Author Elizabeth Morgan visits today!

Hey beautiful people!

I have the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Elizabeth Morgan to the blog today! An amazing lady with a wicked sense of humour and a heart of gold, Elizabeth is one of those authors who write riveting tales and make you go all "how on earth did she come up with this idea???"

Hopefully, she has the answer to that question for us today! Elizabeth is promoting her latest release with Noble Romance Publishing, Cranberry Blood. Isn't that cover pretty? I just love the kick-arse...

Six Sentence Sunday: Before The Morning #10 - Will she, or won't she?

Hey beautiful people!

Can you believe it's already the first day of July? Half the year has gone by, and it seems that with every day that passes, we're all getting busier and busier. That's why breaks mean so much more - and what better than downing copious doses of fantastic excerpts while visiting the peeps from the Six Sentence Sunday list?

After June being dedicated to my 1NS story, I come back to my Corpus Brides series today. Do you guys still remember Rayne aka Kali? Elite operative of...

Tidbit Tuesday: On my playlist right now...

Hey peeps!

Been a while since I was last able to do this. Missed sharing my fave music with you, and since I have a free Tuesday slot today on the blog, why not showcase some of the tracks on repeat on my player right now, and that refuse to leave my brain no matter how much I try to forget? Maybe I could get those tunes in your brains too *mwahahah!*

So, let's kick off...

I happened to watch the DVD of the movie Wanted again this weekend... and in the process, recalled that this was the movie t...

Six Sentence Sunday: How do I... Once Upon A Stormy Night (A 1NightStand story)

Hey beautiful people!
Cannot believe it's Sunday once again, and the last one of June too, at that... I'd promised snippets from my 1NS throughout June, and here we are at the last Six Sentence Sunday post for this short story. Can I entice you to go grab your copy of this one with this last excerpt...? *grin*

This story is the one that's closest to my heart right now, because it allowed me to go back to my writing roots - deep romance with slants on women's fiction and heroines with the same e...

Saturday Spotlight: Interview with Javier A. Robayo, author of THE GAZE

Hey beautiful people!

I gave the blog's full spotlight to my guests this week, and it seems to me you guys didn't mind getting to know them during my MIA stint. *grin* Got someone else for you today - a wonderful, warm, and friendly author named Javier Robayo. Javier and I met through a mutual writing friend, and as most of the folks I've met online in the writing world, we hit it off rather well and I found an intriguing persona with an entertaining and open approach to life and people.

Javier...

Writer Wednesday: Author Marianne G. Petrino & her metaphysical Coffee With Thunderbolts

Hey peeps!

I have the pleasure of hosting author Marianne G. Petrino today - she's here to tell us about her release Coffee With Thunderbolts. That title alone got me intrigued, and this book is now on my TBR pile. I've recently met Mariane but the short time we've known each other has been more than enough to show me what a warm and engaging lady she is. She's also got an amazing life full of stupendous experiences... as her interview will show you.

Here's more from Marianne:

Tell us a bit...

Tidbit Tuesday: Author Siobhan Muir visits!

Hello beautiful people!

I have the pleasure of welcoming the amazing and wonderful Siobhan Muir to the blog today. I met Siobhan during Six Sentence Sunday rounds, and soon enough, we we chatting away like we'd known each other for ages. Siobhan even asked me to judge one instalment of her blog's Thursday Tales story prompt postings. A fabulously nice lady, I haven't met many people as genuine and as helpful as she is. I am totally delighted to have her over today, especially to tell us a...

Six Sentence Sunday: We're here for... Once Upon A Stormy Night (A 1NightStand story)

Hey beautiful people!

Beautiful sunshine but absolutely blisteringly cold right now. An anticyclone in the region, blowing a blustery, bite-your-skin cold wind outside. Thank goodness we're inside, snuggled in a comfy wrap, with a hot drink in our hands. I dunno about you, but I love, love, love to read when the weather is like this. Good thing it's Sunday, innit, and time for Six Sentence Sunday? :)

I've been remiss in visiting the blogs these past few weeks. Was on a huge writing deadline, th...

When you're a writer, you WRITE! Full stop!

Hey beautiful people!

Didn't get to post my usual progress Friday report yesterday because I was on the final lap of finishing Transient Hearts. Finished Chapter 9 on Thursday, and I was just one chapter short of the end. No matter that this chapter would surely clock in at 5K+, I knew I had to finish it yesterday. I couldn't take the risk of stopping halfway and pushing this into next week, where I knew I would lose my drive if I didn't go insane from not writing during the weekend. And no, I...
