CHICAGO UPDATE...MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELED, ARGH!
Because my flight to Chicago was cancelled due to ‘maintenance,’ I will not be able to make the signing at THIRD COAST COMICS in Chicago this Thursday night, 4/24/2014, but it is rescheduled for Monday evening, and we really hope you can still come out!
This breaks my heart as I love the people who run that shop and the people who are customers have been letting me know they were coming to the event all week. I am so, so sorry, there was nothing we could do. We tried every airline, we were willing to drive an extra three hours to leave from a different airport, there was no available flight to get us to Chicago on time. I hate to let people down, it kills me, but there was just no way to get there after this cancellation of my flight.
So we are RESCHEDULING the signing. It is now taking place MONDAY 4/28/2014, from 5:00-9:00 pm. We are not giving up!
I understand the shop is not usually open on Monday so the owner, Terry, is making a special exception for this fun event. My understanding is that this is an awesome store.
If you are attending the event and you have friends you think might be attending, please spread the word to them so that they know of the change in date, okay?
Very, very sorry for the inconvenience, we tried EVERYTHING to make it on time and just had no other option. BUT we are going to make the event Monday very fun, so please come by!
The store is THIRD COAST COMICS at
6234 N. Broadway in Chicago.
We were able to get a much later flight, so my C2E2 schedule is unaffected.
Terry has a lot of fun stuff planned so please come and bring stuff for me to sign, or just come say hello and visit!
Once again, very, very sorry but come by on Monday! Be there or be square!
PS: I think we are going to have a few cool door prizes at the signing on Monday. Come win something!

Hey Gail! This is a weird question, but I'm going to be involved in a super awesome medical-themed event later in the year which includes costumes of medical themed characters (like Harley as her Dr Quinzel get up) and I was wondering if theres any female
