Meet the Club- Torpedo Ink

If you read Bound Together you’ll recognize many of these names. They’re members, or prospects, of Torpedo Ink. Most of the actual MC members have their legal names and then their club names or nicknames. For those who hold a position in the club I’ve included that as well.

The Torpedo Ink Logo/Patches And What it Means

I thought it would be fun to share what the different parts of the Torpedo Ink colors mean.

Judgment Road (Torpedo Ink #1) by Christine Feehan

The meaning of the Cypress Tree, on the back of the Torpedo Ink Sea Haven/ Caspar Jackets:

Torpedo Ink

The Cypress Tree spread out with seventeen branches. Roots tangled at the bottom with piles of skulls buried among them. Crows flying away from the tree or picking through the skulls at the roots. Each skull represented a kill.
The main trunk of the tree represents their leader, Viktor and all the branches represent those who survived.
The crows represent all those who didn’t survive that school, so they are never forgotten.
As you see it on their jacket it’s called their “colors”. The “colors” are the insignia or “patch” that a motorcycle club puts on to identify their club. A “rocker” is the framed portion you see that has the name Torpedo Ink in it on the top rocker and Sea Haven/ Caspar on the bottom rocker.

The Count Down to Judgment Road

It's exciting and nerve-wracking and fun all at once when an author releases a new series. Especially if you have a series or two that's already popular. You wonder if readers will give the new series a try. Will that like it?
I enjoyed writing Judgment Road so much and sometimes next week will start writing the next book in that series. On January 23rd Judgment Road will be released and I'm hopeful people will like it. It's very different from anything else I write.

The book trailer is out and it is a good representation of the series and the book. You can find it here on GoodReads, but here's a link to it if you'd like to watch it-

Merry Christmas! Happy New Year!

I absolutely love Christmas. For me, this holiday has always felt magical. I love looking at my grandchildren’s faces when they come and see the decorations are up. I love that wonder that I get to share through them as they look at the Christmas tree. I love that my family is so giving and thoughtful of others during this holiday and I’m proud of them for the love they have for each other and for people they try to help either families they know don’t have much and they get them something, or perhaps they draw a name off the “giving tree” at one of the stores.
It’s been a challenging year, but together, we’ve worked hard and I’m proud of that work. I had 5 new releases this year and 6 re-issues. There will be even more in 2018. We’ve done Facebook Live events, blogging on GoodReads, giveaways, games and lots of fun throughout the year.
Next year I have 5 NEW books! Judgment Road is out January 23rd and is the first book in my new Torpedo Ink series, which I’m so excited about. Covert Game, Shadow Keeper, Dark Sentinel and Leopard’s Run will all be out next year.
I look forward to the New Year and wish you all a happy holiday and a very wonderful New Year!

Time for a Dark Celebration! And some Gifts!

I love the Christmas holiday so much! It’s always been a special time for me and for my family. I realize not everyone celebrates Christmas, but I hope you’ll celebrate your holiday with me this winter season!

description
WalMart is releasing Dark Celebration with a limited edition cover. You can only get this special cover edition by going to WalMart to purchase it. And, it’s a limited run, so once these are gone, they are truly gone.

Dark Celebration has always been special to me. I receive more reader requests for another reunion book than just about any other request. This book was a gift to my readers, bringing together old friends like Mikhail, Gregori and many other Carpathians from years gone-by.

description

Over on Facebook we’re doing a giveaway where you have a chance at winning one of eight stockings stuffed with gifts from one of the older Carpathian characters! Mikhail, Raven, Jacques, Shea, Gregori, Savannah, Darius and Tempest each have a representative stocking that reflects that character and there are a lot of goodies in those stockings! I hope you’ll stop by Facebook by November 16th to enter!
Facebook Contest

And as an added bonus, you can enter for ALL the stockings! So lots of chances to win! And the books are signed!

You can read the first chapter of Dark Celebration here-

Exclusive Excerpt of Leopard's Blood for #Horrorweek

I'm so excited that Leopard's Blood will be released on October 24th!
As part of our #Horrorweek celebration I thought I'd give you a sample from the book!

description

Excerpt-

She wasn’t going to text him to come to her. Joshua Tregre paced back and forth along the upper balcony of the plantation house. In the past two hours, he’d looked over toward Sonia’s home a hundred times. Evan told him repeatedly he was going to wear a hole in wood that had withstood a hundred years or more of wear and tear.

“She’s afraid, Joshua. Look at you. You’re intimidating as hell and you scared her,” Evan pointed out.

He knew that. He didn’t want to hear it. He’d been crazy with her. He couldn’t keep his hands off her. “Never thought I’d find her,” He admitted to his best friend. “Never. Not in a million years and certainly not now, not when I’ve got this mess on my hands. We’ve got a huge deal coming up and I can’t afford to be thinking about my runaway mate.” That was all he was thinking about.

Normally, Joshua was known for his cool. His utter calm. He wasn’t a hothead like so many leopards, that was why he’d been chosen to take over Rafe Cordeau’s territory. He didn’t get ruffled no matter the circumstance. Until Sonia. She was beautiful, sexy, intelligent and scared to death.

Shadow, his leopard gave him impressions of a fiery car dropping into the ocean, of Gatita and Sonia running for their lives. Gatita hadn’t shown much else, only giving the big male the impression of the two females dead and that meant they were safe. From that, he’d gleaned, someone had tried to kill them and thought they’d succeeded. That was unacceptable to him.

“She’s in trouble, Evan, big trouble and she isn’t going to tell me about it.”
