Jensen Huang Says AI Will Change Everything—Here’s How to Keep Your Job

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang isn’t holding back when it comes to the looming impact of AI on the job market. At the Milken Institute’s Global Conference earlier this month, he made it clear: AI will affect every job, and it’s happening fast.

“Every job will be affected, and immediately. It is unquestionable,” Huang said. But he didn’t stop there. He emphasized that the real risk isn’t AI itself, but the people who learn to harness its power. “You’re not going to lose your job to an AI, but you’re going to lose your job to someone who uses AI.”

Huang’s prediction paints a future where those who ignore AI will find themselves replaced by more tech-savvy counterparts. While some tech leaders like Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei are predicting widespread job losses—up to half of all entry-level white-collar positions within five years—Huang takes a different stance. He believes AI will put 30 to 40 million workers back to work by boosting productivity and bridging the global talent gap.

“I would recommend 100% of everybody take advantage of AI,” Huang advised. “Don’t be that person who ignores this technology and as a result, loses your job.”

The debate around AI’s impact is dividing the tech world. While Axios reported that Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei warns of mass layoffs, others like Mark Cuban point to historical job shifts. “At one point there were more than 2 million secretaries,” Cuban wrote on Bluesky. “New companies with new jobs will come from AI and increase total employment.”

One thing is clear: ignoring AI is no longer an option. Whether it’s a tool for job security or a looming threat, the era of AI-driven transformation is here, and it’s moving faster than anyone imagined.

New Study Reveals Chilling Secret of Iron Age War Cemetery

A new study published by archaeologists at Bournemouth University (published in the Oxford Journal of Archaeology) has revealed surprising information about bodies found at a “war cemetery” at the Iron Age site of Maiden Castle in Dorset, one of the U.K.’s most famous archaeological sites.

When the burials were initially discovered in 1936, archaeologists believed that they died from a single battle. But after renewed analyses using radiocarbon dating, researchers found that rather than perishing in one mass-casualty event, the individuals had been killed due to violent clashes throughout many generations, from late first century B.C. until late first century A.D. “The find of dozens of human skeletons displaying lethal weapon injuries was never in doubt, however, by undertaking a systematic programme of radiocarbon dating we have been able to establish that these individuals died over a period of decades, rather than a single terrible event,” said Martin Smith, Associate Professor in Forensic and Biological Anthropology at Bournemouth, who analyzed the bodies.

Scientists believe the cause of the deaths could have stemmed from an era of dynastic turmoil or localized tension, resulting in executions. Whatever the cause, the new discovery upends decades of assumptions on behalf of researchers.

“Since the 1930s, the story of Britons fighting Romans at one of the largest hillforts in the country has become a fixture in historical literature,” Miles Russell, the dig’s director, explained. “With the Second World War fast approaching, no one was really prepared to question the results. The tale of innocent men and women of the local Durotriges tribe being slaughtered by Rome is powerful and poignant. It features in countless articles, books, and TV documentaries. It has become a defining moment in British history, marking the sudden and violent end of the Iron Age.

“The trouble is it doesn’t appear to have actually happened,” Russell added. “Unfortunately, the archaeological evidence now points to it being untrue. This was a case of Britons killing Britons, the dead being buried in a long-abandoned fortification. The Roman army committed many atrocities, but this does not appear to be one of them.”

Researchers are now scrambling to recontextualize the site, with much of what they assumed about the cemetery at Maiden Castle proving erroneous. "The intermingling of differing cultural burial practices contemporaneously shows that simplistic approaches to interpreting archaeological cemeteries must now be questioned,” said Bournemouth archaeological scientist Paul Cheetham. “Here we have either a number of distinct cultures living and dying together, or that an individual's burial right was determined by complex social rules and/or hierarchical divisions within this Iron Age society."

In addition to the renewed context surrounding the bodies already found, the team is now asking themselves what other undiscovered secrets might lie around the grounds of Maiden Castle. “Whilst Wheeler’s excavation was excellent in itself, he was only able to investigate a fraction of the site,” Cheetham said. “It is likely that a larger number of burials still remains undiscovered around the immense ramparts."

2 Men Still Missing After Memorial Day Boat Tragedy

Two men are still missing after their boat sank on May 26 off the coast of Western Alaska, according to a press release from the Alaska State Troopers (AST).

Albert Williams, 65, and Samuel Shavings, 72, were riding on a 10-foot Ocean Pro vessel along with Williams’s 19-year-old son in an area located near an island off the Bering Sea. Around 9 p.m. local time on Monday, authorities received a call that the boat had sunk amidst harsh conditions.

The 19-year-old passenger, whose name has not been publicly disclosed, was able to swim from the wreckage to shore, where he was transported to a medical clinic for treatment. At first, the AST reported that a second passenger had been extricated from the water. However, on May 27, the AST “corrected” that report and confirmed that the older men are still missing.

Williams’s daughter, Dallas, told Alaska News Source that her father and brother had gone out to hunt for seals. “They were looking—my dad hadn’t gotten a seal yet this spring—so they went to go look for seals,” Dallas explained. “It’s a seasonal thing every spring.”

Dallas continued, detailing how the boat reportedly sank: “My brother says that [the sea] was getting really rough and they were taking water in from the motor side. And it just filled up with too much water. We have a whole bunch of family coming over to be with my mom so that we’re not alone. A lot of people have been bringing food, so we haven’t been alone at all since.”

From Monday night into Tuesday morning, two local boats and a U.S. Coast Guard vessel searched for Williams and Shaver to no avail. On Tuesday, the Rescue Coordination Center launched a C-130 plane to aid in recovery efforts. A representative from the Alaska State Troopers did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Men’s Journal.

Park Ranger Finds Campers in ‘Altered State’ After False Death Report

A New York forest ranger responded to a call of a deceased hiker last weekend, only to realize it was a major misunderstanding thanks to the party’s “altered mental state,” according to a news release from the New York Department of Environmental Conservation.

Around 9 a.m. local time on May 26, Forest Ranger Praczkajlo responded to a 911 call from two hikers claiming that the third member of their party had died on the Cascade Mountain, the 36th-tallest peak in the Adirondacks. When the two hikers, whose identities have not been released, encountered Praczkajlo, they admitted they had become lost on the “challenging route.”

After a preliminary investigation, Prackajlo determined the two men were in an “altered mental state” due to ingesting “hallucinogenic mushrooms.” The ranger subsequently took the two men to a waiting ambulance, where they were checked out before being questioned by police.

The third member of their party was later found very much alive and “not injured,” though the precise chain of events which led their friends to believe they were dead is unknown. The third adventurer was accompanied by Praczkajlo back to their campsite, where they retrieved their belongings.

It’s unclear if the campers will face any charges stemming from the incident. This is a developing story. Check back here for updates.

Justin Bieber Was Very Careful With His Congratulations to Wife Hailey

Justin Bieber caused a lot of drama last week with his rather controversial caption in an Instagram post about his wife, Hailey, and her first-ever Vogue Magazine cover. So when Hailey had more major news to share on Wednesday, Bieber didn't take any chances.

Last week, Justin made an Instagram post that was presumably intended to celebrate his wife Hailey for her Vogue Magazine cover, but it didn't exactly come across that way to fans.

In the post, Justin opened up about a "huge fight" the two had in the past, where he told her that she would "never" be on the cover of Vogue, pointing out that she proved him wrong.

"Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight," Bieber wrote in his since-deleted caption. "I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue."

"Yikes I know, so mean," he added.

Justin said he wanted to "get even" at Hailey during the argument because he felt "disrespected."

"For some reason because I felt so disrespected," Justin wrote. "I thought I gotta get even.."

Justin was sure to make it clear that he regretted his comments, asking Hailey to forgive him.

"I think as we mature we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even," he wrote. "We’re honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection."

"So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken," he wrote.

The post received a lot of criticism from fans, and he eventually deleted the caption and replaced it with a series of emojis, seemingly indicating that he regretted sharing that particular story. He later made a cryptic post referencing "hard days" after the criticism he received.

On Wednesday, Hailey had another major announcement as her company, Rhode Beauty, was acquired by e.l.f. Beauty, for a deal worth a reported $1 billion. Given the drama Justin caused last time he attempted to celebrate Hailey on social media, he took a very different approach this time.

This time, Justin simply posted the exact same photo that Hailey posted on her own Instagram account, along with a screenshot of the caption Hailey wrote on her post, with no caption of his own.

Obviously, this was a pretty telling move from Justin after last week's drama, as it suggests that he learned his lesson – or perhaps was reprimanded for his caption last week. And fans certainly took noticed in the comments.

"Bro’s in caption jail," one fan wrote in the comments of Justin's post.

"daddy’s not allowed to do captions anymore," someone else wrote.

"posted hailey’s caption instead of his own is a smart move," another fan added.

"He learned his lesson with the caption," someone else wrote.

"Went with no caption this time around," a commenter added.

"Not writing a caption but posting hers , she deff yelled at him," someone else speculated.

"No caption says a lot," a commenter wrote.

Clearly, Justin wanted to avoid any controversy this time around.

Costco’s Rotisserie Chicken Fans Rejoice: This New Container Solves Everything

Costco shoppers, rejoice: a long-standing frustration has finally been addressed. For over a year, fans of Costco’s iconic rotisserie chicken have lamented the switch from sturdy plastic containers to flimsy bags, which were introduced as a cost-saving and eco-friendly measure. But now, a beloved brand has stepped in with a game-changing solution—a Tupperware container that fits the rotisserie chicken perfectly.

The new Tupperware XL container, spotted in Costco stores for about $14 (and online for $24), comes complete with a pullout tray, allowing customers to avoid the mess and hassle of transferring their chicken from the bag. For rotisserie chicken enthusiasts, this means no more greasy hands, no more chicken juices leaking in the fridge, and no more frustration over a packaging downgrade.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by COSTCO DEALS (@costcodeals)

Customers have taken to social media to rave about the new container, with one user asking, “Where was this all of our lives?” Another joked about the genius of the design for those who sneak a bite of chicken in the car on the way home. It’s clear the container is already a hit with shoppers who’ve been longing for a cleaner, more convenient way to store their Costco chicken.

One wrote, "Got this today! Fit the chicken with plenty of room! Perfect to store since they don’t have the containers anymore and the bag sucks!"

"This is great! Finally, a place to keep my leftover Costco chicken," another fan replied. "Large enough for spiraled ham as well. Love Tupperware products. Buy it once keep it for life."

The shift to plastic bags may have been well-intentioned, aiming to reduce plastic waste, but it left loyal fans feeling let down. While some still dream of a world where Costco eliminates the plastic bags entirely and embraces a bring-your-own-container model, this new offering from a beloved brand is a step in the right direction.

For now, Costco shoppers can finally enjoy a simple, satisfying solution that keeps their chicken fresh and their kitchens clean. It’s proof that sometimes, the fix for a big problem is as simple as the right container.

Southwest Airlines Recommits to Dallas Love Field

It's been a year full of major changes for Southwest Airlines as the airline ended its longstanding "Bags Fly Free" policy along with its traditional open seating policy that set it apart from other airlines. But despite all of those changes, there is one thing remaining the same about the airline.

For over 50 years, Southwest Airlines has called Dallas Love Field its home, despite its small size compared to nearby Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Despite the many changes Southwest has made this year as it attempts to modernize and boost its profits, the airline will not be abandoning its longtime home airport.

On Wednesday, Southwest Airlines and the City Council announced that Southwest had agreed to a 12-year extension to remain in the airport, keeping the airline in Dallas Love Field until at least 2040.

According to The Dallas Morning News, Southwest Airlines will pay about $5 million a year to operate at the airport, which will provide the city-owned airport revenue for “significant infrastructure enhancements” over the next 10 years

“Our first flight took off from Love Field in 1971, and our purpose today is just as fulfilling as it was then — to connect people to what matters most in their lives with friendly, reliable, and low-cost air travel,“ Southwest Airlines CEO Bob Jordan said in a statement.

”The capital investments under this new agreement will help ensure our home at Love Field remains a premier airport with enhancements to the customer experience for years to come," he added.

While a lot is changing for Southwest Airlines this year, resulting in a massive identity shift, this is one area where the airline will have some stability for the foreseeable future.

Should You Drink Coffee on an Empty Stomach? The Surprising Answer

For many of us, the day doesn’t start without a steaming cup of coffee. But is it really a good idea to drink that first cup on an empty stomach? While the ritual is harmless for most, experts suggest there are a few potential pitfalls to consider—especially for those with sensitive stomachs or caffeine sensitivities.

Lauren Manaker, a health and nutrition expert, explained to Delish that for some people, coffee on an empty stomach might lead to digestive discomfort. The acidic nature of coffee can trigger heartburn or acid reflux, particularly if you’re prone to stomach issues. Amy Brownstein, a registered dietitian, recommends pairing coffee with food or adding milk or a non-dairy alternative to help buffer the stomach lining and reduce acidity.

But it’s not just about digestion. According to additional research from Health.com, drinking coffee without food can spike cortisol levels—the stress hormone that naturally peaks in the morning. This might amplify feelings of anxiety or jitters, especially for those already sensitive to caffeine. On an empty stomach, caffeine is absorbed more quickly, intensifying its effects.

Moreover, a study from Arrowhead Coffee highlights how coffee can temporarily raise blood sugar levels, leading to energy crashes and irritability later in the day. This is particularly concerning for people with insulin sensitivity or diabetes. Brownstein notes that adding milk or a snack to your coffee routine can help stabilize blood sugar and maintain energy throughout the morning.

If you’re noticing mid-morning fatigue, jitters, or digestive discomfort, it might be worth rethinking your coffee habits. Experts suggest starting the day with a glass of water, followed by coffee paired with a small meal or snack. “Listening to your body is key,” Manaker advises. “If you experience discomfort, adjusting your routine could make a big difference.”

The bottom line: coffee on an empty stomach isn’t inherently bad, but it might not be the best choice for everyone. Pay attention to how your body responds and adjust as needed.

Chris Hemsworth Sparked Strong Reaction With Marvel Message

Chris Hemsworth left Marvel fans reeling this week after dropping an emotional message reflecting on his 15-year run as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In a video titled Thank You! The Legacy of Thor, the Australian actor shared heartfelt words that had many fans speculating he was announcing his retirement from the role.

“Playing Thor has been one of the greatest honors of my life,” Hemsworth wrote on YouTube. “For the last 15 years I’ve held Mjolnir and then Stormbreaker as the God of Thunder, but what made it truly special… was sharing it with all of you.”

He continued by thanking fans for their unwavering support, calling their passion, cheers, and love “everything” to him. His message sparked a wave of social media reactions, with fans interpreting it as a farewell to the beloved character. Speculation swirled online about whether Hemsworth was hanging up his cape for good.

"Got scared for a second that this was an announcement that you were retiring from the character," one fan wrote.

Another yelled, "I WAS THINKING THIS WAS THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE THOR'S END IN MCU Don't scare me like that, Chris!!"

However, Hemsworth added a twist at the end of the video that cleared up the confusion. "Next up, 'Doomsday!'" he teased, suggesting he’s not done with blockbuster roles just yet—though the details of this next project remain under wraps.

While Hemsworth’s words carried the weight of a potential goodbye, his reference to "Doomsday," whether it’s a nod to an upcoming role or a tongue-in-cheek teaser, indicates he’s far from finished with Hollywood. Fans may have thought Thor’s journey was coming to a close, but it seems Hemsworth is simply stepping into a new chapter.

For now, Marvel fans can relive Hemsworth’s journey as Thor, with all Thor and Avengers movies available for streaming on Disney+. Whether or not he returns to wield Mjolnir once more, his legacy as the God of Thunder is secure, and his next act is already creating buzz.

‘The Last of Us’ Season 3 Release Date Is Later Than You Think

If you watched the Season 2 finale of The Last of Us, you probably have some questions. Among the most pressing of them: How long will I have to wait until Season 3 gets here?

As exciting as a great television cliffhanger can be—and Sunday night’s finale was indeed excellent—it can also be frustrating. Once the exhilaration of the episode and the possible plot lines it poses winds down, viewers start to realize that it could be another year or even more until they’ll find out what happens next. So where do things stand with The Last of Us? Warning: Spoilers for The Last of Us Season 2 finale follow.

Has The Last of Us Been Renewed for a Third Season?

First things first: no need to worry that The Last of Us is going anywhere—at least not yet. On April 9, just days before The Last of Us Season 2 premiered on HBO and Max, the network announced that the series had already been renewed for a third season. Thanks, in large part, to the season’s stellar reviews across the board.

“The end results [of Season 2] have exceeded even our most ambitious goals,” The Last of Us co-creator/showrunner Craig Mazin said in an official statement confirming the renewal. “We look forward to continuing the story of The Last of Us with season three.”

What Will The Last of Us Season 3 Be About?

As is usual for HBO and The Last of Us, so far no real details on what to expect from Season 3. But the last few minutes of Season 2’s final episode—not to mention the big build-up surrounding Kaitlyn Dever’s Abby and Jeffrey Wright’s Isaac—prior to the Season 2 debut tells us that the action may be ready to shift to Seattle to immerse us within the world of the Washington Liberation Front (WLF) and their ongoing battles with the Seraphites.

Season 2 guest star Catherine O’Hara practically spilled as much in a recent interview with Variety. When asked if we would see more of her therapist character Gail in the upcoming season, she admitted that it wasn’t looking good. “Craig did say definitely not this next season,” she replied. “It’s the Abby story. Maybe. But I think it was to serve Joel and Ellie.”

Related: How ‘The Last of Us’ Star Bella Ramsey ‘Humiliated’ Their ‘Game of Thrones’ Co-Star

Isabela Merced, who plays Dina, the best friend-turned-love interest of Ellie (Bella Ramsey), may have let an accidental detail slip in a separate interview with Variety. When asked how she is preparing for Season 3, she replied that “It’s going to be weird acting like I don’t like Bella. It’s going to be hard, because I have such a sweet spot for them now. But I don’t know.”

When Will The Last of Us Season 3 Premiere?

The answer to this question is where the news might be a little disappointing. When asked about what the production schedule for Season 3 might look like, and whether she knew when they would begin shooting, Merced told Variety that she did not. “But I think it should be next year,” she said. Meaning that it could well be 2027 until we find out what happened after that possibly game-changing fade-to-black.
