The Wright Framework from Joomlashack
In previous tutorials we've covered other Joomla template frameworks: Gantry from Rockettheme and T3 from JoomlArt.
In asking around the OSTraining roundtable about other frameworks, one that was consistently mentioned was the Wright framework from JoomlaShack.
This tutorial will cover the installation and overview of Wright.

Welcome Anderson Grüdtner Martins
We're delighted to welcome Anderson Grüdtner Martins to OSTraining.
Anderson is very talented developer and we're delighted to have him join our team. To make today even better, today's also Anderson's birthday.
Anderson has been a developer since 2002 and focused on the web since 2006. He's a full-stack developer who's worked on every layer of web, mobile and desktop systems.
He first met Joomla in 2006 and has been working building custom extensions for clients since then. Anderson was one of the lead devs behind the absurdly flexible ZenTools from JoomlaBamboo.

These two videos are a beginners guide to creating and using a sub-theme.
These videos are part of our complete class on Drupal theming.

Using Bootstrap the Right (Semantic) Way
Back in the year 2000, when I first started learning web development, tables were my best friend.
The web was filled with <tr> and <td> and semantics were non-existent. Images were broken down and placed in bits & pieces inside different table cells.
Things changed in mid-2003, when I came across a site csszengarden.com. This site showcased the new and the right way of doing things, which was to separate content & presentation. After all, that is the reason CSS was created in the first place.
