My Confessions (8) Let’s get Inked ~ Tattoo

It is Wednesday, and I’m trying to get back into the swing of things. My Confessional this week is about Tattoo’s.

I have three Tattoo’s and plans for more. Do you have any? Love or hate them? Do you judge those who do have them?

Most Tattoo’s are deeply personal, though not all. My very first tat is a Sun with a Moon inside, I got it on my 18th Birthday, on my right shoulder blade. I have always loved the Sun and Moon designs, and I liked it. I also have two Daisy’s on my lower back (Aka, Tram...

A Small Flash

From a Short Story WIP.

As Bambi stared at the photograph in her hand, all their memories assaulted her. His Smiles, the laughter, their combined joy, a soul deep love.

An ache settled in her gut.

That sunny day would be forever burned in her heart, her mind, and the secret abyss where she stored her most precious moments.

A tear fell, and then another, before she closed her eyes to staunch the flow, squeezing them shut. She lifted the photo to her heart, holding him close, trying in vain to heal...

The Masks of Love…Part 2

by: ER Pierce ©2012

Cordelia lay with her cheek upon the soft, springy moss, pouring the pain back into the earth that cursed her.

She tore off her mask and gloves, throwing them as far away as she could. The sky above her turned dark at her blatant defia...

My Confessions (7) Sleep Positions

Yo — It’s Wednesday, and holy shit school is almost out. Fuck me. That means all four of my hell spawn are going to be milling around for three months… :head desk: I doubt I will get much done this summer, but I’m hopeful.

Anyway. Today’s confession deals with sleep. I’ve already confessed I have trouble sleeping. My mind reminds me of a whirlpool — and sometimes of a pack of Killer Whales. So, my confession this week:

I am a Stomach Sleeper. Yep. I am. I have a Tempurpedic pillow, and I canno...

Tantalizing Tuesday (6) Wait

Tantalizing Tuesday is here! I hope you all had a fantabulous weekend. Lets kick the week off right with a seductive little two hundred word story. After you read, please visit the other flashers for their two hundred word stories

Jane wanted a night she’d never forget. A night filled with the dark desires she’d kept locked hidden within her own mind and fantasies. She’d over heard her best friends talking about a service that catered to discrete intimate desires. She’d laughed at the card he...

Flash Fiction Friday ~ (27) A New Road

Wow, Friday is here, and it’s been a few weeks since I participated in Flash Friday, but I’m back! Well, you can thank Benjamin Russell for me participating. He sent me a kick in the ass and then asked me to write a companion piece to his flash.

Anyway, I’m sure you all know Benjamin, but if you don’t, you should. He’s an amazing person. Caring, compassionate, selfless, with a heart of gold, and a honey-laden silver tongue. I could wax poetically about all the lives he’s touched, or the countl...

Finding Balance ~ A flash snippet

Welcome to my mind. Today is Thursday, and in an effort to get the creative juices flowing *Laughs the erotic author* I am going to share a small sample of the concept of Finding Balance with you. Enjoy.

Original written work by ER Pierce ©2012

“You’ve been teasing me all day with this outfit, and your fingers, Elz.” Jett whispered into her ear, “I can’t wait to get you home and fuck you into oblivion.”

Eliza let out a shuddering breath as Jett lifted her right leg and pressed her against his ha...

My Confessions (6) ~ I’m a Sports Freak

Yep. It’s a true confessional. I, Erika Pierce, am a sports fanatic. Not only did I grow up playing sports (Soccer {Spring, Fall and Indoor}, Softball, Volleyball, Track and Field, and Candlepin Bowling) But I watch sports on TV. I am a DIE HARD — New England Sports fan. Just to prove my fandom: I am not a Pink Hat. I’m not a fair-weather fan. I’m a girl, who lives and breaths sports, and who would rather stay in and watch the game then do…mostly anything else.

In 2003, I cried when Aaron Boon...

Tantalizing Tuesday (5) The Mask of Love

Welcome to Tantalizing Tuesday, where a group of us Author types get together and write you a 200 word story based on a picture of our choosing. When I saw this picture I immediately knew I would write a flash about it. I know it’s not February, but… This week, I chose:

Cordelia lifted the mask she faithfully wore, her duty to those she loved, and stared into their hope filled faces. She absorbed their pain and frantic energy, slowly, one by one.

She turned her face upwards, closing her eyes an...

My Confessions #5 ~ Real Life

Welcome to another edition of Confession Wednesdays. I debated whether I was going to post this week, we’ve had quite a time. My youngest son (he’s two) broke his leg on Mothers Day. My 4yr old has a high fever, and now my eldest is home sick as well.

I should call this WTF Wednesday instead — but I won’t.

Here is my confession this week. Are you ready? You sure? *sighs* Okay.

I’m burnt out. I’m exhausted, stressed, tired, forlorn, depressed, angry and depleted.

I have to find my happy place aga...
