Yesterday, I posted back-to-back posts about the Springield, Illinois diocese's condemnation of those deviant gays and their deviant sex lives. And now this:

The National Organization For Marriage has joined the far-right factions in Illinois who are calling for Pat Brady, the state's pro-equality GOP chair, to step down:
NOM joins with voices from across the state in demanding that Pat Brady step down or be removed as leader of the party.

And now in right-side-of-history news: Marriage bills introduced in RI
The race to become the tenth state (plus D.C.) gains more steam:
PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- With the 2013 legislation session in just its third day, lawmakers in the House and Senate introduced bills Thursday that would legalize same-sex marriage. [Providence Journal]
So now have Illinois and Rhode Island in the immediate race, with other states (Minnesota and Delaware, notably) in the 2013 pipe.
It's weird, this feeling that time is finally flowing forward. But it's nice.
