Does an agenda-driven, scientifically-rebuked movement that created its own in-flux status need civil rights?

Appearing today on Janet Mefferd's extremely anti-LGBT radio show, John Stemberger, the head of the newly announced Trail Life USA (i.e. the decidedly anti-gay Boy Scouts), engaged in some of his most anti-gay comments yet.
