Shoppers are searching for warm and welcoming kitchen goods that can accommodate both their everyday cooking and fall entertaining. We’re scoping out our favorite retailers for drops of terra cotta orange, mustard yellow, olive green, creamy white and dark brown kitchenware to fit the autumn vibe.

One specific designer caught our eye at Target with their new dinnerware line. Hearth & Hand with Magnolia’s Set of 4 Mushroom Ceramic Appetizer Plates in Forest Brown are unique enough, with their pinched edges and mushroom-stamped centers, yet they’re quintessential for fall dining.

We think these plates would be the perfect vehicle for serving an apple and walnut green salad, a wedge of butternut squash quiche or a slice of pumpkin pie. They’d even delight guests as a display in your China cabinet or on open shelving.

This plate set would pair well with Hearth & Hand’s matching mushroom mugs, olive green water, wine and coupe glasses and carved dinner plates. We’re certainly considering stocking up on a new coordinating set.

Fans are smitten with these whimsical plates, so much that the set has already sold out once, so they won’t last long. If you’re interested in the set, grab one right away.

Matthew Perry’s Drug Dealer Jasveen Sangha Agrees to Plea Deal

Jasveen Sangha, also known as the Ketamine Queen, pleaded guilty in connection to the death of Friends star Matthew Perry.

Sangha, 42, agreed to plead guilty to five charges including one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death or serious bodily injury and three counts of distribution of ketamine, according to the Department of Justice.

"She is expected to formally enter a guilty plea in the coming weeks," the department revealed.

Sangha has been in federal custody since August 2024, 10 months after the death of the beloved actor.

The Ketamine Queen -- who is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom -- is expected to be sentenced in the coming months. She is facing up to 65 years in prison.

Perry was found dead in the hot tub of his Pacific Palisades home on October 28, 2023. He was 54 years old.

According to the plea deal, Sangha along with Erik Fleming distributed ketamine to the Fools Rush In star, knowing his past struggles with drug addiction.

"In October 2023, Sangha and Fleming sold Perry 51 vials of ketamine, which were provided to Kenneth Iwamasa, 60, of Toluca Lake, Perry’s live-in personal assistant," the department announced. "Leading up to Perry’s death, Iwamasa repeatedly injected Perry with the ketamine that Sangha supplied to Fleming. Specifically, on October 28, 2023, Iwamasa injected Perry with at least three shots of Sangha’s ketamine, which caused Perry’s death."

Sangha will also plead guilty to "selling four vials" to Cody McLaury in August 2019, resulting in his death.

Iwamasa pleaded guilty in August 2024 to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death. He is facing up to 15 years in federal prison. Fleming pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death that same month and faces up to 25 years in federal prison.

Rickie Fowler Responds After Being Mocked for Missing FedEx Cup Playoff

Professional golfer Rickie Fowler put one internet troll on blast after missing the FedEx Cup Playoffs.

"Cliff, or whoever you are, you know where to find me and I'd love to see you face to face," Fowler, 36, wrote in his Instagram Story on Sunday, August 17. "You're the one hiding behind your little fake account ... I'm sure your significant others are so thrilled how you've done in life ... enjoy your Sunday evening."

The screenshot Fowler shared showed a series of messages from the internet troll mocking the professional golfer.

"Imagine how embarrassed your family is of you," one message read. "Try closing your eyes when you putt you worthless goofball," read another.

Following his elimination, Fowler's hater sent a seemingly endless "HAHAH" message, which prompted the golfer's response.

Shortly after exposing the troll, Fowler shared another message thanking his fans for their support.

"We typically ignore the hate but figured I'd give you a taste for fun," he wrote. "Unfortunately there is that very small percentage of people who have to do/say certain things to make themselves feel better."

"We are better than that," he added. "I was always taught treat others how you want to be treated and if you don't have anything nice to say then don't. Pretty simple ... much love."

Fowler -- who made his professional debut in 2009 -- was within striking distance but had his season cut short after he failed to qualify for the Tour Championship, missing the Top 30 by two strokes.

"Heading home. It’s been a fun run the last few months. We left it all out there and bummer to come up a little short for the top 30. Thanks to my team and especially all my fans…coming back stronger!" he shared after his disappointing loss.

Andrew Huberman Reveals 6 Running Alternatives, Including Top Travel Workout Options

While running certainly isn't everyone's cup of tea, many will simply opt for the popular approach to get their cardio in. It also doesn't hurt that running is something that can be done virtually anywhere you are—whether at home, the gym or on the road traveling. However, if you're looking to switch up the routine or simply have a strong dislike of running, there's no shortage of options.

This includes those who are looking for a moderate intensity workout, as neuroscientist and host of the Huberman Lab podcast, Andrew Huberman, detailed in a previous episode. Huberman laid out several running alternatives, many of which can be done while traveling or if you're just not able to find time to head to the gym that day.

6 Running Alternatives for a Moderate Intensity Workout

In the clip, Huberman is covering the type of cardio workout in which you'd typically go at a 75 to 80 percent pace for roughly 35 minutes. The pace is based on 100 percent being the absolute maximum speed or intensity that you would do for any cardio activity.

Neurobiology Professor and host of the 'Huberman Lab' podcast Andrew Huberman attends INBOUND 2023 day 2 Powered by HubSpot at Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

Huberman offered a few possible options to swap in place of running on the episode of Huberman Lab, including the erg row and stationary bike, but also options as unexpected as jumping jacks.

"That 35-minute run, again, could be swapped with a 35-minute erg row, or sometimes, if you only have access to a stationary bike, you could do that," Huberman explained.

"I suppose if you didn't have access to any equipment and running is not your thing, one thing I have done, especially if I'm stuck in a hotel or I arrived late someplace and I really want to get this workout in, you could do the dreaded burpee. I know there are a lot of options out there and some people think burpees are downright dangerous, other people love burpees...or you could do really fast but full jumping jacks."

He continued by adding two additional options, one of which is really unique in the form of walking very fast up and down a stairwell if you're at a hotel.

"...Sometimes if I need to get the workout in, what I'll do in a hotel if I've arrived late, in particular on a day of travel, is I will find the stairwell, the fire stairwell," Huberman continued.

"I'll make sure by the way, that I can get back into the building, because I've been locked in those stairwells before—and I will simply walk really fast up the stairwell as many flights of stairs as there are, or maybe even jog it, not quite sprint....in order to get that 75 to 80 percent of your max output cardiovascular work done."

He then mentions that he always travels with a jump rope as well, and calls it a very effective way of getting cardiovascular training while on the road.

Summarizing the 6 Running Alternatives to Change Up Your Workout

As Huberman detailed on the episode, the two most noteworthy and likely options that come to mind to replace running include the erg row machine and the stationary bicycle. Here's the summarized full list, but remember each one should be done at 75 to 80 percent of your "max" capacity:

Erg row machineStationary bikeBurpeesJumping jacksStairwell, fast walk or jogJumping rope

The options vary depending on what you need/what's available to you when exercising. The above episode covers a broad range of topics related to physical health and has a plethora of useful fitness tips and information.

‘90s Sitcom Stars Pushing for Reboot of Iconic Series

Family Matters star Bryton James has pitched an idea for a reboot and he has an iconic star on board.

"[I] had an idea to take the show and turn it into an animated series," James -- who played Richie Crawford beginning in season 2 -- told Entertainment Weekly.

According to James, he envisions "taking the old episodes and modernizing them and kind of starting from scratch for the new generation." The actor added that he found "a production company in line to finance" and got "everybody on board, adding that he "got pretty far along" in bringing his vision to life.

Jaleel White -- the breakout star of the series, who played Steve Urkel -- also reportedly is "on board."

The project is currently "sitting in Warner Bros.' hands," James said. "That plan is still kind of floating around out there, and I'm still trying to pursue it."

According to Entertainment Weekly, Warner Bros.' "are aware of James' interest in doing a reboot but the project has not moved beyond that."

James added that going the animation route, would mean "[the cast] wouldn't have to all be in the same city to come together again to be on camera."

"Jaleel wouldn't have to put the outfit on either, and we could still deliver what the show did for the audience and for families especially, and revamp it for the new generation."

White previously opened up about his desire to turn his memoir, Growing Up Urkel, into a television series.

"I just feel like using me as a canvas for real '90s nostalgia, when you used to get a girl's number on a napkin. When you had the old answering machine by your bed. When it was a big thing for a kid to have a phone in their bedroom," White told CBS Boston in November 2024. "That's what I think the legacy of Family Matters should be used for, to go back in the '90s and have some fun."

U.S. Issues New Travel Warning as Disease Spreads

The United States Center for Disease Control issued another string of travel warnings as the chikungunya virus continues to spread across the globe with outbreaks in Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, and Indian and Pacific Oceans. Warnings for eight countries were announced by the CDC on Aug. 15

What is Chikungunya Disease?

Chikungunya disease is caused by the chikungunya virus and is spread to humans through mosquito bites.

"Most people infected with chikungunya virus develop some symptoms. Symptoms of chikungunya usually begin 3–7 days after a bite by an infected mosquito. The most common symptoms are fever and joint pain," the CDC said in a statement. "Other symptoms may include headache, muscle pain, joint swelling, or rash. Most people get better within a week; however, some can have severe joint pain for months to years following acute illness."

Death from chikungunya is rare, but the people at risk for more severe disease include newborns infected around the time of birth, older adults (65 years or older), and people with medical conditions such as diabetes or heart disease.

There is no specific treatment for the virus, though two vaccines are licensed in the United States.

The Virus Continues to Spread

On Aug. 15, the CDC announced a new series of warnings after the virus spread to Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mayotte, Réunion, Somalia, and Sri Lanka before adding another warning for the department of Santa Cruz in Bolivia.

The government organization offered a Level 2 warning for all eight nations. "Practice enhanced precautions for this destination. The Travel Health Notice describes additional precautions or defines a specific population at risk," the CDC said.

How to Protect Against Chikungunya

The CDC recommends protection by preventing mosquito bites, which includes using insect repellent; wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants; and staying in places with air conditioning or that have screens on the windows and doors.

Pregnant travelers are advised against traveling to nations where chikungunya outbreaks are prevalent.
