Ok so it has been bugging me for days why, beyond birds of prey, "Blackhawk" is familiar to me. Wasn't there a justice league episode that featured the Blackhawks pretty heavily?

Despite her able assistance, Blake was told that the Blackhawk codes forbade a woman from joining the team, but due to her resourcefulness&bravery, Blackhawk decided she could become an honorary member. After a number of adventures, Blake became the victim of the villainous Nazi operative Killer Shark, who used a chemical potion to brainwash her, forching her to battle former comrades a number of times before she was freed of the potion’s effects.
