Hi Gail... I noticed a post here about Katana leaving BoP. Please, please don't tell me that BoP is getting cancelled?! I can deal with losing Tetsu (so long as we keep Dinah and Babs!) but they aren't axing the series again, are they?

I don’t write Bop, and I’m not in that loop, but I have heard no such speculation that Bop is on the cancellation line. I’ve actually talked with the writer fairly recently about a little bit of coordination with Barbara finally and I think it’s still a going concern as far as I know.

My understanding was that in some cases, the supporting characters in some team books were ALWAYS being groomed for potential solo series. I think we’re fine, here!

Hi Gail! You don't have to answer if you don't want to but as someone interested in the comic industry I was wondering the general salary? Are we talking journalist or well-published author?

WAY too wide a range. Some people actually go in the hole if they are self-publishing. A small handful make a ridiculously good living. It’s just impossible to pin down like that, I’m sorry.
