Midnight Surrender

Many good things arehappening for the rest of the year. And one of them is this.

Inside from me you will find a short story that will include Mercy, Flynn, Luke and Paul. Expected publication date is 10/11/12.

Anyway, this book will be free at some point, so more good news! YAY! I will share more soon.

Great authors are contributing exclusive stories from some of their best series. I’m looking forward to reading it. I hope you are too! :-D

Dear Journal

My name is Charlize Daniels, I go by Charlie. I see Mercy has made her case. (Like having four hot guys who want you is such a problem) But it’s my turn now. Being in the limelight wasn’t really my thing, but it seems like it’s the only way my story will be told.

My family has had a rough go it. With the death of my rock, my father, I wasn’t sure how to survive this world without him. He was my everything. At sixteen, with a brush of death of my own, it’s time I learn how to live again.

With th...

Another POV from WFM

A challenge was met andI am here to deliver. This POV is from Waiting for Mercy and includes both Luke and Flynn because they seemed to be the most popular guys.

We are also close to reaching another hurdle with likes on the Amazon.com Waiting for Mercy page. I think only 10 more likes are needed for another POV.

I do have exciting news to share. But not quite yet. Hopefully by next week, keep your fingers crossed. I know I am. :-) I’ve had numerous other deadlines lately that had detracted from...

AOM Teaser #3

Okay, voting is really heating up on AOM Teaser #2. Flynn fans are really coming through. One of the goals was met for another POV, YAY! I’m under deadline and I promise to post it by the end of next week. In the meantime, I’ll give you guys another teaser. Enjoy!

AOM Teaser #3 (excerpt from Angel of Mercy by Shannon Dermott copyright 2012)

Driving in the parking lot, it almost felt like old times. Except Maggie and my roles were reversed. Since the attack, I was driving her to school and not t...

AOM Promised Teaser #2

An update, last I checked I had 88 likes for Beg for Mercy on Amazon between the Kindle and Paperback version. We are 12 likes away from another POV. Thanks for all of you who have written reviews on Amazon and/or liked the page.

Here is my second promised Teaser of Angel of Mercy.

The gritty sand on his hand and my exposed skin left a stingingsensation as his fingersmade a path down my thigh below my shorts and back up to the side of my rib cage pushing my shirt up just a little more. One of m...

AOM Promised Teaser #1

Happy Friday!

When writing Beg for Mercy, I didn’t have anyone pictured in my head when I developed the character. About halfway through, I decided to have a look around for visuals for fun. And I found Alex Pettyfer. I knew he was Luke for me. So when Sonya posted a picture of who she thought of for Luke when she was reading, I was like, yeah, great minds think alike. :-)

Borrowing a picture from the movieBeastly, I thought it was a good enough visual to sort of go with this teaser. Enjoy.

Re: Status of the next installment of my story.

______________________________________________________________________________

I’m writing because I’m really anxious for this story to be released. I haven’t heard from you in a

while and I’m concerned that you aren’t making me a priority. I know you were working with that

other girl. But honestly, you and I had a deal first. I don’t want to sound bitchy, but things are

really getting crazy...

Cover Reveal and Tuesday Teaser

Here it is, the title and cover of the third book in the Cambion series.

Teaser about the book blurb….

Loss cuts deep, deeper when you’ve only had what seems like a short time with that person. Your feelings were already confused and now there was no more time. Mercy’s perilous adventures ran light speed ahead when newcomers come to town. Lycanthropes, demon hunters, and someone else who will come between her heart and her head willplay a part in determiningher fateand the fate for if not all,...

The Party. The Room. The Kiss.

First I like to mention the death of Neil Armstrong, may he rest in peace. He was an icon for being the first man to stand on the moon and for the saying “One small step for man. One giant leap for mankind.” Those words mean alot. More than that, for me, they mean to dream big, because there is no limit what you can do.

Now for what you probably came here for.

Okay, so being the generous sort I am, I’m posting another POV. This was another request that came from a review I read.

Why Pirate, I’m a generous soul

ePiracy and what it means to me.

As an author, I honestly don’t make much money at all. On average, most authors don’t. Writing sometime feels more like a hobby than a paying job.

As such, for someone to post my work without my permission does more than just take the few dollars out of my pocket, it also doesn’t give me credit for the sales. Sales translate to opportunity in the publishing world. The more sales you have, the more opportunities that are presented. While I’m flatter in some ways...
