A hilarious new novel from Elizabeth Eulberg about taking the wall out of the wallflower so she can bloom.

PODs Teaser Tuesday...

Okay, today is supposed to be Teaser Tuesday, but, honestly, I forgot. I'm still riding high from signing the contract from the PODs sequel "The Infected" and finishing the edits for PODs last night. Plus, hopefully, I'll be sharing some more good news within the next month or so.

In addition to forgetting, I'm having trouble finding areas of the book that I want to share. Everything feels like a spoiler to me. Maybe because it's my book and I want everyone to be surprised when they re...

It's back...and this time the PODs might not be able to save them.

The infected is the sequel to PODs and the final book in the PODs series. Here's the official announcement from Publisher's Marketplace:

Since the print is so small in the graphic, it says: Michelle Pickett's THE INFECTED, the se...

PODs Teaser Tuesday

I'm going to start sharing little teasers from PODs on Tuesdays. I haven't decided if it will be a weekly post or biweekly, but here's the first one...

I stood in the middle of camp looking at the still, twisted bodies, at red blood dripping from blue tarps and pooling on the ground below.

Oh, no, no. This is wrong on so many levels. And I'm about to puke from all this blood--or I might pass out, I haven't decided yet.

PODs News

I am so thrilled to share with everyone that I received my first bound copy of PODs in the mail today. It's the first time I've held my "baby" in my hands and it feels like I'm dreaming -- I'm waiting for someone to wake me up (please don't).  Here's a look at my son, Evan, showing the book and a short reading.  Please excuse my shaking voice. I was having trouble not crying.

I want to thank so many people. I wasn't able to do it in the video because I was starting to cry...

Three months and counting...

Three months from today PODs releases! I can't believe how totally blessed I am.

Here's a little teaser and a song that inspired me while writing the scene...

PODs teaser:

"We love you, Evangelina," I heard them call just before the bus door closed.

It was the last thing I'd hear my parents say. It was the last image I'd have of them. I pressed my hand to the window of the bus, my head bowed as I sobbed. I didn't try to hide my tears. Everyone on the bus was crying for their fa...
