You Get One Life In Indie Game Upsilon Circuit

Check out this Wired article about a new indie game called Upsilon Circuit. My first thought about this: this concept makes the cost of the game really important. My second thought: the audience interaction is really the true aspect of the game.

Proper Use Of Horse Poo In Metal Gear Solid V, The Phantom Pain

In case you hadn’t found this out yet, you can command your horse “buddy” to defecate on command (natch’). What you might not have known, however, is that this particular horse poo will make vehicles spin out of control when contacted (double natch’). This can be highly useful, especially on Mission 09.

Weaveworld to become TV show?

One of my favorite books, Clive Barker’s Weaveworld, is possibly becoming a TV show. Normally I would be excited, but the fact that it’s being produced by “The CW” (emphasis mine) coupled with this comment give me pause: “Our male hero…is an app developer…Because nothing says ‘we’re hip and current’ like app development.”

We’ll see.

I’m sure everyone has seen this already, but it was announced atTGS that Bloodborne will soon have an expansion titled “The Old Hunters”. Here’s Polygon’s writeup, the new ranged bow sounds cool. I haven’t seen word yet on how long the expansion is in terms of play length, but either way, I’m pretty sure I’ll be gettingit. After all, it’s been a while since I’ve hit myself in the balls repeatedly for absolutely no reward.
