Another day, another syrup/sauce for Vegan Mofo! Today I have a thick, rich chocolate syrup for you. It has a base of chocolate stout beer with a little full fat coconut milk and sweetened with coconut sugar. It’s not exactly on the good-for-you list, but you’ll only use a tablespoon or 2 per iced mocha.

I tend to overdo it with work. Promoting a new book while working on book 5, doing recipe development and social media pr – my to-do list only seems to get longer. There are more days than I want to admit where I work from when I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night.
