Almond Snowball Cookies
Mom and I started our own Christmas tradition years ago, when we decided to join forces, and bake all of our families favorite treats in one day. It seemed like the most logical solution for both of us, especially since we usually baked the same cookies and candy, and inevitably, ended up with way more than everyone could eat! (Besides, you should see the two of us in the kitchen together!!!

I sure have missed you all these last five days-but I truly needed to just step away from the blog and really my computer-and spend some quality time with my hubby and family.

Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Every Sunday, I sit down and try to come up with a new and exciting dinner menu for the following week. I started doing this several years ago-because I found it not only saved time, but also a whole lot of frustration in deciding what to cook. More importantly though, I often times create a menu around what's on sale at our local grocery store-which in the end, saves us money!

Christmas Wall Art
Let me start by saying how much I envy those folks who were born with the crafty gene! How wonderful it must be-to pick up a pair of scissors, a sheet of a construction paper, and glue stick, and within minutes, create a masterpiece!!!
