Fabulous Fall Foliage Part Two
After the kids left Sunday afternoon, hubby and I discussed what we were going to do for the rest of the day. Of course, hubby wanted to either work on his car, or watch football. Me? Weekend Celebration!
Hello, sweet friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
I have to say this one ranks up there pretty high on my list of BEST weekends ever! Having all my family under the same roof always makes me so happy-and the fact that our little celebration for our new addition went off without a hitch-well, that was a definite BONUS!!!
Of course, I never would have been able to pull it off

Sensational Sunday Love Links!
This morning it was 28 degrees when we woke up! Brrrr! A bit frosty-but it is to be expected here in Minnesota. Although I am not excited about the colder weather-it's presence here isn't all bad. There is something about the 'cold' snap that seems to draw out the fall colors in the trees, and I've been out capturing their beauty this weekend!!

A Fireplace Makeover!
I've dreamed of having a massive-brick fireplace, with a chunky wood mantel, ever since I was just a little girl. Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration. Back then, the only dreams I probably had were about a brand new Barbie doll, or a REAL horse!!! But you get the picture, right?

Fall Tablescape!
Hubby and I had friends over this last weekend for an early fall brunch! Nothing fancy-just a casual affair-but even so, I wanted it to be special.
I started by putting some touches of fall in the dining room.
