Coffee Enemas: Is This A Health Practice Worth Trying?
A couple of weeks ago, a good friend commented on her status about taking her evening dose of psyllium. Now, I know of many people who have a cup of coffee first thing in the morning to get things moving. I do this too sometimes, but it's not what you think.
Are you ready to talk enemas? I do think it's time. If you have my Green Smoothie Cleanse you have likely seen my little one pager on the importance of and how to with a regular enema. I don't include this information because I am some insane nutritionista without a grasp on what peeps are really willing to do for their health.
