Stepping Stones by Elizabeth Morgan... or how to step out of your comfort zone!

Hey beautiful people!

Stepping Stones .... or stepping out of your comfort zone?

It's a pleasure today to welcome a lovely, lovely lady - a fantastic friend, a fabulous author, and one of the nicest women I've had the chance to meet in the writing world.
Elizabeth Morgan has 2 books releasing back to back, and lo and behold, she'll also be here back to back (today and tomorrow!) to tell us about these new stories.

We kickstart today with her sweet romance contemporary read ... or the story of how...

#sixsunday Before The Morning #28: The spy wife strikes back!

Hey peeps!

Hope you're all doing good. Absolutely awful weather here - it's suddenly summer, and with it comes one of those tropical cyclones our region is known for. Nothing dramatic or huge, but enough to throw the weather into a rainy tailspin and pump the humidity to nearly 100%. Hate this... so I need a breather and something to take my mind off the rain. Join me for some Six Sentence Sunday excerpts?

Last week, I featured the snippet from my hero's POV (read it here). Ash Gilfoy, a man wh...

I’ll admit this one nearly ran past me – I’m up to my eyeballs in deadlines, and wasn’t planning to post on the blog today. Thank goodness for reminders, lol.

So... Autumn Harvest Blog Hop. 200+ participants, as many opps to win books & swag & other goodie...

A Review of BETTER THAN CHOCOLATE, & author Sheila Roberts answers some questions!

Hey beautiful people!

Look at the pic here - it says, "Better Than Chocolate." Is that even possible? That's the question I asked myself... and immediately was tickled pink to check this one out. Was getting ready to delve into that book (my first from Sheila Roberts!), when I got asked if I wanted to review this book and have the author on my blog.

Where do I sign on the dotted line? was all I asked. Seriously, the very name Sheila Roberts is a mark of romance and good reading, or so...

Tidbit Tuesday: Author Christine Warner talks about "that" first kiss!

Hey beautiful people!

Welcome back into a new week... and look who I have for you today! A fellow writer, a CP, a good friend, and all-around amazing lady. Her name? Christine Warner.

Christine and I met a while back on a crit loop, and right off the bat, we became friends. I mean, how could I not, when she writes books with titles like Two-Timing The Boss and Some Like It In Handcuffs? For this contemporary romance addict, Christine's work is the stuff reader-drug is made of.

There's something...

#sixsunday Before The Morning #27: Wishing You A (Not!) Happy Wedding Life!

Hey beautiful people!

Surfacing from my edits/rewrite/deadlines cave to post up a little something of my own today. As always, I'm up to my eyeballs in drowning with deadlines swirling all over me. I need a break - so anyone wants to join me for some Six Sentence Sunday excerpts?

And we're still in Vegas. Remember - super-spy Rayne got back together with the love of her life, her childhood best friend, Ash Gilfoy. And would you believe it? They even got married!

Except for the tiny detail that t...

Author Janice Lane Palko & Beta Beauties: or How Important Beta Readers Are

Hey beautiful people!

It's my pleasure today to welcome a lovely lady I met on the indie authors' loop on Facebook. She's one of those souls whom you feel you've known for much, much longer after only one email conversation. :)

Janice Lane Palko is her name, and here she is with a guest post for ye all. I had no clue what to ask her to talk about, so thank goodness she came to the rescue with this lovely topic I'll title "Beta Beauties".

Enjoy!

#sixsunday Before The Morning #26: And the spy said "Honey! We're married!"

Hey beautiful people!

Drowning under deadlines and exciting new projects at the moment, so had to be away from the blog for a little while. But no chance in hell I'd miss my Six Sentence Sunday fix! On top of that, I have both hyenas at home with me this weekend, and my brain is shot at barely 10AM, but, hey - it's Sunday! I am on a binge to read snippets - join me?

And why don't we go back to Vegas? Unfortunately for Rayne, the heroine from book 2 of my Corpus Brides espionage series, and a fo...

Guest Author Mae Clair talks about Time Travel in her latest release!

Hey beautiful people!

Absolutely thrilled today to welcome a lovely lady to the blog. Her name is Mae Clair. I met her a little while ago on the SSS loop, and as we got to know each other via blogs and later FB & Twitter, discovered she was a truly genuine person whose sincerity shines out of everything she does.

She's here today to tell us about her latest book, Weathering Rock, a paranormal/time travel romance.

So Mae's hero is from the Civil War, and he finds himself in the 21st Century....
