#SixSunday–TRY ME from @entangledpub
I think we’ll spend one more week in Erica’s point of view before we move onto the next book. We saw her reasons for holding back last week, now let’s see why it’s so hard to follow through with the plan (besides those delicious abs and tats).
Six from this week:
“Erica, I trip so much that I’m the squad klutz.”
She straightened her spine and pressed her lips together. “I find that hard to believe.”
He pointed at his bruised face. “I did this to myself when I tripped over a shoe. True story.”
*****
That’s it for this week! Make sure to leave a comment below so we can chat.

Another #SixSunday from Erica’s POV– @entangledpub
We all know from previous weeks and the blurb for my bestselling book TRY ME that Jeremy tells Erica that he loves her. We also know she literally runs away from him when he does, and that they don’t see each other for seven years–the opening scenes of TRY ME. Here’s a little glimpse of why she ran…and her feelings behind it.
Here’s the Six from Erica’s POV:
Tommy had been an idiot for marrying Nicole right out of high school, he’d been an idiot for believing her lies, and he’d been an idiot for turning on Jeremy.
And Erica was no better.
She hadn’t wanted to believe him, in that moment. Not when her loyalty to her brother was so strong, and not when Jeremy had been drunk. Tommy had made him swear off alcohol for life, after the drunken monster his father had turned into. If he’d break a promise like that, how could he mean it when he told Erica he loved her?
…That’s it for this week! Hope to see you next week! Might I add, I can’t wait until you get to know Tommy better, in LOVE ME?

New Release out with @DecadentPub!
I have a new release out with Decadent Publishing. It’s a time travel romance in their popular 1NightStand Series, and a whole lot of fun packed into 45 pages!
Eleanor is a spinster that never really got asked whether she wanted to be one or not. Though she’s spent most of her adult life pining after a man who barely knew her, she isn’t ready to throw the towel in yet. Thomas is recovering from losing his wife to childbirth two years ago, and wants a night where he can attempt to forget his loss for a few short hours–without any repercussions. They both travel two hundred years into the future–only to find each other.
Want to read the excerpt and perhaps buy? Then go here! Also, you can add it to Goodreads here.

I just signed two more contracts with Entangled Publishing!
Two more contracts with Entangled Publishing are inked! ~happy dance~
One is for the second book in the Take A Chance Series, Love Me, but that’s no surprise since we all know it’s coming!
The second is for a the first book in a new series I’m having fun playing with. It’ll be either a Flirt or an Ever After Series, and it revolves around a recreational basketball team–and it’s five hot players. The title is tentatively called Playing for Love.
Can you tell I’m a sucker for series? Ha! Can’t wait to share these stories with all of you! Stay tuned for more details and information as the release dates loom closer!

#SixSentence from Try Me– Erica’s POV!
Hello! It’s been a few weeks since I participated, but last time I did…we were in Jeremy’s head from my latest bestseller Try Me–out now with Entangled Publishing! I promised Erica’s POV next…so here we go! To refresh your memory, Jeremy is a down on his luck Marine who gets rescued by the love of his life in the desert.
Six:
Sighing, she grabbed a T-shirt and a pair of jeans, then headed back out into the hallway. He could go commando or wear his sweaty skivvies–but she wasn’t digging into her brother’s underwear. The bratty little sister under the cultured woman she’d become still insisted Tommy’s boxers had cooties.
And she didn’t want to think of Jeremy in the same light as her brother.
She closed her eyes and leaned against the bathroom door. Jeremy had brought back too many memories–most of them sweet, but some of them just as bitter.

That’s it for this week! Make sure to stop by next week for more of Erica–and Jeremy. Want to read the first chapter for free? Go here.

Galley reading!
I’m reading the galley of my upcoming release, Escape to Me! Though it’s a new release, it’s actually one of my earlier books!
It’s a time travel romance in Decadent Publishing’s 1NightStand series–so it’s a short story. Only thirty pages or so.
To find out more about Escape to Me, go to the books section of my website, and click on the cover!

I love this type of email!
I love it when I wake up to an email from Amazon recommending my own book to me! Dorky? Yep. But I’ll show it to you anyway, because it makes me laugh to see my books in an email! And, of course, it makes me smile, too.

First words on my new WIP–first look!
I thought it would be fun to give you a glimpse in to how I start a book. I generally sit down and let the first paragraph come. After that, I stop and read it. Reading it after I write it gives me a good idea of the characters voice and personality. It also sets the tone for the rest of the book.
I just started a new WIP, and it’s a follow up to Saving Lord Winston, which is currently out on sub right now. Both are a historical romance, and the character in my new WIP is a secondary character from Saving Lord Winston.
Enjoy the small peek into my latest WIP–in its early stages. What do you think this book is going to be? Dark and broody or lighthearted and fun?
First words written:
Daniel stalked across the crowded ballroom, tugging at his cravat and dodging title-hungry mamas. Damn these blasted affairs, and damn the debutantes chasing after him as if he were naught more than a fine specimen of horseflesh. Being Lord Yartley, Earl of Yartley, might have its benefits…but it also drove him to drink. And that’s exactly what he needed right now. A bloody scotch.
