said those words to me.We came together, still clutching each other, completely speechless about what we just shared.I stared at her, truly mesmerized by her.I didn’t know love could feel like this. This strange but astonishing feeling flowed through me in the most exciting way. After everything we shared the past six months, we could both say what we really meant to each other, and I know now that we have so much more to experience. Not just as friends, but as a couple. I didn’t care if I was being emotional right now because I wouldn't change the feelings she gave me for anything.I’m glad my first experience at love is with her, and I know now I don’t ever want to lose her.
About the Book
Cheryl:
Falling in love is something I’d never imagined. I didn’t think love existed, mainly because of the way I was raised. Relationships were never in the cards, especially since I gave a chance on one, and it nearly destroyed me.
When I met Marcus Walker, I was only looking for a fling, nothing more; but the more time I spent with him, the more I realized he could be so much more. Not only has he helped me through my family drama but also with a situation I thought was way behind me. Now, I understand what love is and how powerful it can be. But will I let myself be loved, or will I continue to believe that love is not for me?

Marcus:
One thing I said I will never do in my life is fall in love. Being in love is great for some people, but not for me. That all changed when I met Cheryl Thompson.
At first, I thought she would be like the rest, just a one-night stand, but when I saw what she was going through, I realized she was much more than a fling; she was someone I wanted to commit to. Will I be able to trust myself and give her what she needs, or will I end up destroying her even more?

Spring Fever Blog Tour: JL Campbell

Today JL Campbell is visiting on the blog tour sharing from her book Perfection. In this excerpt we see an interesting conversation between Natasha and Karim.
About the Book:

A willful girl. A determined guy. A sticky situation. Can love conquer all?

After six months of serial breakups with her two-timing boyfriend, Natasha is ready to give relationships a break. Malik has no plans to give up and schemes to get her back, but his efforts throw his cousin in the middle of his campaign. Natasha doesn't need another guy messing with her brain, or her plans for the future, but Karim is different from anyone she's ever met. The fact that he's off-limits deepens her guilt over her attraction and puts her judgment into question. Can she move beyond the mistakes of the past and trust someone who's no angel?

Karim is back in Jamaica for the summer and has no plans to tie himself to anyone, because girls are complicated and he's been burned a time or two. He's knee-deep in responsibility as a result of a thoughtless act that changed his life. But Natasha is a girl with a difference, who makes him want things he has sworn to give up. Will she give him the time of day and will she want him when she finds out about his past and the present he wants to keep hidden, but can't?

Excerpt:

Something from our texting marathon occurred to me. "So, how do I know you're not really engaged and just messing around with me?"
"One. I'm not a liar. Two. I'm not dishonest. I would have told you eventually. Three. I really like you and wouldn't play with you that way."
"But you did exactly that with your ... ex."
"I told you, we weren't—"
"In a relationship. You're beginning to sound like a scratched CD."
"It's the truth."
"So you say." Nailing Karim with a direct stare, I asked, "Does she know you're not a couple?"
His eyes opened wide before he squeezed his face into a frown.
"Don't look at me like that. I have to ask."
"Yes, she knows."
He sucked at the straw and then scowled. His drink had to taste as nasty as mine by now. He laid the cup down and smiled in a way that had me softening, even as I warned myself not to be fooled by him.
"So tell me about you and Malik. Are you still together or did you break up again?"
"Don't be mean. We broke up." I leaned back, frowning. "You have some nerve to try and get with your cousin's girl. I'm thinking it's kinda icky."
"You're something else, Tasha. That's the first time I've been described as nasty." He laughed, sucking the air from my chest.
This guy was more handsome than one person had a right to be.
When he stopped laughing, he said, "If it makes you feel any better, we're not cousins by blood, but my marriage."
"Really?" I thought about that for a second. "I still think it's too close and you have to know Malik has problems with it."
"Yeah, I've been getting that vibe from him, though he hasn't put it in the open."
"We haven't done anything, so there's nothing to regret."
He crooked a finger at me and we both leaned forward. Over the tiny table, he murmured, "Have you had sex with him?"
My face and neck went hot and I snapped, louder than I intended, "That's none of your business."
He looked deep into my eyes. "Have you?"
As if hypnotized, I shook my head, unable to look away.
"Good. That makes things simpler." Leaning back, he smiled, taking his time about it. "Why did you change your mind about seeing me?"
Using one shoulder, I shrugged. "It's not what I want, but ... I like you too. Does that make me a terrible girlfriend?"
"Didn't you just tell me you two broke up?"
"I'm not in a hurry to find another boyfriend."
"And I have all the time in the world."
"I haven't said yes to you or anything."
He dragged his teeth over his bottom lip as if holding back laughter. "I haven't asked you anything yet."
"Whatever."
He looked away from me and then said, "I think your friends are ready to go."
Kelleigh mouthed something to me, but I was too distracted by Landy wriggling her brows to understand Kelleigh's message. When I turned back to Karim, he was watching me. "I'll call."
"Sure."
I was a little disappointed, but relieved at the same time. In my mind, I still hadn't worked out whether I wanted to go forward with Karim and it niggled at me. There were more cons than pros between us and I didn't see a way around them. I wasn't brilliant at Math, but in my mind, three people in a relationship always equaled trouble.
The reality was, I knew only what Karim told me and had no guarantee any of it was true.

Smarturl.it/DividedHeart
Excerpt:He was a tall man with alabaster skin and midnight locks that fell beyond his shoulders and down his back. He was dressed in a crisp grey business suit that made his crystal blue eyes sparkle. He wore a knowing smile that said, “I know you know that I’m the ish.” He was a cocky bastard, true, but she had firsthand knowledge of just how amazing he really was. She also had firsthand knowledge that everything that self-assured smile promised, he was more than capable of delivering. He sat on her desk with his long legs stretched out in front of him and crossed at the ankles. Easy, calm, confident, and sexy as all hell.
“You know you’re risking life and limb by sitting on my desk like you own it, right?” she asked as she closed the door behind her. She looked around to make certain the blinds on her office windows and doors were in a closed position, this was a moment that was meant solely for the two of them.
“I may not own the desk, but I own the woman that it belongs to…so I kinda do own it if you think about it,” he said as the silky sureness of his voice traveled across the room and pulled her to him.
Before she could say just how it happened, she was standing in front of him between spread legs, falling into the broad expanse of his chest. “You own me do you?” Her voice hitched as she felt his fingers skate from her fingers to her arms causing her skin to sizzle.
“I thought that’s what these rings we wear meant? I own you, you own me? Was I wrong?” He leaned in and placed a light kiss on her cheek, and just like any other time his skin met hers, a sensual burn began to singe the area where his lips had rested for only a brief second.
“Mmmm,” she moaned. “You bet your pretty ass we belong to each other.” She wrapped her hand in his long tresses and pulled him to her, letting her body sink into his and searching for the connection only his kiss could bring. She found his warm, soft lips and mewled into the decadence of the pleasure they ignited inside her.
“God I wish we were home instead of in my office.”

Spring Fever Blog Tour: Sheryl Lister

Welcome to the first day of my Spring Fever Blog Tour! Over the next couple of months I will be featuring some amazing authors. To kick things off Sheryl Lister will be sharing an excerpt from her latest work, All of Me.

About the Book:

Declaring a “dating hiatus” was an easy decision for teacher,
Karen Morris. She intends to unwind and enjoy a luxurious Caribbean cruise without the presence of her cheating ex-boyfriend. But surprisingly all it takes is the deliciously sculpted form of chivalrous businessman Damian Bradshaw to turn Karen’s head and change her mind....
Damian’s friends are determined to save him from his widowerhood—and self-imposed celibacy. But no one is more shocked than Damian when Karen catches his attention and awakens his desire. Something about her ignites an insatiable need that neither of them can deny. The chemistry is inexplicable. But once back on dry land, real life awaits—along with their pasts. Will the promise of a bright future be enough to rehabilitate their reluctant hearts?

Excerpt:

Damian tried to concentrate on his breakfast. Their verbal exchange, combined with the revealing black cover she wore over her bathing suit, had him hard as a steel beam and he was tempted, once again, to drag her to the nearest bed and find out just how healthy of an appetite she had. He had never engaged in this type of sensual play with his late wife—she had been very reserved when it came to sex. But he knew things would be different with Karen. He sensed a passion and fire in her that he eagerly wanted to explore. He forced his thoughts elsewhere and finished breakfast.
“Are you ready to head out?” he asked when her plate was empty.
“Yes.”
He stood, slung his backpack over his shoulder and helped Karen. More than one man turned when she walked by. Damian moved closer and placed a possessive hand on the small of her back. Sending a lethal glare at one man who was staring a little too long, he guided her toward the ship’s exit.
The ship’s coordinator checked off their names, gave them colored wristbands and directed them to a waiting van.
“Damian,” Karen started, once they were en route, “I want to apologize about last night.”
“For what?”
“The whole room invitation thing. I’ve never done anything like that before,” she mumbled, and turned to stare out the window.
He turned her face back toward his. “You don’t have to apologize. If it helps any, I really wanted to accept your invitation, but I didn’t want to come on too strong.”
He placed his arm around her shoulders, kissed her forehead and pulled her closer. They rode the rest of the way in silence. After reaching the park and getting water shoes, he suggested they rent a locker. Damian stripped off his shirt, placed it in his bag and put it in the locker. “If you—” His eyes widened, and his mouth fell open. Karen had taken off the cover and stood clad in a bathing suit that left every inch of her velvety brown back and sides bare. The sight almost dropped him to his knees. A man passing by whispered, “Dayuum!” while staring with his jaw unhinged. Damian couldn’t blame the man, because she was a vision of beauty. He let his gaze roam lazily over every delectable curve.
She placed her tote in the locker and faced him. “Were you going to say something?”
He stared at her with confusion, then realized she had asked him a question. He shook his head. “I’m sorry. What did you ask?”
“I thought you were going to say something.”
For the life of him, he couldn’t remember one word.

A Spring Affair upcoming release (A tiny note)

Hi guys!
I know you all are as eager as I am for my latest release, A Spring Affair. I got the idea for this new series late last year. I only planned to release a few books this year, but now...well let's just say a few more have been added. :-)
I just wanted to hop on and give a quick note. I already made a post on facebook, but wanted to share again.
There was a formatting error I caught after the book was already in the publishing process, which means I can not upload the latest version until after the book goes live tomorrow. It will be the first thing I do in the morning, followed by contacting Amazon to inform them of the change and hopefully they will get the updated copies out promptly.
The issue won't hinder you from reading the book, but there are some areas that are italicized that should not be.
Just wanted to let you guys know I've caught it and it will be fixed ASAP.
Lots of Love and thanks for all of your support!

Book Spotlight: Don't Stop Till You Get Enough by Chicki Brown

Today I'm pleased to once again welcome Chicki Brown to my blog! Read an excerpt from her book Don't Stop Till You Get Enough, which is amazing! It was recently featured in USA Today! She will also be giving away a kindle or nook copy of the book!

About the book:

New York TV personality Greg Stafford has been hiding a secret for years. When this secret is exposed to the world, he has to fight to restore his image with the public, his family and his belief in himself. Therapist Rhani Drake spends her days listening to people’s problems and helping them to overcome their challenges. When Greg Stafford shows up at her office, she isn’t ready for the problems he creates in her life.He wants to repair his reputation. Is she about to throw her own reputation away to help him?"

The gentle chime on the front door sounded, and Rhani waited until her receptionist escorted him into the office. Before her stood one of the best looking men she had ever seen, which was quite an accomplishment in a city the size of New York.“Mr. Stafford? Rhani Drake. Nice to meet you.” They shook hands, and she mentally chastised herself for the prickling sensation running across her skin when their flesh touched. She had seen him numerous times on TV, yet meeting him in person was a jolt to her senses. The first thing she noticed was his height. He towered over her five-feet-six inches. His scent registered with her senses next. The cologne he wore had a luxurious, spicy fragrance¾a mix of grass, cloves, jasmine and some other delicious scents. Dressed casually yet stylishly, his appearance came across as easy-going and self-confident.Rhani glanced up just in time to catch his questioning expression.“Is there something wrong?”He removed his hat but kept the shades on. “No. It’s just…I expected you to be older.”For some reason, hearing this pleased her. “Is my age a problem? I assure you I am well-qualified.” Rhani pointed to her framed diplomas on the office wall then waved a hand toward the sofa.  “Please have a seat.”He sat with his long legs open, his elbows on his knees and studied the room for a long moment. “Nice office.” The emotionless tone of his voice didn’t convey his appreciation.“Thank you.” Once she settled into the chair at the end of the sofa, she crossed her legs and rested her notebook on one knee. “Tell me why you’re here.”He flashed the dazzling smile she’d seen on the TV screen so many times. Her stomach flipped, and she wanted to slap herself. “You already know why. I’m sure Thad told you when he made the appointment.” Annoyed by her sensual reaction to his presence, Rhani purposely didn’t return his smile. “He did, but I’d like to hear your take on the situation. And do you mind taking off the sunglasses? I like to make eye contact with my clients.”He poked out his lips, moved them from side to side then pulled of the shades and put them in his shirt pocket. “I got arrested for…having sex in public, which constitutes breaking the morals clause in my contract. In order to keep my job, I have to attend counseling for a minimum of three months.”“Is that the only reason you’re here?“Excuse me?” He met her gaze for the first time since he’d arrived, and she had to look away. His light eyes were evident on television, but looking into them in person was a different story. They were hazel—an intriguing combination of several other colors including green and brown with less melanin than brown eyes, but more than blue.  Why would she even be thinking about this at the moment? Rhani blinked, straightened and returned to her questioning. “Did you come to counseling to keep your job or to deal with the reason the therapy was ordered to begin with?”A muscle ticked in his jaw, a square jaw covered by a smooth, neatly trimmed beard. “I needmy job.” His voice deepened in timbre and intensity.“I think you’ve answered my question. You’re saying you don’t want to be here.”He gave an insolent shrug.

Sample Sunday: from Just One Night

He stood there staring at her. Her cheeks were red, and her chest was heaving in anger. And at that moment, he thought she never looked more beautiful.More than anything, what he really wanted to do was go over to her, take her in his arms and kiss her until she sighed with pleasure. But she was highly pissed, so he knew he’d have to tread lightly.“Dee-”She held up her hand to stop him.“You need to go.”“I’m not leaving until we talk this through.”“There is nothing left to talk about. I swear Tony, you need to leave right now.”“No. Denise-”The next thing he knew, she was picking up a fruit from a bowl on the kitchen island, and tossing it at him.He ducked out of the way, and then looked over his shoulder at the smashed fruit on the wall.He turned, wide eyed, and looked at her.“Did you just throw a mango at me?!”Instead of responding to his question, she yelled, “Leave!”She picked up a slice of pizza and threw it at him.“Get out!”Then she grabbed the glasses and started throwing them at his head as well.“Alright! I’m leaving!” he said, backing away with his hands up to protect his face. Finally he stood outside the door of her house, staring at the door, wondering what the hell had just happened.

Excerpt
“What’s going on, Caitlin?” Hill asked, concerned something had happened. “You sounded distraught on the phone...” He followed her down the hall, admiring the way her long stride swayed her hips. Instead of her usual floral scent, a cool fresh fragrance trailed her.She pushed through the kitchen door and led him to the massive den. “Can I get you something to drink?” She bit down on her bottom lip, her ankles crossed as she stood, looking as if she’d spin into a pirouette at any moment.
“No.” He looked around, taking in his environment. He was uncomfortable standing in Adam’s home, thinking about all the things he wanted to do with his wife. It was reckless, too, them being there together—Hill could feel the tension in the air. Suppose Adam came home unexpectedly? What if Adam had cameras hidden in the house, which was something Hill imagined Adam would do? Then what?
She pushed her hair away from her face with one practiced sweep of her hand. “You can sit if you’d like.”
She noticed how far away from her he sat—deliberately. The rugged scent of his body drew her nearer to him. She scooted closer and closer until she could feel his breath against her skin.
“You can touch me,” she said, gazing into eyes that seemed surprised at her boldness. She reached for his hand and pressed it against her heart. A fierce possessiveness came over him, and he grabbed hold of her, his fingers caressing, stroking, and taunting her. There was nothing more exquisite than the feel of his hands caressing her body. And Hill’s touch was warm and inviting. It was a sensation like no other. Her body pleaded silently for him to take her—here and now. But he pulled back, releasing her from the warmth of his touch.
“I’m not going to break,” she said as she stood in front of him, unbuttoning her sleeveless shirtdress to unveil full, plump breasts. She ran her hands over his smooth, chiseled chest and gazed into his eyes. His hands explored her body from her neck down to her hips. His lips pressed tenderly against her bare shoulder.
“I want you, Hill.” She let the dress drop to the floor as she reached for his hand and pressed it against her breasts. Her gaze pleaded for him to consume her—and she hoped with all hope that he could see her burning desire.
