Cover REVEAL: Bachelor's Special by Christine Warner (Indulgence Line at Entangled Publishing)

Hey beautiful people!

Helping out a good friend of mine (and a fab author & even lovelier person!) today. Her name is Christine Warner, and she has a book out with Entangled Publishing.

Check out this amazingly gorgeous cover!

Isn't it dreamy? Makes me want to delve into this book right away!!!

I'd have been sold from the cover itself, but the blurb is catchy, too, and the story seems delicious. Take a peek:

Jill Adgate wants three things from life: a successful catering business, a family, an...

From INESCAPABLE Bk1 of #Eternelles: Meet Adri's hero! #fantasy #urbanfantasy #pnr #snippetsunday

Hey beautiful people!

It's been one week since Inescapable went up for sale (and took both me and my co-writer, Natalie G. Owens) by surprise as we expected the usual delays from Amazon before the link going live. Amazon surprised us by pushing our release out within 24 hours! So there we were last week, scrambling for purchase all while being in that dazed state of " OMG! My book has come out!"

Have we come back to Earth by today? Not really. I mean, why shouldn't we keep on enjoying that high...

INESCAPABLE, Bk1 of #Eternelles, a new #urbanfantasy series, is OUT! Here's where you can find it!

Hey beautiful people!

OMG, OMG, OMG!!! The day has finally come - I am now indie published! Thanks to the relentless pursuing of my bestie, Natalie G. Owens, who wouldn't let go of the idea that the two of us should "definitely write something together & send it out there in the world", we now have the very first book in the paranormal/urban fantasy series Eternelles out!

I can go on and on about this book (as I'm sure you've realized by now!), but they say an image is worth a thousand word...

From Bk1 of #Eternelles INESCAPABLE: Get into Adri's head! #snippetsunday

Hey beautiful people!

I woke up this morning and came online to the news that... INESCAPABLE is now available on the Amazon platform! My bestie and collab writer, Natalie G Owens, has worked her little fingers off despite being on vacation to make us meet the deadline we had imposed to have Book1 of the Eternelles series out in early May!

Can you say giddy and ecstatic? I'm over the moon!

But back to the topic here - a snippet for your Sunday reading. So far, I've been focusing on the chaotic re...

PURELY RELATIVE: An Interview with Claire Gillian, Author of the P.U.R.E. Series

Hey beautiful people!

Claire Gillian and I met on the now-defunct Six Sentence Sunday loop. I always loved her excerpts, and she always had something nice to say when she visited the blog. So when I opened spots and she asked if she could come over, I was ecstatic to say yes!

And she didn't disappoint me, fellow rambler that she is! Claire's here today to tell us about her latest book, an in-between little story in her P.U.R.E. series. Read on for more!

So Claire, tell us a bit about you, a...

From Bk1 of #Eternelles INESCAPABLE: What happened that night between Adri and her daughter? #snippetsunday

Hey peeps!

We are officially in winter. Woke up this morning to temps of 20degC - just a few weeks ago, we were waking up to 28degC. The wind is also lashing and it bites, leaving you with chapped lips and a throbbing sinus headache if you go out without covering your head. Yes, I do live in the tropics... Lip balm is gonna do double duty this season!

Anyhow, It's Sunday and the cool weather is perfect to hunker down with a good book...or some good snippets of upcoming or already-released stori...

Author Eva LeFoy visits: Of Language and... pastry?

Hey beautiful people!

Delighted to welcome a lovely, warm, and wonderful lady to the blog today. She recently joined the Decadent Publishing lineup of authors, a few weeks ago...but she's the kind of person who's open and friendly. She jumped into the fray right away, friending everyone, talking on the author loop, chatting on Twitter, replying to emails... Totally settling herself into the landscape, so much so that it feels we've all know her for ages instead of simply a few weeks!

Yep,...

How to Write Humor (that actually makes people laugh!) - Pete Densmore, author of DADspirations, tells us!

Hey peeps!

I recently had the chance to read and review a really good book about the first 100 days of fatherhood. From the blurb itself, the snarky and self-deprecating tone attracted me toward this non-fiction read, and I have to say the book didn't disappoint. The author, Pete Densmore, wrote an engaging and at times laugh-out-loud funny tale about what it feels like to be a new dad. Still, the book was also a primer aimed at new dads or soon-to-be dads, and mixed serious with funny. You ca...
