Walking Disaster by Jamie Mcquire Review
I only thought I was in love after I read Beautiful Disaster but I wasn't .....now I'm completely madly HEAD OVER HILLS IN LOVE !! I absolutely am excited about how I was reading the same story but yet totally different at the same time. The ending... well it was outright perfect ! Just when I thought it was over it wasn't ! Travis Maddox is beyond the best book boyfriend and I loved being inside his head ... all around if you didn't get it..I LOVED IT ! How this story could get a rating below 5 stars is beyond me. Jamie Mcquire is a creative, brillant writer that will keep you wanting more...and yes I do want more. Guess I'll just have to very impatiently wait for the movie to come out then gush some more.5 +++++ stars !

Every story has two sides. In Beautiful Disaster, Abby had her say. Now it’s time to see the story through Travis’s eyes

Meet Author Stephanie Lawton
After collecting a couple English degrees in the Midwest, Stephanie Lawton suddenly awoke in the deepest reaches of the Deep South. Culture shock inspired her to write about Mobile, Alabama, her adopted city, and all the ways Southern culture, history and attitudes seduce the unsuspecting.A lover of all things gothic, she can often be spotted photographing old cemeteries, historic buildings and, ironically, the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. She also has a tendency to psychoanalyze people, which comes in handy when creating character profiles.

It’s been six years since Dylanie and her family visited a Civil War site and the place came alive with cannon fire. Problem was, no one could hear it but her.
Now she’s sixteen, her dad’s moved out, her mom’s come out of the closet and Dylan’s got a spot on Paranormal Teen, a reality TV show filming at historic Oakleigh Mansion. She’ll spend a weekend with two other psychic teens—Jake and Ashley—learning how to control her abilities.
None of them realized how much their emotional baggage would put them at the mercy of Oakleigh’s resident spirits, or that they’d find themselves pawns in the 150-year-old battle for the South’s legendary Confederate gold. Each must conquer their personal ghosts to face down Jackson, a seductive spirit who will do anything to protect the gold’s current location and avenge a heinous attack that destroyed his family

I’ve been beautiful. I’ve been ugly. I’ve died. I’ve been brought back. I’ve had abilities awakened within me. My strength has been tested. My beliefs have been tested.
Yet I stand.
What’s next when you’ve pretty much experienced it all?
The end.

Imitation (Clone Chronicles Book 1) by Heather Hildenbrand Review
Everyone is exactly like me.
There is no one like me.
The rough fabric of my cotton nightgown chafes so I lie very still. They say my discomfort comes from being built like one accustomed to niceties. How is that fair when I myself have never experienced anything but copies of the real thing?
My entire life is an imitation.
I am an Imitation.
I’ve been here five years. Training. Preparing. Waiting.
And now I have a letter.
My assignment has begun.
I am a prisoner.
I am not Raven Rogen.
I am here to die.
I was originally suppose to have my review up by the 22nd but after finishing this book earlier today I'm afraid it just couldn't wait. Of course I can't start this review off without gushing over the cover for a moment so excuse me....
Is it not BEAUTIMOUS !!!! The green eyes really set it off and make it eye catching ! Most know by now that covers are a big thing with me as is the opening lines in the first chapter which was another grand slam ! Another big pull in for me was the tone of the main Character's (Ven) voice. It was perfect. As I read ,it was as if I can see it all clearly in my head almost like I was watching a movie ! After reading alot of the same genre lately (college aged romance)-sucker for it- this was a nice change up and even though I'm completely in love with Wes from Heather's Dirty Blood Series he may have to move over a little for Linc. Who doesn't love a protective Body guard ?!? Already anxiously waiting for the next installment of this series. You will not be disappointed so grab your copy and enjoy !!
Copies can be purchased at Amazon and Barnes& Noble !

Abbi Glines While it lasts Review !
Abbi Glines has done it once again ! Amazing ! While it lasts had me teary eyed within the first 5 pages ! I wasn't a big fan of Cage's in Because of Low but I loved reading his story and seeing how his character changed so much. It's definetely for an older audience- I wouldn't let my thirteen year old niece read it that's for sure. Loved every minute of it though and makes me even more excited for Preston's story to come out. Get your copy today for only 3.99 on Amazon !

Product DescriptionMaybe driving home after a few (or more) shots of tequila had been a bad idea, but hell, he did it all the time. The cops had to have been freaking bored to have pulled him over. He wasn’t even swerving! That’s Cage York’s story and he’s sticking to it.
Unfortunately, his baseball coach isn’t buying it. Cage has a free ride to the local junior college for baseball -- or he did, until he’d gotten a DUI. Now, Cage has to decide: does he drop out and give up his dream of getting noticed by a college in the SEC, and possibly making it into the Major Leagues -- or does he give in to his coach’s demands and spend his summer baling hay?
Eva Brooks planned out her life step by step when she was eight years old. Not once over the years had she lost sight of her goals. Josh Beasley, her next door neighbor, had been the center of those goals. He’d been her first boyfriend at seven, her first kiss at ten, her first date at fifteen, and her first tragedy at eighteen. The moment she’d received the phone call from Josh’s mother saying he’d been killed along with four other soldiers just north of Baghdad, Eva’s carefully planned life imploded in the worst way possible.
Cage isn’t real happy with his closet-sized bedroom in the back of a foul smelling barn, or his daily interactions with cows, but he knows that if he doesn’t make his coach happy then he can kiss his scholarship goodbye. Only a sick and twisted man would decide his punishment was to be working on a farm all summer. No hot babes in bikinis waiting to meet a Southern boy to make her vacation complete. Just him and the damned cows.
Oh -- and an uptight, snarky brunette with the biggest blue eyes he’s every seen. But she doesn’t count, because as hard as he’s tried to charm her out of her panties - he’s pretty sure she’d rather see him hung from the rafters than let him get a taste of her pretty little lips.
Warning: This is not a young adult book. It is impossible to get into Cage York's head and keep it clean enough for YA. Language, sex, and alcohol were used in the making of this book... wait that sounds wrong doesn't it?

Title: Bewitched (Heven and Hell #2.5)Genre: YA paranormalPublisher: Cambria HebertRelease date: October 5, 2012Format: Ebook only (for now) ~Bewitched Blurb
For years, I accepted that Heven was more popular than me. I never liked it but I lived with it. I walked in her shadow, I stood by her when no one else would. When I finally thought her spotlight was mine things began to change. She began to change. Now she hardly ever calls me back, she spends all her time with her hot new boyfriend and everyone at school thinks she’s back on top. She had it all. But apparently she wants more. She wants Cole – my boyfriend. What’s worse is that it looks like she got him. I’ve had enough and she’s going to be sorry. Why?
Because I am bewitched. And to make the reveal even better here's an EXPERT !
BEWITCHED Expert : Working out was for jocks. Homework was for nerds and I wasn’t a jock or a nerd. Yet, here I was, sweating through my favorite Victoria Secret yoga pants and tank with a headache the size of Macy’s. Learning about my powers was hard work. I thought it would come naturally. My brain was hurting from concentrating and my muscles were actually sore from effort. I thought longingly of the potion in the green bottle that Hecate had given me—a little sip would make it that much easier to use my powers, but she took it away. Apparently, I had all the power she wanted me to have. It kind of pissed me off. In fact, I was feeling pretty disgruntled all around. I was hot, I was sweaty, my head hurt and my hair was frizzy. Not to mention I had been wearing sneakers far too long. Thank goodness Hecate was gone. I actually had been glad not to be alone after the “bone incident,” but now I was ready for some alone time. I felt stronger. Feeling strong plus feeling disgruntled equaled somebody was gonna get hurt. I was standing in my yard near the lake and I glanced up at the moon before heading inside. It was low and swollen tonight—a haunting moon. It sent a shiver up my spine. I thought briefly about going to Heven’s and treating her to a little of what she deserved. I even looked toward the driveway as I walked, but I wasn’t going anywhere looking like this. I went into the house and began climbing the stairs. Halfway up, I heard a noise in the kitchen and I paused. My parents were still out of town. It wasn’t the maid’s day to be here… unless she came early. Another thud in the kitchen had me spinning on the stairs to see what it was. “Mary?” I called out. “Is that you?” Maybe she switched her schedule around and I didn’t know about it. Maybe I could get her to make me a latté. No one answered, and the noises in the kitchen fell silent. I stopped at the bottom of the stairs and listened, wondering if I had heard anything at all. “Hello?” I called again, this time more unsure. This time a fine chill raced up my back. Suddenly being alone in this big house was scary. Clink, clink, clink. Okay, I wasn’t hearing things. Someone was there. I stepped off the stairs and walked through the foyer in the direction of the kitchen. I heard the cat hiss and I paused again. Clover was too lazy to hiss at a mouse. Something in my stomach turned cold and hard. I looked over my shoulder at the massive front doors to the alarm keypad and the distress button. But it was too late for pressing buttons. Clover burst around the corner with a hideous screech and barreled into me, hitting me in the knees and causing me to stumble. The cat didn’t even stop. I could hear his claws scraping frantically across the tiles. “What the…” I began as I straightened, but then something lurched around the corner after the cat. It was hideous. It stood about a foot taller than me with wide shoulders that were uneven looking—one was lower than the other—and a wild mane of bushy orange hair that seemed to create a cloud around its pasty, white face. Its lips were black and it had a nasty row of teeth that had seen a lot of decay. It had large purple circles around its eyes, which seemed to have no color at all. It looked like a psychotic clown. I screamed and took a step backward, and the thing grinned. I went running but it lunged and caught me around the wrist, pulling me back. I struggled, kicking out, but it was no use, his grip was too strong. Without any warning it reached up and snatched my silver pendant right off my neck. “Hey!” I screamed as it shoved me away. I fell onto my butt and stared up at the glittering silver heart as it dangled from the nasty clown’s hands. Cole had given that to me. It was the last gift he had given me before we broke up. Anger surged into my chest, making me hot. “Give that back.” Freaky Clown gave me another frightening grin and ran back into the kitchen, disappearing from sight. I ran after it, running into a solid wall of… offensiveness. ** IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH BE SURE TO GRAB YOUR EBOOK COPY OCTOBER 5, 2012

Review : The wild ones by M.Leighton
I knew I'd love this book just because of who wrote it ! I'm in love with all of the M.Leighton books I've read especially BLP ..love me some Bo.. but Bo may have some competition now . Trick... isn't the name alone sexy?! I think so . Trick is an all around eat your heart out character . Who doesn't love a good ole country boy that loves horses ? *girly squeak* It physically hurt to put this book down ..needless to say i'm behind on laundry and my work is piling up . I devoured the pages then felt like I'd lost a bestfriend when I reached the end then to make it worse it haunted my dreams lastnight. It's still on my brain today and let's not forget the cover ....WOW (perfect screen saver) ! So much sexiness thrown into 330 pages and I still wish there was more. I'm voting for an after happy ending short story ! *wink wink* Thank you Mrs.Leighton for your fantastic imagination !!

Amazon Description: Passion as hot as midnight in the South and love as wild as the horses they tame.
Camille “Cami” Hines is the darling daughter of the South’s champion thoroughbred breeder, Jack Hines. She has a pedigree that rivals some of her father’s best horses. Other than feeling a little suffocated at times, Cami thought she was pretty happy with her boyfriend, her life and her future.
But that was before she met Patrick Henley.
“Trick” blurs the lines between what Cami wants and what is expected of her. He’s considered the “help,” which is forbidden fruit as far as her father is concerned, not to mention that Trick would be fired if he ever laid a hand on her. And Trick needs his job. Desperately. His family depends on him.
The heart wants what the heart wants, though, and Trick and Cami are drawn to each other despite the obstacles. At least the ones they know of.
When Trick stumbles upon a note from his father, it triggers a series of revelations that could ruin what he and Cami have worked so hard to overcome. It turns out there’s more to Trick’s presence at the ranch than either of them knew, secrets that could tear them apart.
