PTTI Lancar Kempen 2 Juta Bangkit Belajar

KUALA LUMPUR: Selepas lima tahun mengukuhkan jenamanya sebagai pusat peningkatan akademik dan pakar dalam membantu pelajar Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), PTTI terus dedikasi meneruskan misinya.

Terbaru, jenama popular dalam dunia pembelajaran itu melancarkan kempen 2 Juta Bangkit Belajar pula pada 27 Oktober di sebuah hotel terkemuka di ibu kota.

Bertemakan ‘Berjuta Kejayaan Bermula dengan Langkah Pertama’, usaha pusat ilmiah itu dilihat sentiasa mahu menggalakkan pelajar terus belajar walau dalam apa jua situasi termasuk mengharungi pandemik COVID-19.

Sinonim dengan calon SPM selama ini, bagaimanapun inisiatif baru dianjurkan sebaliknya terbuka kepada pelajar tingkatan 1 hingga lima.

“Bermula hari ini (27 Oktober) hingga 27 November depan, kita buka kuota belajar percuma dalam talian untuk 2 juta pelajar ini. Kita sedar ramai golongan ini terkesan akibat pandemik dan terus bangkit membiasakan fasa peralihan endemik.

“Mereka dari tingkatan satu hingga lima, boleh memuat turun aplikasi PTTI Better Result dan selepas itu boleh belajar secara ‘live’ mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.

“Kita bagi percuma sebulan ini sebagai rangsangan kepada usaha tak kenal jemu membantu pelajar. Lagipun pembelajaran dalam talian sudah menjadi ‘trend’ dan tuntutan semasa saat ni,” katanya.

Ditanya kenapa membuka peluang kali ini kepada pelajar lain dan bukannya calon SPM, Cikgu Fana percaya usaha belajar awal itu tidak pernah menjadi satu kerugian.

“Sebab kita nampak lagi awal pelajar itu mula belajar, makin mudah dan cepat untuk mereka ini menjadi cemerlang. Dengan rekod kejayaan membantu pelajar SPM, kita percaya PTTI boleh bantu lebih ramai lagi pelajar untuk cemerlang dalam pembelajaran.

“Misi kita sendiri mahu menawarkan pembelajaran yang konsisten menerusi teknik mudah untuk meningkatkan kefahaman dan prestasi dalam pembelajaran pelajar

Serentak dengan kempen itu,
penyanyi muda popular Iman Troye turut diumumkan sebagai duta pusat ilmiah berkenaan.

Pada majlis sama, penyanyi yang meledak dengan lagu Teman itu turut melakukan simbolik pelancaran single keduanya berjudul Nang.

“Kita kali pertama menggunakan khidmat dan pengaruh Mira Filzah sebagai duta. Seterusnya sejak awal tahun ini, anggota K-Clique, MK
pula mengambil alih posisi itu.

“Sejak September lalu, Iman turut dipelawa sebagai duta selama setahun. Jadi sekarang kita ada dua duta, MK dan Iman,” katanya.

Cikgu Fana menambah, Iman atau nama sebenarnya, Siti Nur Iman Alyssa Sahabudin dilihat mempunyai kredibiliti dan tarikan untuk menarik lebih ramai pelajar untuk skor.

“Iman pun pelajar peringkat Diploma dalam bidang muzik di Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM), Shah Alam. Saya dapat tahu, dia antara pelajar yang cemerlang dan mendapat sijil dekan.

“Dia memang boleh jadi inspirasi kepada pelajar lain. Malah Iman turut merakamkan lagu jingle 30 saat berjudul Pilih PTTI yang disadur daripada lagu popularnya, Teman,” katanya.

Turut hadir memeriahkan majlis itu ialah pelajar cemerlang SPM 2020.

Travel Local with Traveloka

I thought 2020 was the worst year in my life. I was wrong. 2020 was challenging at most, and I still have freedom to go around for quite a few months. Unlike this year, the year 2021 things spiraled downwards after Covid19 crisis hit hard on Malaysian shore and everyone are forced to face more than 6 months of having to stay home due to lockdown imposed by the government in order to combat the Covid19 spread.

Heard this tagline, ‘Plan now and travel later’ before? I think many have heard of it. The tagline is usually advertised by many tourism operators in hopes to attract tourists to visit their place once restrictions is lifted. As cruel as it sounds to the tourism industry, I’m glad that I did not plan for any vacations as it would have lead to continuous disappointments as even as of writing, travel restrictions is still in place. It will definitely break my heart if I have to stay home when the travel arrived as travel restrictions is still in place.

Anyway, Malaysians still can’t travel anywhere for vacations right now. Travel ban is still in place although the rules is relaxed for the fully vaccinated; where fully vaccinated individuals can cross districts and visit tourism attractions or establishments. If you are still not fully vaccinated, then it’s still lockdown rules for you. Say, if you are living in Klang Valley area, regardless of where you are staying, you can book a KL Staycation, provided you are fully vaccinated and follows strict SOP throughout your staycation period.

Same goes if you are living in any part of Perak, you can now make a booking at Pangkor Laut Resort and have a vacation there.

Not too bad right? Although we can’t move around too much like we used to, we still can travel locally in our own states and that is quite a relief, especially for tourism operators. There is also special pilot programs where the government has introduced the Green Travel Bubble you can go to certain locations like Langkawi Island safely by using public transport or travel agencies no matter which part of Malaysia you are in.

I think if you are now fully vaccinated and is passionate about traveling and don’t mind the hassle of planning ahead and adhering to strict SOP, you can start planning for your vacation.
