Let's see NOM promote this study like they promoted Regnerus
My buddy Zack Ford brings the good word:
The Australian Study of Child Health in Same-Sex Families is the world’s largest attempt to study how children raised by same-sex couples compare to children raised by heterosexual couples. According to a preliminary report on the study of 500 children across the country of Australia, these young people are not only thriving, but also have higher rates of family cohesion than other families:

What's the fear, MassResistance—that the Sox will be trendier, higher quality, and better match the pants?
A rabid group aims to protect the sanctity of peanuts and cracker jacks:

MassResistance has indicated that they will be outside passing out anti-gay materials, knocking all of the other promotional items you've ever received at games down a notch on the rank of lame ballpark souvenirs.

Out of ways to actually stop us, Minnesota For Marriage resorts to silly memes
They lost in November of 2012. They lost in the state legislature in May of 2013. So now, with marriage equality a reality and no political options to stop it, Minnesota's anti-equality group is dedicating its time to creating photo memes that call our marriages "make-believe" and compares them to a pile of bricks:
MN For Marriage [Facebook]
At least I think that's a pile of bricks. Looks kind of like slices of vienna sausage.
But whatever's going on in the right panel, I couldn't care much less...
Tony Perkins: Gays less like 'Glee,' more like 'American Horror Story'
Tony Perkins has a few thoughts on the state of LGBT-inclusive television. Basically, in Tony's mind, our on-screen counterparts are just fairy tales running cover for the sick, nasty, Savage LGBT bullies that exist in real life:
Is marriage headed for a Hollywood ending? Hello, I’m Tony Perkins with the Family Research Council in Washington. The debate over same-sex marriage has been perfectly scripted by Hollywood. Television shows are full of lovable gay characters, whose dangerous lifestyl...
What Illinois really teaches us: that we must still do the work
In the days since the the Illinois House failed to vote on a marriage bill, we've seen socially conservative groups look to the state as some sort of a bright light. Groups like the National Organization For Marriage are trying to frame the Land of Lincoln as abeacon—as a ray of hope that will guide them out of the political wilderness.
They are of course wrong. This is a delay, not a repudiation. Most likely, Illinois will advance equality in the fall of this very year. If not, this state, li...

Video: Peter LaBarbera and Co. help America see anti-LGBT agenda's true extremities
The first video from today's silly little stunt comes to us from a conservative outlet called "America Survival." Watch as much or as little as you want:
It looks like a Hollywood interpretation of what a misguided anti-gay protest would look like. Like from a John Waters movie or something.

Rep. Blumenauer to NOM: You 'divide, exploit, conquer'
Frustrated by what he heard in today's House Ways and Means Committee hearing, a Democratic Congressman is now questioning the National Organization for Marriage's very DNA:
Last year, internal National Organization for Marriage (NOM) strategy documents were leaked, stating that the organization seeks "to drive a wedge between gays and blacks" by promoting "African American spokespeople for marriage," thus provoking same-sex marriage supporters into "denouncing these spokesmen and women as big...
Scott Lively says he's against Uganda 'kill the gays' provision; still applauds bill backers' 'courage'
Scott Lively is, of course, the American most associated with fomenting anti-gay hostility in Uganda, the African nation where a truly scary bill keeps rearing its guy head. And while Mr. Lively continues to claim that he wishes those pesky pushes for murder were not attached to the proposed law, the "pro-family" ati still uses words like "courage" and "encouraging" to describe the push and people behind it:
In March of this year I had the privilege of addressing members of the Ugandan parliam...

Geez, Peter, slap a parental advisory warning on your tune! There might be children listening.

Dogged discrimination: CO confectioner will bake for canines, not lesbians
And now another experiment involving cakes, once again exposing the arbitrary and ultimately untenable attempt to target gays for discrimination:
Stephanie Schmalz and her partner, Jeanine, wanted to order some cupcakes to celebrate their commitment ceremony. They contacted Masterpiece Cake Shop in Lakewood, Colorado, but the store refused to take their order, informing the couple that they have a strict policy against selling cakes for same-sex weddings and ceremonies.
Then Stephanie tried a l...
