The Barbarians are at the Gates! Western Civilization is Under Attack!

The Barbarians are at the gates. When the Democratic Socialists (the rabid wing of the Democrat Party now dominating the party) condemn Western Civilization what would they destroy?

As you can see Current Affairs looks at Western Civilization and thinks Western Civilization should be dumped. Add to that this version of Capitalism from the National Association of Scholars and you have the education that has produced Social Democrats like Ocasia-Cortez. They have never been taught the value of Western Civilization. 

Let's begin our look at the development of Western Civilization. Let us first look at the Code of Hammurabi, written about 1792-1750 BCE.

Interesting in this Code is the existence of slaves and laws that pertain to them. Yet, in America, because of our evolution through the contributions of the ancient Greeks and Romans, the Common Law of England, and the enlightened forefathers in America, led by the Christian beliefs, America outlawed slavery as the result of a war that killed 620,000. They were mainly white men. 
They also valued and recognized the loss of an unborn child.

 "Anu and Bel called by name me, Hammurabi, the exalted prince, who feared God, to bring about the rule of righteousness in the land, to destroy the wicked and the evil-doers; so that the strong should not harm the weak; so that I should rule over the black-headed people like Shamash, and enlighten the land, to further the well-being of mankind ..."

So begins the Law Code of Hammurabi, a list of nearly 300 laws etched into a two and one-half meter high black diorite pillar, discovered in 1902 but dating back to the time of Hammurabi himself (1792-1750 B.C.E).
Some laws were quite brutal, others rather progressive. Members of the upper-class often received harsher punishments than commoners, and women had quite a few important rights.Most of the nearly 300 laws written on the pillar pertain to property rights of landowners, slavemasters, merchants, and builders.Here are some of the more unusual laws that seem very foreign to a modern society:1.    If a man strike a free-born woman so that she lose her unborn child, he shall pay ten shekels for her loss. 2.    If any one finds runaway male or female slaves in the open country and bring them to their masters, the master of the slaves shall pay him two shekels of silver. 3.    If any one is committing a robbery and is caught, then he shall be put to death.4.    If a tavern-keeper (feminine) does not accept corn according to gross weight in payment of a drink, but takes money, and the price of the drink is less than that of the corn, she shall be convicted and thrown into the water. If a son of a paramour or a prostitute say to his adoptive father or mother: "You are not my father, or my mother," his tongue shall be cut off.5.    If a son strike his father, his hands shall be hewn off. 6.    If a man knock out the teeth of his equal, his teeth shall be knocked out. 7.    If a barber, without the knowledge of his master, cut the sign of a slave on a slave not to be sold, the hands of this barber shall be cut off. 8.    If a slave says to his master: "You are not my master," if they convict him his master shall cut off his ear.
Notice that in Hammurabi's Law one proved one's innocence through the Ordeal. The Ordeal was resorted to regularly in what were considered the most serious crimes, adultery and sorcery, because it was thought those two infractions were most likely to undermine social stability. Sorcery, to an ancient Mesopotamian, would not have exactly the same definition it does in modern day, but would be along the lines of performing acts that went against the known will of the gods-acts which reflected on oneself the kind of power and prestige only the gods could lay claim to. Tales of evil sorcerers and sorceresses are found throughout many periods of Mesopotamian history and the writers of those tales always have them meet with a bad end, as, it seems they also did when submitted to the Ordeal.

This is a system very similar to the United States House of Representatives, known in Greek as the Boule. This was a set of 500 representatives, 50 from each of the ten tribes. Ancient Rome, just like the United States today, used a system of welfare. In ancient Rome, both food and education could be subsidized for the poor members of society who could not afford it. In the UK and USA, Common Law is an evolved variant of the original Roman Law. Overlooking all the good that has come about through Western Civilization, our children are now being told that all of this should be discarded and we should adopt Socialism because even though it has never worked anywhere it was tried, this time it would work. Think Venezuela.



SO WHAT ARE OUR CHILDREN NOW BEING TOLD ABOUT SOCIALISM? 




They are not being taught about the contributions of Western Civilization and the freedom of Capitalism. They are being taught about the perfect world where everyone is taken care of equally, there are no homeless people, no serving children, no extravagantly rich people of seriously poor people. 
Or the consequences of Socialism.



They are not told of the consequences wherever socialism was tried.


AND BECAUSE WE NOW HAVE A NATIONAL CURRICULUM WITH COMMON CORE YOU HAVE A COMMON INDOCTRINATION AGAINST THE PILLARS OF OUR NATION. 

They will not look to Venezuela and see the consequences of Socialism. A pure democracy leads to one man, one vote, one time. And then you have the dictatorship. They are whipping up racism, classism, sexism --all the isms to bring our country to the point of Revolution.








Is this any part of reason? This is a call to mob rule and total disregard to centuries of the development of a civilization that has brought the greatest good and opportunity to the greatest number. And now, because of the color of the skin (the definition of racism) of those through whom these great thoughts and institutions evolved radicals now advocate its dismantling. 
And they have control of your children's minds! Colleges of Education have been hijacked by the radical Left and our children are its goal.


In January 2015, CPUSA National Committee chairman John Bachtel published an essay in People's World stating that American Communists were eager to work with the Democratic Party in order to advance communist goals. He wrote, for instance:

Politics of Personal Destruction OR How Doug Jones Roy Moored Roy Moore and the Dems tried again with Kavanaugh. MIDTERMS MATTER!

REMEMBER YOUR VOTE COUNTS IN THE MIDTERM. LET'S LOOK BACK AND STUDY THE MODUS OPERANDI OF THE LEFT.Kavanaugh’s larger argument during his  tearful and angry opening statement  on Thursday was that due to the allegations against him, anyone who tried to serve in public life would be vulnerable to smears and intimidation. “The consequences will be with us for decades,” he said. “This grotesque and coordinated character assassination will dissuade confident and good people of all political persuasions from serving our country. And as we all know in the United States political system of the early 2000s, what goes around comes around.”He even hinted that the loved ones of those present at the hearing could be next to be accused.“If the mere allegation, the mere assertion of an allegation, a refuted allegation from 36 years ago is enough to destroy a person’s life and career, we will have abandoned the basic principles of fairness and due process that define our legal system and our country,” he said.“I ask you to judge me by the standard that you would want applied to your father, your husband, your brother, or your son.”The precedent for this was laid with the character assassination of Roy Moore. Like Kavanaugh, something about the character of Judge Moore set the Left off. So they set out to demolish a good reputation. 

Apparently Roy Moore's support of the Ten Commandments garnered pure rage on the Left. Now, you tell me the Left is not rallying AGAINST traditional values of our country. So much so that promoting lies is not beyond them, and sadly Conservatives are gullible enough to fall victim to their propaganda. 



Just as they did with Roy Moore they searched for Resist Movement candidates willing to come forward to lodge a complaint against Kavanaugh, preferably of a sexual nature because they are the hardest to prove, especially without a place or a time, as far back as possible and bring it forward in a crucial race. And in the Kavanaugh case, just as in the campaign of personal destruction against Moore, they used a yearbook as well, falsified in Moore's case.  That character assassination got Doug Jones elected. And now he votes against Kavanaugh in a critical match-up. He supports mob rule.

Sexual accusations worked pretty well when Potiphar's wife accused Joseph of sexual assault. But, God made something meant for evil into something Good. Perhaps the public will become aware of the mean spirited, hateful, methodology of those with this "no borders, no walls, sanctuary for all" Democratic Socialist agenda. They believe the ends justifies the means. Read Animal Farm, Brave New World, 1984 -- amazingly prophetic!.

Now we are able to see their MO. How many ruined lives does it take to identify the technique. It is a scorched earth policy. Have they tipped their hand so that more can see that the same techniques of search and destroy are in play against our president? Have you finally seen what all of those accusations against Trump amount to with the mean spirited character assassination with Kavanaugh?


I know many have claimed that Trump represents the first flawed man that became president and that God made a mistake in choosing him! Therefore it is up to the Establishment to undermine a duly elected president and that carries forward to those who support him. However, I would submit that Franklin Roosevelt, John Kennedy, and Bill Clinton all committed serious sexual peccadilloes that should have eliminated them from serving if the Left really meant what they say. Ironically, there is loads of evidence for their failings. And none for Roy Moore or Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Look now at Cory Booker and Keith Ellison. Will the same standard apply?
The fact that the Washington Post, the source for many of these accusations, has as one of its major reporters someone who is in cahoots with George Soros to promote HIS agenda, ought to give one pause about jumping to assumptions about Roy Moore. And one should also remember that none of us should be acting as judge and jury of someone else based on simple allegations. The story of Potiphar's wife's accusations against Joseph should be a case in point for Christians.
They won the propaganda battle in Alabama between Roy Moore and Doug Jones. 
What about the fact that Washington Post was bought by Jeff Bezos, $100 BILLIONAIRE (with a B), no friend to Conservatives and declared enemy to Trump and therefore to the Deplorable who support him, who hired reporter Janell Ross. Ross wrote the propaganda pieces for the Washington Post that brought forth the allegations against Moore.

That ought to show you the agenda for the Washington Post. Who would they consider one of their greatest enemies? Doug Jones? No, he will stand firm with the Democrats in Congress. (Just as I predicted in 2017, Doug Jones stands with the Democrats in everything from Tax cuts to Kavanaugh.)

Roy Moore? That man had proven his mettle. Now, I have met Roy Moore and I was impressed with this man who actually served his country in the military. After graduating from West Point, he served in the U.S. Military as an M.P. and was a company commander during the Vietnam War.


Just as with Brett Kavanaugh, Moore had a resume filled with public service. 
Now, by endorsing and voting for Doug Jones Alabamans automatically aligned themselves with this agenda of personal destruction. A man is not innocent until proven guilty. A mere accusation makes a man guilty.  Senator Mazie Hirono of Hawaii insisted that the accuser  “needs to be believed,” and that men need to “just shut up and step up.”  That is the belief system of the Left? 
Just because someone accuses a man they have lost their rights under the Constitution of a man is the MO of the Left. They are no longer innocent until proven guilty according to the Dems.
Just a reminder -- Roy Moore would have been "standing in the gap" for us. 

Also, Doug Jones supports the nationalized curriculum known as COMMON CORE that I call child abuse on our children!
If the Right to Life matters to you and a baby in the womb deserves your protection, Doug Jones was not your candidate. He does not even believe in protecting the life of the unborn after 20 weeks!

President Bill Clinton announced on August 18, 1997, his intent to appoint Jones as U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, and formally nominated Jones to the post on September 2, 1997. He is a Bill Clinton Democrat.
Now the stuff of the accusations against Roy Moore are merely accusations. There is no proof of those accusations except what appears to be a forged yearbook and many questions about the "testimony" forty years later of the other accusers.
I have moved to Florida, but the vote on this election affected this entire country. You are not just voting on one man. You are voting for the future direction of this country. It is time for us to realize there is a serious spiritual and culture war going on in our country. Don't think the Enemy will not seek to search out liars and those so politically involved that they can be convinced that their agenda makes the ends justify the means. Especially when it means money to help them buy a new SUV which is a part of some of the stories coming out of Gadsden regarding those who accuse Roy Moore.
A bridesmaid of mine from Gadsden is in Doug Jones' Sunday school class and neither she or her husband will vote for him.
The manager of that Mall refutes the supposed "evidence" that Moore was banned from the Mall. Let's get off our high horse and get upset about jumping on the bandwagon like they did in California about those people that destroyed the lives of those people that were falsely accused by children under the influence of a psychologist or the lives of the Lacrosse players!

Washington Post reporter caught plotting liberal agenda with billionaire George SorosAllegedly unbiased Washington Post reporter Janell Ross spoke at a recent top-secret meeting of liberal influencers, where Democratic donors including billionaire George Soros outlined the future of the progressive agenda.



November 22, 2017  "Last week there was a secretive meeting of a liberal donor group known as the Democracy Alliance. It was held in Carlsbad, California. The very high dollar, hush-hush affair was attended by various luminaries of the Democratic Party and progressive activists including George Soros, Nancy Pelosi and Senator Amy Klobuchar. Attendees were supposed to keep the identities of those present secret and not leave any “sensitive material” behind where the press could get hold of it. But one “special guest” who appeared as a panelist. That was Washington Post reporter Janell Ross.
Klobuchar is on the Senate Judiciary Committee. She attended that meeting.

Let me remind you here, Florida residents, whose political byline do you read in the Panama City News Herald? Washington Post. Owned by Jeff Bezos an enemy to Conservatives and especially Deplorables like many of us. Those who support Trump's Fairness Doctrine. 

Alabama chose its agenda. The public bought those lies hook, line and sinker. With the help of the liberal media, the propaganda arm of the Democrat party, the Democrat Smear Tactics won the day. So, they tried it nation-wide with Judge Kavanaugh. And finally the scorched earth policy got challenged. If the Democrats believed the moral standards they pretended to be shocked and offended by in the Senate Judiciary, why did they all back Hillary Clinton when she lodged her campaign against "bimbo" eruptions operating out of the White House? And then there is Tom Steyer whose partner and brother, Jim Steyer, professor at Stanford with Christine Blasey Ford, has gotten involved in politics in Florida supporting Gillum for Governor.

Obama Scandals

1.     IG Report Shows Obama Lied About Hillary's Secret E-mail Scheme


2.    Operation Fast and Furious: Obama partisans seem to think any given example of abuse or ineptitude by their man stopped being a “scandal” the moment it seemed clear he wouldn’t be impeached over it. Operation Fast and Furious, the Obama administration’s insane program to use American gun dealers and straw purchasers to arm Mexican drug lords, is a scandal with a huge body count, prominently including Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jamie Zapata, plus hundreds of Mexican citizens. Agent Terry’s family certainly thinks it qualifies as a scandal.
3.    Eric Holder held in contempt of Congress: This was a result of Operation Fast and Furious, but it merits distinction as a separate scandal in its own right. Holder was the first sitting member of a president’s cabinet in the history of the United States to be held in contempt of Congress.
4.    The great “stimulus” heist: Obama seems to think nobody will remember he grabbed almost a trillion dollars for “stimulus” spending, created virtually zero private-sector jobs with it, allowed a great deal of the money to vanish into thin air, and spent the rest of his presidency complaining that he needed hundreds of billions more to repair roads and bridges.
5.     OBAMACARE  President’s incessant lies about keeping your old plan if you liked it, to Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s “we need to pass it to find out what’s in it” dereliction of Congressional duty.
7.     And let’s not forget the scandal of ObamaCare’s disastrous launch, foisted on the American people even though its designers knew it had severe flaws – the billion-dollar website that cost another billion dollars to fix after it crashed, accompanied by a constellation of state exchanges that blew up like Roman candles of bureaucratic incompetence. Let us not forget the absolute zero accountability for this disaster, mismanaged by everyone from President Obama to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who treated the biggest new government program in several generations as though it were a minor side project that could be handled by subordinates with minimal supervision.
8.     Spying on journalists: Establishment media came about as close to falling out of love with Barack Obama as ever when his administration was caught spying on journalists. 
9.     Why, if the reporter subjected to the most egregious surveillance, James Rosen, didn’t work for Fox News, the mainstream media might have started treating Obama like a (shudder) Republican. Rosen was treated so badly that even Attorney General Eric Holder eventually admitted feeling a bit of “remorse” about it. Apparently he felt so much anguish that he suffered temporary amnesia and forgot to tell Congress that he signed off on the request to wiretap Rosen while he was testifying under oath.

10.  The IRS scandal: The selective targeting of conservative groups by a politicized Internal Revenue Service was a scandal grenade Democrats and their media pals somehow managed to smother, even though the story began with the IRS admitting wrongdoing.
11.  There’s also no question about the facts of the follow-up scandal, in which IRS officials brazenly lied about having backups of relevant computer data. The American people were expected to believe that multiple state-of-the-art hard drives failed, and were instantly shredded instead of being subjected to data recovery procedures.
12.  Benghazi: This is the clearest example of Obama and his supporters thinking all of his pre-2012 scandals ceased to exist the moment he won re-election. Benghazi has been investigated extensively, and argued about passionately, since the night of September 11, 2012. Nothing can change the absolute fact that the Obama administration’s story for the first few weeks after the attack was false, and they knew it was false. They spun a phony story to buy themselves a little time during a presidential election campaign, and it worked.
13.  Nothing can change the fact that Libya was a disaster after Obama’s unlawful military operation. Nothing can obscure the truth that Ambassador Christopher Stevens was sent into a known terrorist hot zone without a backup plan to ensure his safety. Everything else from Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and their defenders is pure political spin. They dragged the story out for years, until they thought it couldn’t hurt them any more. That doesn’t erase its status as a scandal. (And they were evidently incorrect in their belief that it couldn’t hurt them any more!)
14.  Hillary Clinton’s secret server: While we’re on the subject of Hillary Clinton, her secret email server is an Obama scandal, too. She perpetrated her email offenses while working as his Secretary of State, and contrary to Obama’s false assertions, he knew about it.
15.  Plenty of Obama officials other than Clinton played email games, most infamously EPA administrator Lisa Jackson, who created a false identity for herself named “Richard Windsor” to get around government transparency rules.
16.  NSA spying scandal: Opinions about the nature and intensity of this scandal vary wildly across the political spectrum, but there’s no doubt that Edward Snowden’s pilfering of sensitive National Security Agency data was a debacle that damaged national security. We had the ghastly spectacle of Attorney General Holder thanking Snowden for performing a public service by exposing surveillance programs Holder’s own administration didn’t want to talk about. 
17.  Bowe Bergdahl: Bergdahl’s ultimate fate rests in the hands of a military court (unless Obama pardons him) but no verdict can erase the scandalous way this administration conducted the prisoner swap that freed him from the Taliban and its allies. Many lies were told, the law was flouted, a deal of questionable wisdom was struck with his captors, and outraged Americans demanded recognition for the soldiers who died searching for Bergdahl after he abandoned his post.
18. Iran nuclear deal and ransom payment: Everything about Obama’s dealings with Iran has been scandalous, beginning with his silence while the Green Revolution was brutally put down by the mullahs in 2009. The Iran nuclear deal was pushed with lies and media manipulation. The infamous pallet of cash that wasn’t a ransom has become symbolic of Obama’s mendacity and penchant for breaking the rules, when he thinks following them is too much trouble. 
19. Polluting the Colorado river: The Environmental Protection Agency managed to turn the Colorado River orange under this greenest of green Presidents. Of course there was a cover-up. Would you expect anything less from this “transparent” administration?
20. The GSA scandal: The General Services Administration was caught wasting ridiculous amounts of taxpayer money on lavish parties and silly projects. Heroic efforts to resist accountability were made, leaving puzzled observers to ask what it took to get fired from government employment under Barack Obama. (Alas, it was hardly the last time that question would be asked.) Oh, and of course there was a cover-up from the Most Scandal-Free Administration Ever.
21. The VA death-list scandal: The Department of Veterans Affairs has long been troubled, but the big scandals broke on Obama’s watch, most infamously the secret death listsveterans were put on while executives handed in phony status reports and signed themselves up for big bonuses. Obama was more interested in spinning the news and minimizing his political exposure than addressing problems; in few areas outside ObamaCare has his rhetoric been more hollow, his promises more meaningless.
22. Solyndra: The marquee green energy scandal wrote “crony capitalism” into the American political lexicon, as corners were cut and protocols ignored to shovel billions of taxpayer dollars at companies with absurdly unrealistic business models. President Obama’s ability to pick bad investments was remarkable. Luckily for him, American taxpayers covered his losses.
23. Secret Service gone wild: The Obama years saw one scandal after another hit the Secret Service, from agents going wild with hookers in Columbia, to a fence jumperpenetrating the White House, and tipsy Secret Service officials driving their car into a security barrier.
24. Shutdown theater: Obama hit the American people hard during the great government shutdown crisis of 2013, doing everything he could to make American citizens feel maximum pain – from using “Barry-cades” to keep war veterans away from their memorials, to releasing illegal alien criminals from detention centers. It was an infuriating lesson for voters in how every dollar they get from government is a dollar that can be used against them, when they are impudent enough to demand spending restraint.

WHO IS THE REAL CHRISTINE BLASEY FORD?

 I must say I have many questions about Christine Blasey Ford. Like, who she really is.
Apparently she is extremely tight with Google interns because she says she put an extra door in the front of her house so they could come in that door. Sounds odd to me. That relationship might be the reason that any information about Dr. Ford prior to this hearing has been scrubbed from the Internet. Someone had to be quite technologically savvy to do this.

POLYGRAPH WIERDNESSincluding her inability to say for sure when it happened and who paid for it. But, by her testimony, she sounded strangely ignorant of polygraphs, how they work, and was unable to say whether she was recorded, be it by video or audio. But, she said she was “asked a lot of questions” and described it as taking “much longer than I anticipated." She also said she“told my whole life story.” But, the committee was only provided with the results for two specific questions. Those two questions were based on a handwritten statement, and not multiple, specific questions about the incident. The statement also included revisions like cross-outs and added words. 3. She testified that getting her husband to agree to putting in the door was a major part of her counseling sessions in 2012. The door was put in in 2008. Except there was no other building permit until 2013 for a solar panel system. They either built the addition in 2008 and fought over a door for 4 years, or they didn't get a permit for the newest addition? However the addition was actually a studio that they use for Google Interns as she actually did say in her testimony. So it really wasn't a front door.
Dr. Sylvia Randall, PHD listed that address for her services. Her website says she moved out of the area in 2008. Interestingly Dr. Randall seemed to do couples therapy. The tax records assessment for this location jumped over a Million dollars in 2008. I´m assuming this is when Professor Ford purchased the place. The remodel permit for the second door was for the year 2008.

Christine Blasey Ford, colleague at Stanford, would be involved in his Common Sense Media, Inc., a ratings group for evaluating children's books according to their standards and their political agenda. Sadly, they have contracts with Netflix (that hired the Obamas to develop content and Susan Rice to Board of Directors. James Steyer's Common Sense could go a long way toward promoting this group and their agenda.  Tom Steyer, brother of Jim Steyer, activist for Next Gen for which Blasey Ford attended a rally. 
Steyer came to Florida to promote Gillum in the Governor's race.

  3.        In October 2017, NextGen America donated grants totaling $2.3-million to eight national immigration law service organizations, including the University of California Immigrant Legal Services Center, the Immigration Law Clinic at UC Davis School of Law, UC Hastings Center for Gender and Refugee Studies,  and the Council on American -American Islamic Relations (CAIR, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood). Steyer hired actors in South Carolina to pose as Terry McCauliffe's opponent in order to undermine the opponent in the race.  An Army of Kid ActivistsThe Steyers are very serious about their agenda. 

It is clear from these connections that Blasey Ford has political beliefs and connections that could lead her to undermine President Trump's appointment.

Katz has, in the past, defended men accused of sexual assault by multiple women, including former President Bill Clinton and disgraced former U.S. Senator Al Franken (D-MN).She also has ties to George Soros, according to the Washington Times, through her involvement with the Project on Government Oversight (POGO), an organization that has been directly funded by Soros’s Open Society Foundation.POGO co-signed a letter to Sens. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) with a variety of leftist groups demanding Kavanaugh records, according to FrontPageMag.She is a part of the “resist” movement, the anti-President Donald Trump group.

One of Ford’s attorneys Michael Bromwich is the former federal prosecutor that led FBI Deputy McCabe. McCabe’s GoFundMe page was set up by a Washington, D.C. lobbying firm connected to President Barack Obama, and raised over $150,000.
The Bromwich Group is a K Street consulting and PR firm headed by Michael R. Bromwich. Immediately prior to founding the firm, Bromwich served as the first director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management under President Barack Obama. 
He has since resigned from his law firm to represent Andrew McCabe and Christine Blasey Ford.

The program was developed by CIA-connected Stanford University Psychiatric Professor Dr. Frederick T. Melges. In 1985, Mr. Melges took under his care the homeless woman Lois Lang who assassinated CIA paymaster Nick Deak, whose CIA’s black operations monies was controlled by Ralph G. Blasey Jr., Dr. Christine Ford’s father.
This may be a good place to post the fact that Blasey Ford mentors and oversees a CIA College training program.

RE: Analysis of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s Allegations
Please permit me this opportunity to present my independent assessment of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Before I do this, I want to emphasize two important points:
This memorandum contains my own independent assessment of Dr. Ford’s allegations, based upon my independent review of the evidence and my nearly 25 years of experience as a career prosecutor of sex-related and other crimes in Arizona. This memorandum does not necessarily reflect the views of the Chairman, any committee member, or any other senator. No senator reviewed or approved this memorandum before its release, and I was not pressured in any way to write this memorandum or to write any words in this memorandum with which I do not fully agree. The words written in this memorandum are mine, and I fully stand by all of them. While I am a registered Republican, I am not a political or partisan person.

A Senate confirmation hearing is not a trial, especially not a prosecution. The Chairman made the following statement on September 25, 2018, after he hired me:
As I have said, I’m committed to providing a forum to both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh on Thursday that is safe, comfortable and dignified. The majority members have followed the bipartisan recommendation to hire as staff counsel for the committee an experienced career sex-crimes prosecutor to question the witnesses at Thursday’s hearing. The goal is to de-politicize the process and get to the truth, instead of grandstanding and giving senators an opportunity to launch their presidential campaigns. I’m very appreciative that Rachel Mitchell has stepped forward to serve in this important and serious role. Ms. Mitchell has been recognized in the legal community for her experience and objectivity. I’ve worked to give Dr. Ford an opportunity to share serious allegations with committee members in any format she’d like after learning of the allegations. I promised Dr. Ford that I would do everything in my power to avoid a repeat of the ‘circus’ atmosphere in the hearing room that we saw the week of September 4. I’ve taken this additional step to have questions asked by expert staff counsel to establish the most fair and respectful treatment of the witnesses possible.
That is how I approached my job. There is no clear standard of proof for allegations made during the Senate’s confirmation process. But the world in which I work is the legal world, not the political world. Thus, I can only provide my assessment of Dr. Ford’s allegations in that legal context.[image error]1In the legal context, here is my bottom line: A “he said, she said” case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that. Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them. For the reasons discussed below, I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard.

Dr. Ford has not offered a consistent account of when the alleged assault happened.• In a July 6 text to the Washington Post, she said it happened in the “mid 1980s.”• In her July 30 letter to Senator Feinstein, she said it happened in the “early 80s.”• Her August 7 statement to the polygrapher said that it happened one “high school
summer in early 80’s,” but she crossed out the word “early” for reasons she did not
explain.• A September 16 Washington Post article reported that Dr. Ford said it happened in the
“summer of 1982.”• Similarly, the September 16 article reported that notes from an individual therapy session
in 2013 show her describing the assault as occurring in her “late teens.” But she told the Post and the Committee that she was 15 when the assault allegedly occurred. She has not turned over her therapy records for the Committee to review.
• While it is common for victims to be uncertain about dates, Dr. Ford failed to explain how she was suddenly able to narrow the timeframe to a particular season and particular year.
Dr. Ford has struggled to identify Judge Kavanaugh as the assailant by name.• No name was given in her 2012 marriage therapy notes.• No name was given in her 2013 individual therapy notes.• Dr. Ford’s husband claims to recall that she identified Judge Kavanaugh by name in
2012. At that point, Judge Kavanaugh’s name was widely reported in the press as a
potential Supreme Court nominee if Governor Romney won the presidential election.• In any event, it took Dr. Ford over thirty years to name her assailant. Delayed disclosure
of abuse is common so this is not dispositive.
When speaking with her husband, Dr. Ford changed her description of the incident to become less specific.
Dr. Ford testified that she told her husband about a “sexual assault” before they were married.But she told the Washington Post that she informed her husband that she was the victim of “physical abuse” at the beginning of their marriage.She testified that, both times, she was referring to the same incident.
Dr. Ford has no memory of key details of the night in question—details that could help corroborate her account.
• She does not remember who invited her to the party or how she heard about it.
• She does not remember how she got to the party.[image error][image error][image error][image error][image error][image error][image error]2She does not remember in what house the assault allegedly took place or where that house was located with any specificity.Perhaps most importantly, she does not remember how she got from the party back to her house.o Her inability to remember this detail raises significant questions.o She told the Washington Post that the party took place near the Columbia Country
Club. The Club is more than 7 miles from her childhood home as the crow flies,
and she testified that it was a roughly 20-minute drive from her childhood home.
o She also agreed for the first time in her testimony that she was driven somewhere
that night, either to the party or from the party or both.o Dr. Ford was able to describe hiding in the bathroom, locking the door, and
subsequently exiting the house. She also described wanting to make sure that she
did not look like she had been attacked.o But she has no memory of who drove her or when. Nor has anyone come forward
to identify him or herself as the driver.o Given that this all took place before cell phones, arranging a ride home would not
have been easy. Indeed, she stated that she ran out of the house after coming downstairs and did not state that she made a phone call from the house before she did, or that she called anyone else thereafter.
• She does, however, remember small, distinct details from the party unrelated to the assault. For example, she testified that she had exactly one beer at the party and was taking no medication at the time of the alleged assault.
Dr. Ford’s account of the alleged assault has not been corroborated by anyone she identified as having attended—including her lifelong friend.
Dr. Ford has named three people other than Judge Kavanaugh who attended the party— Mark Judge, Patrick “PJ” Smyth, and her lifelong friend Leland Keyser (née Ingham). Dr. Ford testified to the Committee that another boy attended the party, but that she could not remember his name. No others have come forward.All three named eyewitnesses have submitted statements to the Committee denying any memory of the party whatsoever. Most relevantly, in her first statement to the Committee, Ms. Keyser stated through counsel that, “[s]imply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.” In a subsequent statement to the Committee through counsel, Ms. Keyser said that “the simple and unchangeable truth is that she is unable to corroborate [Dr. Ford’s allegations] because she has no recollection of the incident in question.”
o Moreover, Dr. Ford testified that her friend Leland, apparently the only other girl at the party, did not follow up with Dr. Ford after the party to ask why she had suddenly disappeared.
Dr. Ford has not offered a consistent account of the alleged assault.• According to her letter to Senator Feinstein, Dr. Ford heard Judge Kavanaugh and Mark
Judge talking to other partygoers downstairs while she was hiding in the bathroom after the alleged assault. But according to her testimony, she could not hear them talking to anyone.[image error][image error][image error]3o In her letter, she stated, “I locked the door behind me. Both loudly stumbled down the stairwell, at which point other persons at the house were talking with them.”
o She testified that Judge Kavanaugh or Mark Judge turned up the music in the bedroom so that the people downstairs could not hear her scream. She testified that, after the incident, she ran into the bathroom, locked the door, and heard them going downstairs. But she maintained that she could not hear their conversation with others when they got downstairs. Instead, she testified that she “assum[ed]” a conversation took place.
• Her account of who was at the party has been inconsistent.o According to the Washington Post’s account of her therapy notes, there were four
boys in the bedroom in which she was assaulted.o She told the Washington Post that the notes were erroneous because there were
four boys at the party, but only two in the bedroom.o In her letter to Senator Feinstein, she said “me and 4 others” were present at the
party.o In her testimony, she said there were four boys in addition to Leland Keyser and
herself. She could not remember the name of the fourth boy, and no one has come
forward.o Dr. Ford listed Patrick “PJ” Smyth as a “bystander” in her statement to the
polygrapher and in her July 6 text to the Washington Post, although she testified that it was inaccurate to call him a bystander. She did not list Leland Keyser even though they are good friends. Leland Keyser’s presence should have been more memorable than PJ Smyth’s.
Dr. Ford has struggled to recall important recent events relating to her allegations, and her testimony regarding recent events raises further questions about her memory.
Dr. Ford struggled to remember her interactions with the Washington Post.o Dr. Ford could not remember if she showed a full or partial set of therapy notes to
the Washington Post reporter. She does not remember whether she showed the Post reporter the
therapist’s notes or her own summary of those notes. The Washington Postarticle said that “portions” of her “therapist’s notes” were “provided by Ford and reviewed by” the Post. But in her testimony, Dr. Ford could not recall whether she summarized the notes for the reporter or showed her the actual records.
o She does not remember if she actually had a copy of the notes when she texted theWashington Post WhatsApp account on July 6.
 Dr. Ford said in her first WhatsApp message to the Post that she “ha[d] therapy notes talking about” the incident when she contacted the Post’s tipline. She testified that she had reviewed her therapy notes before contacting the Post to determine whether the mentioned anything about the alleged incident, but could not remember if she had a copy of those notes, as she said in her WhatsApp message, or merely reviewed them in her therapist’s office.Dr. Ford refused to provide any of her therapy notes to the Committee.4[image error][image error]Dr. Ford’s explanation of why she disclosed her allegations the way she did raises questions.
o She claimed originally that she wished for her story to remain confidential, but the person operating the tipline at the Washington Post was the first person other than her therapist or husband to whom she disclosed the identity of her alleged attacker. She testified that she had a “sense of urgency to relay the information to the Senate and the president.” She did not contact the Senate, however, because she claims she “did not know how to do that.” She does not explain why she knew how to contact her Congresswoman but not her Senator.Dr. Ford could not remember if she was being audio- or video-recorded when she took the polygraph. And she could not remember whether the polygraph occurred the same day as her grandmother’s funeral or the day after her grandmother’s funeral.
o It would also have been inappropriate to administer a polygraph to someone who was grieving.
Dr. Ford’s description of the psychological impact of the event raises questions.• She maintains that she suffers from anxiety, claustrophobia, and post-traumatic stress
disorder (PTSD).o The date of the hearing was delayed because the Committee was informed that
her symptoms prevent her from flying. But she agreed during her testimony that she flies “fairly frequently for [her] hobbies and ... work.” She flies to the mid- Atlantic at least once a year to visit her family. She has flown to Hawaii, French Polynesia, and Costa Rica. She also flew to Washington, D.C. for the hearing.

o Note too that her attorneys refused a private hearing or interview. Dr. Ford testified that she was not “clear” on whether investigators were willing to travel to California to interview her. It therefore is not clear that her attorneys ever communicated Chairman Grassley’s offer to send investigators to meet her in California or wherever she wanted to meet to conduct the interview.
She alleges that she struggled academically in college, but she has never made any similar claim about her last two years of high school.It is significant that she used the word “contributed” when she described the psychological impact of the incident to the Washington Post. Use of the word “contributed” rather than “caused” suggests that other life events may have contributed to her symptoms. And when questioned on that point, said that she could think of “nothing as striking as” the alleged assault.

I am currently REDACTED and will be in REDACTED.In confidence, REDACTED.Questions about the PolygraphRachel Mitchell, a sex crimes prosecutor in Maricopa County, Arizona, who questioned Ford today, went out on what seems to be a strange tangent about the polygraph that Ford took in August. Surprisingly, it still prompted Ford to say a couple of very strange things. Ford said the polygraph was done in Maryland because of her grandmother’s funeral and she was asked if it was done on the same day as her grandmother’s funeral. Ford did not know the answer to that question. Mitchell also asked if she paid for the polygraph, which would normally be quite expensive, and again, Ford said she doesn’t know. If Ford doesn’t have a clear memory of big events that happened to her LAST MONTH, how can anyone be sure her memory of what happened 36 years ago is correct? Was Kavanaugh involved? You wouldn’t think someone could get confused about something like that, but you’d also think someone would know if she spent thousands of dollars paying for a polygraph last month.

John Hawkins previously noted weird issues with Professor’s Ford’s answers regarding the polygraph test she took, including her inability to say for sure when it happened and who paid for it. But, by her testimony, she sounded strangely ignorant of polygraphs, how they work, and was unable to say whether she was recorded, be it by video or audio. But, she said she was “asked a lot of questions” and described it as taking “much longer than I anticipated." She also said she“told my whole life story.” But, the committee was only provided with the results for two specific questions. Those two questions were based on a handwritten statement, and not multiple, specific questions about the incident. The statement also included revisions like cross-outs and added words. Dear Judge Kavanaugh "You are not alone" letter

Dear Judge Kavanaugh,

Notice I put a comma there after your name. This is not a business letter, this is a personal letter, a friendly letter. One friend to another. I am the friend you made during your testimony to the Senate in regard to the Politics of Personal Destruction.

I am also a fellow Christian. I want you to know that I am praying for you. For your wife, Ashley. For your precious little girls. For your friends who are giving you the support you need where you live. And for your friends all over this country who join me in this prayer.

Why do bad things happen to good people?

As I was thinking/praying for you this morning, God reminded me, "My strength is made great in your weakness." I am reminded of Daniel in the Lion's den, because that is what those Senate Democrats reminded me of.


I am sure that you, like me, have promised God in song and word, "I will go, I will go, to the ends of the earth, wherever you need me." I am sure you never thought that the ends of the earth would be the Senate Judiciary Committee. God apparently thinks you have immense strength to be able to carry this load. You represent him well.

When President Trump got elected,  I could almost hear the agonized groans and primal screams unleashed from the gates of Hell that manifested itself in the horrible eruption called "Resistance," with the violence of Antifa and all of the Deep State manipulation of our government. It takes courage. It takes Faith.  But, "Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world." Never forget.

The Devil is definitely at work in this world. "Thou shalt not bear false witness" is one of the Ten Commandments. Sadly, God saw what would happen in this world and for that reason he told Moses to chisel that Commandment. The consequences of bearing false witness is something we are seeing on the national TV.

The first Biblical example that comes to mind is Potiphar's wife. She concocted a plan and charged an innocent man.

But then came a turning point in Joseph’s life: “One day he went into the house to attend to his duties, and none of the household servants was inside. [Potiphar’s wife] caught him by his cloak and said, ‘Come to bed with me!’ But he left his cloak in her hand and ran out of the house” (Genesis 39:11–12). Potiphar’s wife, spurned again, stands there with Joseph’s cloak in her hand, and she chooses an angry, vindictive plan: “She called her household servants. ‘Look,’ she said to them, ‘this Hebrew . . . came in here to sleep with me, but I screamed. When he heard me scream for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house’” (verses 14–15).

When Potiphar came home, his wife showed him Joseph’s cloak and repeated the lie: “As soon as I screamed for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house. . . . This is how your slave treated me” (Genesis 39:18–19). Potiphar, outraged at Joseph’s supposed betrayal, put him in prison (verse 20).
The incident with Potiphar’s wife is bookended by two passages that speak of God’s love and blessing to Joseph. Joseph found favor in the eyes of the Egyptians among whom he lived and rose to a position of prominence in the house of Potiphar (Genesis 39:1–6). Joseph’s success and position was the direct result of God’s blessing (verses 2–3). When Joseph was wrongly accused and sent to prison, God remained faithful. God “showed [Joseph] kindness and granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden” (verse 21). Soon, the keeper of the prison had put Joseph in charge of the other prisoners and trusted him so fully that he no longer paid attention to anything that was under Joseph’s control (verses 22–23). Everything Joseph did succeeded because “the Lord was with Joseph” (verse 23).

The story of Potiphar’s wife is about loyalty as much as it is about resisting temptation. Potiphar’s wife was disloyal to her husband, but Joseph was loyal both to Potiphar and to God. 
God shows us amazing loyalty and faithfulness. It is part of His character. He is “compassionate and gracious . . . slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness” (Exodus 34:6). “For the word of the LORD is right and true; he is faithful in all he does” (Psalm 33:4). Joseph’s desire to be faithful and loyal to Potiphar was in response to God’s faithfulness to Him; Joseph was reflecting God’s character, which is what the godly do. “Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did” (1 John 2:6).
I am sure that Joseph asked God why? many times. Perhaps you can relate to that. 


And then there is Jezebel.


Without Ahab’s direct knowledge, Jezebel writes letters to her townsmen, enlisting them in an elaborate ruse to frame the innocent Naboth. To ensure their compliance, she signs Ahab’s name and stamps the letters with the king’s seal. Jezebel encourages the townsmen to publicly (and falsely) accuse Naboth of blaspheming God and king. “Then take him out and stone him to death,” she commands (1 Kings 21:10).
I am sure you feel as if you have been stoned. I find this observation on Jezebel from Biblical Archaeology interesting. We must admit that these radical Left women have left all reason behind as they listen to the propaganda saying that they will lose the right to an abortion. Ironically, Baal, the head god of the many gods that Jezebel worships, is the head fertility god of the Canaanites.

Jezebel gets involved in a land dispute.

She is driven to eliminate Israel’s faithful servants of God. So, why would these radical feminists and Leftists participate in eliminating faithful servants of God? Because they ARE NOT faithful servants of God and that makes a good man their enemy. Especially one they sense believes in the sanctity of life. The only time you hear God on their lips it is used as a curse word.
It seems to so many of us observing the world today that the sad words at the end of the book of Judges--"Every man did what was right in his own eyes" applies today just as it did then. The Senate Democrats could not withstand the scrutiny to which they submit you. If they did, Cory Booker, Bill Clinton and Keith Ellison would be under FBI scrutiny because there is actual evidence that they are guilty of sexual assault. 

How does one prove a negative? Every time the Democrats demanded that you call for an FBI I wondered, Why should he ask for them to investigate something he knew did not happen?
Your daughter's wisdom "let's pray for her" is testimony to the goodness of her father and mother. Your willingness to acknowledge that something bad must have happened to the woman ensnared into testifying against you is testament to a forgiving and generous heart. 
It looks likely to me that Christine Blasey Ford, perhaps with a bit of an adolescent crush on the older son of her father's golfing friend at Burning Tree, may indeed have had a very vivid nightmare with the most memorable part of the nightmare being hearing the laughter of Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. These two young men, seniors, could possibly have been totally unaware of the fifteen year old and the sting of that laughter, that an insecure girl imagined was instigated at her expense, manifested itself in a very vivid nightmare in which the two boys laughed at her. That very vivid nightmare when recalled became imprinted indelibly as a memory. 

Ford’s husband would later explain that Ford explicitly moved to the west coast to get away from the “D.C. scene.” He said to The Washington Post, “She didn’t always get along with her parents because of differing political views. It was a very male-dominated environment. Everyone was interested in what’s going on with the men, and the women are sidelined, and she didn’t get the attention or respect she felt she deserved. Might Blasey-Ford, as a psychologist interested in trauma, have been influenced by books on trauma that she might have read? 
Sources of Details That Could Affect Memory There are at least two important sources that could potentially feed into the construction of false memories. These include popular writings and therapists' suggestions. 

Popular Writings All roads on the search for popular writings inevitably lead to one, The Courage to Heal (Bass & Davis, 1988 ), often referred to as the "bible" of the incest book industry. The Courage to Heal advertises itself as a guide for women survivors of child sexual abuse. Although the book is undoubtedly a great comfort to the sexual abuse survivors who have been living with their private and painful memories, one cannot help but wonder about its effects on those who have no such memories. Readers who are wondering whether they might be victims of child sexual abuse are provided with a list of possible activities ranging from the relatively being (e.g., being held in a way that made them uncomfortable) to the unequivocally abusive (e.g., being raped or otherwise penetrated). Readers are then told "If you are unable to remember any specific instances like the ones mentioned above but still have a feeling that something abusive happened to you, it probably did" (p. 21). On the next page, the reader is told You may think you don't have memories, but often as you begin to talk about what you do remember, there emerges a constellation of feelings, reactions and recollections that add up to substantial information. To say, "I was abused," you don't need the kind of recall that would stand up in a court of law. Often the knowledge that you were abused starts with a tiny feeling, an intuition... Assume your feelings are valid. So far, no one we've talked to thought she might have been abused, and then later discovered that she hadn't been. The progression always goes the other way, from suspicion to confirmation. If you think you were abused and your life shows the symptoms, then you were. (p. 22) What symptoms? Blasey Ford was the perfect choice for the Radical Left to levy charges like Potiphar's wife while using Jezebel's model to enlist them in an elaborate ruse to frame the innocent Brett Kavanough. 
Through it all God found a way, just as He will with you. Joseph gained position and power to use in behalf of God's people. I pity those whose Judgement God will levy against those who stand against you. Stand firm. Be of courage. "God is not mocked."

Christine Blasey Ford v. Brett Kavanaugh THE POLITICS OF PERSONAL DESTRUCTION

She came first. In a very emotional little girl voice, Christine Blasey Ford spoke. She told a story of sexual misconduct. She recounted an event somewhere at some time the summer of 1982. She recalled others at the party including her best friend, Leland, a guy called P.J., Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh. She went up the stairs to go to the bathroom and was followed by two extremely inebriated young men, Judge and Kavanaugh, who sneaked up the stairs behind her. She remembers music in the room where the event occurred, but no music in the room below. One of the participants in the misdeed turned up the music and then jumped on her. After the roughhousing during which she claims she was groped, nearly smothered and laughed at, the three fell off the bed and she fled back to the bathroom and locked herself in.  The two extremely inebriated boys turned the music back down, "pinball" off the stairwell walls going down the steps and began a conversation below. Ford dreaded passing before everyone but could not remember anything about what did happen when she walked down the stairs to pass before everyone. She remembers leaving by the front door. Her recitation was emotional, sincere and compelling. 
Observations: 
1. All of the others cited as having been at the party deny any knowledge of any such event. 
2. The Judiciary Committee under the direction of Senator Grassley offered to accommodate Dr. Blasey Ford by coming to California. Her attorneys did not inform her. Indeed, they told the Judiciary Committee that she was so traumatized by the event in question that flying to Washington would be an ordeal. Senator Grassley extended the time so that Dr. Blasey Ford could drive to Washington. When asked how she got to Washington, she said that she flew. 
Mitchell: "You fly fairly frequently for your hobbies and you've had to fly for your work. Is that true?"Ford: "Correct. Unfortunately."Mitchell read from Ford's curriculum vitae, pointing to hobbies she pursues including "surf travel." Ford then confirmed she has flown to Hawaii, Coast Rica, South Pacific Islands and French Polynesia to surf.So, that was an apparent lie fabricated to extend the period of time before she would testify. 
3. When asked about when she acquired her attorneys, she said that Diane Feinstein helped her get her attorney.
4. She did not know about paying her attorney’s bills. Really? What wife and mother would not 

know about paying her bills?


a.     When asked who paid her attorneys she looked confused and befuddled and said something about “Go Fund Me” pages, though she is apparently well-to-do, owning two homes in California, holds a tenured position, and travels around the world to surf.
b.     Earlier during the dramatic hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Ford said she didn’t think she paid for the polygraph test herself and she does “not yet” know who did. Her attorneys conferred and then agreed that they are working “pro bono.” c.     The attorneys recommended by Diane Feinstein to Blasey Ford, includes Deborath Katz.  George Soros’ Open Society Policy Center has directly funded the Project on Government Oversight — whose vice chairwoman is none other than Debra Katz. Townhall characterized Katz’s background as “a long history of dismissing sexual assault allegations against liberal politicians, donating to left-wing causes, and even publicly demonizing all Trump advisors as ‘miscreants’ who are worse than deplorables.” Michael Bromwich, who flanked Blassey Ford on her other side, told the committee. “We are not being paid. We have no expectation of being paid.” He also represents Andrew McCabe. What Bromwich did not mention was that he not only was not being paid for his time representing Ford—he also left his job at a Washington law firm where he served as senior counsel.According to Bloomberg, Bromwich, 64, resigned from Robbins, Russell, Englert, Orseck, Untereiner & Sauber LLP, as some of the partners at the firm had objected to his decision to represent Ford. You can rest assured George Soros will make sure Bromwich gets remunerated.
5. She does not know with whom she came to the party nor how she got home. The country club where she assumes the party originated since she recalls wearing a one piece bathing suit is six miles from her home. 
6.  So, how could something that is evidently so real to Dr. Blasey Ford not be real?  Are Repressed Memories Accurate?  There are those with extreme positions who would like to deny the authenticity of all repressed memories and those who would accept them all as true. As Van Benschoten (1990) has pointed out, these extreme positions will exacerbate our problems: "Denial fosters overdetermination, and overdetermination invites denial" (p. 25). If we assume, then, that some of the memories might be authentic and some might not be, we can then raise this question: If a memory is recovered that is not authentic, where would it come from? Ganaway (1989) proposed several hypotheses to explain SRA memories, and these same ideas are relevant to memories of a repressed past. If not authentic, the memories could be due to fantasy, illusion, or hallucination-mediated screen memories, internally derived as a defense mechanism. Further paraphrasing Ganaway, the SRA memories combine a mixture of borrowed ideas, characters, myths, and accounts from exogenous sources with idiosyncratic internal beliefs. Once activated, the manufactured memories are indistinguishable from factual memories. Inauthentic memories could also be externally derived as a result of unintentional implantation of suggestion by a therapist or other perceived authority figure with whom the client desires a special relationship, interest, or approval.  
The Memories Are Not Authentic To say that memory might be false does not mean that the person is deliberately lying. Although lying is always possible, even psychotherapists who question the authenticity of reports have been impressed with the honesty and intensity of the terror, rage, guilt, depression, and overall behavioral dysfunction accompanying the awareness of abuse ( Ganaway, 1989, p. 211 ). There are at least two ways that false memories could come about. Honestly believed, but false, memories could come about, according to Ganaway (1989), because of internal or external sources. The internal drive to manufacture an abuse memory may come about as a way to provide a screen for perhaps more prosaic but, ironically, less tolerable, painful experiences of childhood. Creating a fantasy of abuse with its relatively clear-cut distinction between good and evil may provide the needed logical explanation for confusing experiences and feelings. It looks likely to me that Christine Blasey Ford, perhaps with a bit of an adolescent crush on the older son of her father's golfing friend at Burning Tree, may indeed have had a very vivid nightmare with the most memorable part of the nightmare being hearing the laughter of Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. These two young men, seniors, could possibly have been totally unaware of the fifteen year old and the sting of that manifested itself in a very vivid nightmare in which the two boys laughed at her. That very vivid nightmare when recalled became imprinted indelibly as a memory.

Does Blasey Ford's career as a psychologist (PH.D. in Educational Psychology) have anything to do with her own "recall"?  


Ford recalled that she ended up falling into a career researching trauma after a friend gave her a “harsh talk” and told her to pull it together (after failing statistics), advising her to study psychology because the major didn’t require classes to be taken in a specific order.Ford “wholly embraced the So-Cal lifestyle” during her postgraduate years, according to The Washington Post, and even took a one-year internship in Hawaii to finish her PhD.Ford’s husband would later explain that Ford explicitly moved to the west coast to get away from the “D.C. scene.” He said to The Washington Post, “She didn’t always get along with her parents because of differing political views. It was a very male-dominated environment. Everyone was interested in what’s going on with the men, and the women are sidelined, and she didn’t get the attention or respect she felt she deserved. Sources of Details That Could Affect Memory There are at least two important sources that could potentially feed into the construction of false memories. These include popular writings and therapists' suggestions. Popular Writings All roads on the search for popular writings inevitably lead to one, The Courage to Heal (Bass & Davis, 1988 ), often referred to as the "bible" of the incest book industry. The Courage to Heal advertises itself as a guide for women survivors of child sexual abuse. Although the book is undoubtedly a great comfort to the sexual abuse survivors who have been living with their private and painful memories, one cannot help but wonder about its effects on those who have no such memories. Readers who are wondering whether they might be victims of child sexual abuse are provided with a list of possible activities ranging from the relatively being (e.g., being held in a way that made them uncomfortable) to the unequivocally abusive (e.g., being raped or otherwise penetrated). Readers are then told "If you are unable to remember any specific instances like the ones mentioned above but still have a feeling that something abusive happened to you, it probably did" (p. 21). On the next page, the reader is told You may think you don't have memories, but often as you begin to talk about what you do remember, there emerges a constellation of feelings, reactions and recollections that add up to substantial information. To say, "I was abused," you don't need the kind of recall that would stand up in a court of law. Often the knowledge that you were abused starts with a tiny feeling, an intuition... Assume your feelings are valid. So far, no one we've talked to thought she might have been abused, and then later discovered that she hadn't been. The progression always goes the other way, from suspicion to confirmation. If you think you were abused and your life shows the symptoms, then you were. (p. 22) What symptoms? Nearly convinced. 

And then Brett Kavanaugh came into the room for his testimony clutching his wife’s hand and surrounded by guards in uniform. You could tell the man was sleep deprived and emotionally drained. He came armed with indignation at how the reputation he had worked so hard to acquire –long hours studying, going to church, doing volunteer work, coaching his daughter’s basketball teams, and listening to causes to adjudicate fairly. With years of service and accomplishment, now at the pinnacle of his career, he must experience a drive-by ambush, an attack on him and his family by people he does not know or was only vaguely familiar with.  With no regard to the consequences on his family and little girls, the Democrats sought and stirred up innuendo and malicious accusations by women who are more political than honest. Some so absolutely horrific as to be ridiculous, yet the Democrats give them credibility because “women must be believed.” 
Kavanaugh emphatically denied Blasey Ford accusations, struck back at individual Democrat Senators for calling him evil and everyone associated with him evil, and labeled what should have been Senatorial "advise and consent" to "seek and destroy!" 
After listing all of the horrible experiences his family had endured during the time the Democrats stalled, Kavanaugh proclaimed, “This grotesque and coordinated character assassination will dissuade competence in good people of all political persuasions from serving our country.”Amen. Democrats, show the truth of your indignation! Your righteousness! Apply the same standards to your own Party!

Juanita Brodderick is waiting for you to apply all of that fiery indignation by supporting her! Karen Monahan, the woman Keith Ellison abused, waits for you to defend her with the same fury. Then go after Cory Booker who admitted in a column titled 'stealing second' that he wrote in the Stanford student newspaper in 1992 about fumbling a girl's breast at a party. I just wonder if you are as disgusted as I am at the hypocrisy of these folks. The Ends Justifies the Means has long been the ideology of socialists. And you see it in action, I believe, in this newest she said/he said 36 year buried accusation. What is the real goal here? It is pretty obvious by the people who surround her. Like, for example Debra Katz, her attorney.
The Democrats play with guerrilla warfare and Republicans dance around with Marquess of Queensbury Rules. Gentlemen of the Senate condescend to the little ladies treating them with manners and respect while the little ladies hiss, grow talons, grab grenades and attack with vengeance while all of their supporters rally around. There is no tactic too low for them to support. Because you see, the Resist Movement has no morality. They have one goal: Democratic Socialism with "no borders, no walls, sanctuary for all." 
We are in the middle of a Revolution and Conservatives didn't get the memo. There is an organized coup underway and the fate of our nation may rest in the hands of that slight majority in the Senate.

Townhall characterized Katz’s background as “a long history of dismissing sexual assault allegations against liberal politicians, donating to left-wing causes, and even publicly demonizing all Trump advisors as ‘miscreants’ who are worse than deplorables.” It certainly looks like there is more to the current state of affairs regarding the Kavanaugh hearings than just vetting a Supreme Court jurist. What is the Modus Operandi of liberal women? Level a sexual accusation and suddenly the male is guilty. Just the words make the man guilty. Whatever happened to fairness or equal justice under the law? Remember the Duke Lacrosse Players? 
Do I as a woman think a woman would falsely accuse someone of something so painful as a sexual assault? You betcha. Ever hear of a black widow spider? How about Mata Hari? I have no doubt the vulgar women of this resist movement would lodge false sex allegations if convinced it was good for their cause. They are sitting back with an appletini laughing up their sleeves at how they have these people dancing to their tune -- just because some folks actually believe that other folks share the same sense of honor. 

I am reminded of the British insisting on marching in straight lines in their red coated uniforms while the Americans who really knew what they were fighting for utilized guerrilla tactics and toppled the greatest Army in the world. Conservatives -- You are the British waiting to get shot. Wrap your mind around what is really happening and what is at stake. 
Don't think that the lunatic left that is so involved in the RESIST movement would not plot something like this! Madonna already said she would like to blow up the White House. Naomi Judd proclaimed, with pride, mind you, that she is a "dirty" woman. Guess what? They mean it!
Hillary Clinton called all the women Bill Clinton abused and raped all kinds of horrible names. Bill Clinton is honored at Democrat gatherings. Hillary set up a war room to deal with "Bimbo Eruptions." Ted Kennedy killed a woman and he became the "lion of the Senate." Keith Ellison is caught on tape abusing a girlfriend and he remains in place in the DNC. 
If this behavior truly offended these women, they would not give safe harbor to their own offenders. And so, I truly do not think they would hesitate to organize an assault on an honorable man. Democrat women (especially Hillary) cozied up to Harvey Weinstein for money and now they dare to presume moral high ground!




Dr. Blasey Ford, represented by an activist in George Soros' organizations, Debra Katz, claims to have been groped 36 years ago at a place she cannot remember at a party (her and four others, I guess that included Kavanaugh and his friend, so that would leave two others) she barely recalls, but she can name Brett Kavanaugh committing an act none others who knew him can imagine him committing. 
Don't you wonder why those Holton Arms high school yearbooks were scrubbed? Apparently not soon enough. Blasey Ford appears in these yearbooks from her eighth grade forward. 




"...loss of consciousness is often an integral party of the party scene." This is from the yearbook from the private school Christine Blasey Ford attended. Apparently drinking to blacking out was a common thing for this school and it is chronicled in the yearbook. So, when Blasey Ford claims that 
"She was terrified, she said, that she would be in trouble if her parents realized she had been at a party where teenagers were drinking, and she worried they might figure it out even if she did not tell them." One must wonder how truthful she is being when evidence of her involvement in alcohol and intoxication is rampant in her yearbook.  


She was fifteen? On the streets alone? Two other people other than the accused were at the party and they didn't realize this young woman had left? And why would anyone suspect a political agenda here? 

The Letter (which no one, except Feinstein can see) was submitted in July and it just surfaced at the last minute. And now, claiming victimhood (and she's a feminist?) can't stand the scrutiny to which any man (I thought there was supposed to be equality) would have to submit.

Women! Are you equal? Are you strong and empowered? Or are you Victims? Too intimidated to face the man you accuse? 
His major crimes? He's white. He's Male. He is a Constitutionalist. Why might she remember his name? Because his mother is the judge who granted a motion for dismissal in a foreclosure brought against the parents of Blasey Ford. And because of that he deserves "lynching," as Clarence called the attack of the Left years ago. 
I am appalled that Grassley has kowtowed to this travesty of feminist blackmail. Blasey-Ford, obviously a feminist, would deny Kavanaugh his Constitutional right to face his accuser. She makes restrictions on who would proceed first according to her own edict and is not respectful of normal procedure or to the traditions of the Senate. Who does she think she is? As someone so succinctly put it, she wants Kavanauagh to swing before the ball is thrown. 
Why do feminists think they are above the rules of the Senate?
They claim equality but latch onto victimhood at any opportunity if it furthers their cause. . 
What would Hillary say? Why, her words are recorded when Bill stood accused with much more evidence.

Grade Level Reading (GLR) Another Con Game in Education?

Do you see that 60 percent of Florida's fourth graders are not reading on grade level?

This is not a new problem. Retarding America: the Imprisonment of Potential discusses the same findings in a Justice Department Study released in 1993. No telling how much money has been spent doing exactly the OPPOSITE of what this book finds. Phonics works to teach ALL children to read. But, Progressive reading instruction has been made so complicated and obtuse they really do not actually teach children to read.

I have five grandchildren and the oldest three have ALL had special tutoring. Why? Because two were taught with Sing Spell Read and Write that has now been bought by Pearson a partner in the education cabal with Bill Gates with Common core. That program has now been corrupted with the "eclectic" approach favored by the Education Establishment. Sue Dickson created a good program. Pearson bought it and corrupted it. Both of those were at private schools.

The third attended first grade in a public school in Mobile, Alabama. It was a given that Whole Language would be the method, but it was touted as the best in Mobile. I had hope that a good Phonics background might possibly have infiltrated. He came to visit and in listening to him "read" I knew it had not and he needed help. And fast. I do not believe in waiting until the third grade to "fix it". By then they are so discouraged they have given up.





Let me share with you the Education Establishment's idea of training for teaching reading.  These are "attack skills" for reading. If you see this in your child's classroom, RUN!



The "methods" above will be taught in a Progressive classroom. That is why children are illiterate. Below you will find a screen shot from the Florida State University catalog. Do you see phonics anywhere?   Do you see anything regarding using Explicit Phonics to Directly instruct children in reading?  Below you will see how important Hillsdale College considers Phonics. 
Notice HILLSDALE COLLEGE calls it EXPLICIT PHONICS and that is quite different from ECLECTIC/WHOLE LANGUAGE.

So what is Grade Level Reading? First of all it is a bigoted concept that makes distinctions between the abilities of children in different economic strata. Why is their answer always something new and untested? Why not use a program known for its effectiveness for all children?

I just love that part about "world-class standards" and "equitable opportunity"! Just what does that mean? I would prefer United States standards since our education system was ONCE THE ENVY OF THE WORLD! But now that we have COMMON CORE BASED ON THE WORLD CORE CURRICULUM OF ROBERT MULLER AND THE UNITED NATIONS, THOSE STANDARDS HAVE DECLINED!

NOW BACK TO THIS GRADE LEVEL READING. YOU SEE A CAMPAIGN AND A LOT OF MONEY SPENT, BUT HAS THIS BEEN TESTED ANYWHERE? WHAT IS THE EMPIRICAL DATA ON THIS? OR ARE WE JUST DOING ANOTHER FEEL GOOD PROJECT BASED ON POLITICS AND NOT DATA?





NOW WE GET DOWN TO THE FUNDERS FOR THIS PROJECT. GEORGE SOROS AND THE OPEN SOCIETY FOUNDATIONS MAKE ME NERVOUS AS DOES THE CHAN ZUCKERBERG INITIATIVE KNOWING HOW BIASED THEY ARE AGAINST ANYTHING CONSERVATIVE.

Apparently Systematic, Intensive, Direct and Early Phonics Instruction is now considered "conservative" since mainly Christian schools use it. And yet, all children, black and white learn best with Intensive Phonics. Marva Collins used Professor Phonics Gives Sound Advice and Open Court Readers and taught minority children labeled Learning Disabled/Dyslexic/etc. to read when the public schools could not.


My conclusion regarding the Grade Level Reading is that third grade is too late to begin teaching children to read. That was exactly what we saw with our grandson. According to the school, he was doing fine. But listening to him attempt to read I knew he was struggling. We sent him to Diane Steensland, the only person I know who can identify, analyze and remediate effectively. She showed me how he could sound out the initial sound and the ending sound and would guess what might be in the middle. If you look above at those "attack skills" you will see that according to Progressive teaching, he was doing as he had been instructed--guessing. He now attends an ABEKA school and thrives. Praise God!

Now, it would appear Grade Level Reading is doing another one of those feel good campaigns that I have seen so often.

There an excellent Phonics program that works for all children, but it is so effective and inexpensive the Establishment Educators refuse to use it!

Fifty Years Ago. 1968 was a very good year! Dothan High School, Senior Trip, Delta Delta Delta, Found a future husband and enjoyed Very good friends!

1968 was a very big year in my life. I missed our fifty year reunion, but thought some folks might enjoy a look back. Add these pictures to your collection if they are also a part of your own memories! Dothan, Alabama was a great place to grow up!







I had the privilege of being a cheerleader, something that had never been something I had thought I would ever do. But, when I entered High School, I decided to try out for just about everything and miracle of miracles, I did it! So many wonderful things happened that year.

My first boyfriend, Bobby Geiger, got killed coming home from Auburn while I was at cheerleader camp the summer of 1966. Such a fine young man.

And then, I got lavaliered to this handsome KA, David Upton, the nephew of Ben Upton who sold State Farm Insurance in Dothan. His uncle sent him with a bowl of scuppernongs to our house.

And then I went off to college. I had the best surprise roommate! She and I met for the very first time at Martha Parham Hall on the University of Alabama Campus. Donna Jo Rumore from Birmingham, Alabama! She was the daughter of Joe Rumore of Rumor's Record Rack who had a radio show. She was the very best of roommates.

Our pledge class. The day I nearly dropped out of college doing drop and add. I missed the phot shoot. I called Joe at the Pi Kappa Phi house and told him I was about to call my mother. He and Robert Grimes came and took me out for ice cream. I stayed. 













As pledges we were responsible for the decorations on the Trip Delta House and to march in the Homecoming Parade. Our theme was the Bear Necessities. (The movie Jungle Book and the play on Bear Bryant. Get it?) Ann Kerrigan and I led in pulling the float down University Boulevard. 






By the end of 1968 (November) I was pinned to Joel Ramsey, Pi Kappa Phi, who brought fraternity brothers to help us DDD pledges create the Homecoming transformation on the Trip Delta House. That co-operative venture brought a husband to Susan Kuster as well as me!

Fifty years ago. My!  Time has just flown by! I guess there is nothing really  special about this. It just happens to be my time and that makes it very special to me. This is a time capsule of one version of 1968. It is special because of those who shared it with me and who remain dear to me.
