An Eroric Regency Romance release by Beverley Oakley

It's a pleasure once again to welcome the lovely Beverley Eikli back on Author's Corner. LOL - in case you're wondering, Beverley Okaley is the other pen name of Beverley Eikli. :) So here's the floor to her!

Lady Lovett's Little Dilemma by Beverley Oakley

Hi Zee and everyone, it’s nice to be back here, though I’d love to really be in Zee’s beautiful Mauritius where my parents spent their honeymoon in the early 1960s. I’ve never been to the country though it’s en route from Bo...

Progress Friday: Let me reveal my latest collaborative project, ETERNELLES

It's been a while since I last posted a progress report. The thing is, I didn't have tangible progress to show on my work. Yes, I've dabbling in a few projects, none less getting the brand-new Africa-centred line, Ubuntu, up with the folks at Decadent Publishing (more on that soon, I promise!). But I haven't been writing, not actual words to make sentences to make paragraphs and pages and chapters...
That being said, it's been a hectic time full of new things and ideas, an...

Review for the release of BJ Daniels' latest mystery, JUSTICE AT CARDWELL RANCH

Back on board the Tidbit Tuesday wagon with a review for a book that is releasing today, actually. A little while ago, I was approached by the publicist for this one, who asked me if I'd consider reviewing the book in and around its release time.
The book is the latest by romance mystery author, BJ Daniels - Justice At Cardwell Ranch.
Disclaimer - I was in no way asked, requested, influenced, nor was it suggested to me, to provide a positive and/or glowing review of the boo...

#sixsunday Before The Morning #22: What is she up to...?

Absolutely knackered this weekend, especially because I've been into the writing cave for the whole week. Got deadlines ready to whoop me into shape the minute I falter... but I need a break. Join me in enjoying some fantastic snippets from Six Sentence Sunday?
Back in Vegas, in the 'bedroom' scene between Rayne and Ash. In case you're only now picking up six from this story, Rayne is actually a spy and assassin who's contemplating retirement... something that would i...

Why not a hot shot? Guest Blog by Author Stephanie Queen!

Today I welcome another fabulous indie author onto the blog. Her name is Stephanie Queen. Stephanie and I met a little while ago on an indie loop, and I was real happy to ask her over for this feature. She's also one of those lovely people you feel you've known your whole life shortly after meeting them.
So Stephanie has penned a short post, and is sharing an excerpt with us. But who is she, really? Read on and find out!
Stephanie Queen lives in bucolic New Hampshire where writing ha...

Author Lucy Felthouse discusses DITCHED

Delighted today to welcome, once again, the lovely Lucy Felthouse! Lucy's agreed to get into the hot seat with my interview questions, and I cannot wait to show you the answers she came up with. Oh, and she's also telling us more about her latest book, Ditched.
Here's Lucy, people!
Tell us a bit about you, and something we don't know/wouldn't expect about you.
I'm 27, and I'm from Derbyshire in the UK. Something you wouldn't expect – I'm a member of English Heritage, I love...

#sixsunday Before The Morning #21: Don't Trust Me...

Once again, a cold, dark, and dismal Sunday morning here. When on earth is spring gonna come in, eh? When, when, when? Sorry for that little outburst - I've been with a sick kid on hand 24/7 since last Wednesday, so my brain is absolutely fried right now (and I think I've regressed to kid brain, too... Gaaahhhh). Anyhow *pulls on adult mindset, takes a deep breath...* it's Sunday, and we all know what that means - Six Sentence Sunday.
Still with Ash, former good cop turned bad boy am...

Welcoming author CC Mackenzie!

Delighted today to bring you a wonderful author and even more fantastic lady, CC Mackenzie. The two of us met on that indie loop I told you about, and since we also have a mutual friend (my bestie, Natalie G Owens), we were soon setting cyberspace on fire with our ongoing conversation convos.
CC is a busy lady - being egged on by her readers to write the next book. And the next after that... But she's found time to drop by today, so why don't we all welcome her and get to...

Author Cassandra Dean answers hot-seat questions + the cover for ROUGH DIAMOND

Today's guest is someone I met and friended on the Decadent author loop. And then suddenly we found out we had a lot of things in common - we're both writing for the same line there (WesternEscape), we're both die-hard Supernatural fans (but she's on Team Dean; means more Sam to go for me *wicked smile*), and we both love cooking shows, especially Nigella's. Do girls need more to become good friends? Not really...
Except that this girl in question - Cassandra Dean - is an absolute da...

Tidbit Tuesday: Award-Winning Author Stacey Joy Netzel answers some interview questions!

I hope the week's started well for you.
Once more, I have some fabulous peeps visiting... and today, the guest is none other than author Stacey Joy Netzel. I recently met Stacey on an indie loop, and within moments of making her acquaintance, I knew she was an absolute sweetheart and a really lovely person.
Having her answer my interview questions just drove that point further home. *grin* Why don't you pull a chair, read her answers, and figure this out for yourself?
So, S...
